Third time to book Bangkok City Inn hotel and I am very satisfied. Very close to centralworld, platinum mall, Big C and BTS Chit Lom Station. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Toiletries and bottled water and refilled daily. Will definitely come back and book again! Highly recommended

Location: thumb up. Opposite Central World near Big C. Value for money, room good for two person. Breakfast was simple but tasty, three day stay three different breakfast spread. Nice! Maybe should charge slightly higher price so that can do some renovation to the toilet. For a more then 20 years hotel the toilet considered clear but it will be added points if can re-do it. The room did some renovation work as I remember 20 year back wasn't like this. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Also, there are a counter where you can book one day tour or airport transfer at reasonable price.

2nd time to book this hotel and I highly recommend it. it is nearthe chit lom BTS station. very near centralworld and big C supermarket. The room that we were in was newly painted and renovated and was better than the room we had prior to the pandemic. the AC, fridge, and hot and cold water was working fine. The staff were very courteous. The breakfast was a set meal with unlimited coffee. previously they had a buffet for breakfast but probably because of the pandemic they had to make it set meal. wifi was also ok but you have to request it daily from the reception area. Overall, this establishment is very good and highly recommended

Would be nice if they included a kettle given no room service. BF, don't have too high expectations. Toilet flushing system prolly require an upgrade tends to be too slow. Bathtub drainage a little slow. Maybe a case of recovering from a 2 year zero occupancy period thus the flaws I mentioned. But otherwise a decent place.

Lacking the facilities but location and pricing makes up for it”
As the title says: Location is in the city centre. Within 5 mins walk from Big C, Palladium, central world and most shopping malls. Most hotel will cost more nightly. However do take note that it may not have the best cleanliness and the amenities such as toilet might not be at its best working condition but at this price point I can’t complain.
