For the price you pay for the villa - they could've waved an electric bill. Common, we paid over $5k, and on top of that, the electric bill? And we had to buy toilet paper, soap, shower gels and such...Then they had to swap out 2 out of 4 TVs (1 remained not working just because we didn't need it, so didn't ask to change it). It seems like it is pretty easy to check whether TV worked before the guests' arrival instead of doing it while we were there... There were other little things like that which we had to ask to fix instead of having someone inspect the working condition of everything before checking in guests. I wouldn't even bother to complain, but the price of the villa has to suit what it offers. And the kitchen could use a good cleaning (I even asked to wipe the glass above the stove, but it wasn't done). And the last thing... I was celebrating my birthday there, I let hosts know about it, but the only thing they did was a message "Happy birthday. ".. I feel like customer service could be improved. Something like a fruit basket would work for a birthday 🎂

This place is not a hotel so no lobby or valet. So there was no place to store our luggage for a late night departure. This place is more like an Airbnb. Also, the place was so not an easy facility to find. Had several tour companies ask for gps coordinates to locate it.

The only problem we had was that the air conditioner in the living room was not working so we had to spend time in the bedrooms rather than together as a family. However, they reduced our electricity bill by 50% as a result of this which was much appreciated.

FYI- bring your own soaps/shampoo for bathroom but if you forget the Lotus grocery is a short walk.

No taxi driver knew the property property stuck quite some distance from Beach and shops with no Footpath not recommended for a young family, who may have buggies Bedding was dirty, and had to be recharged. Also many holes in the sheets.
