Amazing nature, relax and let all your worries melt away”
The hotel is beyond lovely, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be, its in a perfect secluded location on the beach with beautiful views. Perfect for nature lovers, visited daily on the lagoon by geese and one duck and the beautiful birds such swooping into the water. I can not recommend this hotel enough, it really is stunning, we have stayed at six senses and other luxury resorts and would rate this in the same way, from your personal butler who literally will get you anything you need to make your stay perfect for you. Lovely touches are the afternoon tea, just for the pure ceremony of it all. The food is excellent and really reasonably priced. we visited their signature restaurant many times during our 12 nights stay.

we stayed here between visits to the intercontinental, which has its monkeys and really crazy architecture. this hotel is a perfect place set in beautiful grounds. The boat ride around the resort adds an additional quirk the experience. The villas are much bigger than the pictures show, service superb and nothing is too much for the staff. food drink everything is perfect, including champers at breakfast.

Vietnam is without a doubt one of the best countries I have visited.. the hotel has everything you need to see or do, amazing sand beaches, spectacular private villas with memorable views, the nicest and most kind staff specially "Mi" she was the one who escorted us to our room when we arrived and showed a great hospitality service.. Comparing to other hotels in Da Nang, the price of the hotel is expensive and a bit far from the city. However, it is still cheap when you compare it to other luxurious resorts in similar asian countries.. To sum up, I highly recommend this resort for couples and honeymooners..

This is the most memorable hotel I have ever stayed. I chose the room type with private pool. The view is wonderful as it is an infinity pool. I would recommend you to choose this room type instead of beach pool villa if you have budget as the experience will be totally different. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa, amazing landscape, gardens and overall facilities are incredible. Food was good but quite expensive and given the lack of any other options in the vicinity you have to use the hotel restaurants. Ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

It was my first and last time at a Banyan Tree hotel. Despite it’s location and always willing staff, this hotel is just not up to the standard I expected. The GM was nowhere to be found. In fact, one could feel his/her absence in a plethora of details: a broken lamp silicone glued, a typo in the welcoming message, a digitally imposed signature upon the welcoming message by an ASIA manager, stickers over information on in-room info, a broken telephone cord, a bat inside the room upon arrival... The restaurant options were sub par and very limited and the prices were outrageous for the quality provided. I was charged 10.000.000 dongs (454 euros) for airport transfer and 4hours of car. Worst of all, they call you many times to triple check info that you will feel like an old fashioned cable girl instead of a guest... Pick another hotel. I wish I had.

Friendly resort but too remote”
Staff super nice and accommodating, the resort has all typical activities but very weather dependent due to its biggest selling point is beach nearby. It's too far from key city downtown of Da nang nor attractions.

A huge disappointment for a famous brand name”
We stayed at Banyan Tree resorts in Asia before so we had high expectation for this resort. Turned out it was nothing like Banyan Tree quality, not even for a 5 star hotel resort. Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room set up is like a small regular 5 star hotel. Cons: so many of them. The landscaping was like an abandoned resort with all the weed and plants grew freely blocking the path to the sea. The pool was dirty and no one came to clean during our 3 nights. The hotel key lock was so hard to use. The high tea was a joke of a piece of tiny jelly and a piece of Bánh Lọc along with cheap local tea. The staff seemed like they hate doing their job. Breakfast was very limited of choice. Because the resort had cheap promotion for the locals, it was crowed and messy just like a 3 star hotel where people fighting to grab food. The beach sand is very rough and full of dead shell. We could name more but has no more space. It is a rip off. Never come back.

Excellent Stay and Service with Banyan Tree”
Celebrated wife's Birthday with Banyan Tree@Lang Co. Was pleasantly surprised with a nice cake and decorated flower bed on the day itself. Special mention to Ms Hoang Lan Dao and her team who took good care of us during our stay. The complimentary shuttle from air port works well for us travelling to Lang Co for the first time. Also the free shuttle to Hue, Hoi An is a plus for any traveller to base in Lang Co. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip for both of us. Facilities are new and the breakfast with free flow champagne makes it a real value stay. Definitely recommend Banyan Tree to anyone who wants to make this a memorable experience.

Splendid experience”
My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Banyan Tree Lang Co. It was an amazing experience for the two of us. Our villa host Thuy was extremely thoughtful and spoiled us by offering excellent butler service. When we went out to Lang Co village for seafood dinner, to our surprise, a staff (Nina) of Banyan Tree was waiting at the restaurant. She helped us to order food and making sure we were well taken care of before she left. Tiny surprises everyday really topped our experience. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff once again and we will definitely visit the hotel in the future.

Best resort overall in vietnam”
We stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts 99% during our trips, in and out of vietnam. I must say that I am very impressed by the high level of service provided in banyan tree lang co. The staffs were extremely caring from the smallest thing, excellent jobs banyan tree lang co staffs! The resort is Very beautiful, view from my 2 bedrooms hilltop villa is breathtaking. We will be back for more experiences regarding the activities provided by the resort. I would recommend this 5 star resort for anyone.

Quiet, romantic & privat stay”
Just great. From the first minute u been like a VIP. All staff call us by our name even we not seem them before. Also remember our villa no. The food at breakfast was best i ever had in any banyan tree. Saffron with the thai food seems strange when u travelling in Vietnam but how they prepared the food was outstanding and first class tasting. As our flight leaves at evening Banyan Tree let us stay the whole day in our villa... amazing. All other places we been before we had to pay or even it was not possible. At Banyan Tree Lang Co u feel as VIP Guest until u leave the limousine at the airport. We will be back.... thanks to all the staffs

It was a stellar experience staying at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating and their attention to detail was wonderful! Our villa was gorgeous and the spa service was fabulous too... The property and grounds were so pretty and well maintained. Every meal we ate during our stay was excellent as well as the service in each restaurant. Couldn't be better! One might think that the sun was shining because the staff was so cheerful and seemed to act as though is wasn't raining buckets for four days straight!

Fantastic experience”
My partner and I had an amazing experience at Banyan Tree Lang Co. The resort itself is incredibly beautiful and well worth the expense. We also found the staff to be incredibly kind, generous and attentive. Be sure to take advantage of the daily bus trip to Hoi An. We'd recommend taking the afternoon bus to see the lanterns at night.
