Nice smile & all staff has service mind ”

All seemed Ok for me, my Mom & all around 8 rooms we booked there during 30th Nov 2012. I organized the Wedding party next restaurant on right hand side of here with very light effected Jazz music on the beach.. so much carefully set up Not To Annoy surrounding Area esp. Bell Villa Cabana here 'the Hotel we should for our first Night married' however what a coincident Bella Villa Cabana other client disappointed me & we by set up 'So Called Super Loud Music Stage' which never seem to happened before.. Imagine the Wedding run by side d never be forgotten..one in life time .. Positively tried thought it was an incredible gift got from 'Bella Villa Cabana' hardly accepted but what to do !

I stayed here in Bella Villa Cabana everything was excellent i love the stay. The only problem is they cant understand anything I say but it all good at leaset they tried. The food was really good and really cheap too. The price for the room was really affordable for me and it far away from the city so i had my peace and quiet. Just make sure to bring some off spray allot of mosquito but still and awsome place and free shuttle going to the city. FYI the cab driver will try to rip u off but it only 350baht to get from the city to the hotel so dont let anycab driver screw with you and i had a blast again.

Great Place Great Service in the good area”

I'm visit Bella Villa Cabana @ Pattaya twice time in this year, first in March with my baby and husband and the second one in the first week in April with my big family. It's very great place great time to stay there. My mom and my father very happy with the service and use the facility such as sauna and stream room. The area is not far from the shopping and restaurant. Nice Place! wish to visit again!

Best Western Bella Villa Cabana Hotel is one of the best choice for weekend or business trip in Pattaya. Room is new ,clean and spacious. Eventhough deluxe room, there are extra bed and large sofa provided. So, It's best fitted for family from little to large family. Overall is fine but one thing is limited parking space.

The Quiet End of Pattaya”

If you want to visit Pattaya, but not stay in the town itself (which is something of a dump), then the Bella Villa Cabana is a good choice. You won't spend much time on the beach or in the ocean, but the views from the hotel are great and the pool is fantastic. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the downtown area and organised trips to several local tourist attractions. If we return to Pattaya, we'll probably stay at this hotel again.

Great pet friendly hotel right on the beach”

Finding a good pet friendly hotel is difficult and we found this gem by chance. A great 4 star hotel right on the beach about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Pattaya city. They have special pet friendly rooms that are very big and very clean too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic and the breakfast buffet very good with both Thai and western items. Got a great price and will be back in the future for sure.

Nice Hotel”

I have stayed 3 out of the last 4 years at this hotel so I have really enjoyed my stays there. I was a little disapointed in that the current staff was less interactive not that they were not friendly but the group in in my previous 2 trips was super. I would certainly recommend Bella Villa Cabana I certainly have enjoyed my experience there.

Nice View , Good Atmosphere with reasonable price”

i got the good promotion from agoda and i found that this hotel is located on a nice location, near by the sea and close to a nice seafood restaurant along the beach. my room is face to the sea (sea view), so i feel so peaceful when look out of the window. the swimming pool is nice. there're many layer and the wind from the sea makes this place so special. breakfast is nice and there're variety of choices you can choose. if you would like to go around pattaya you can take the free shuttle bus service that can take you to all 6 brances of bella villa around pattaya which is so convenience. the hospitality of staff is nice. free wifi for everyroom make me enjoy my staying with unlimit feeling.

But the buffet at 8:30 am. 3-4 things are gone. Must log in Wifi every 2 hours. If forgot to disconnect, the internet cannot be used. Definitely going to stay again.

Great choice for who looking for the resort style”

I had stayed at Bella Villa Cabana on my weekend, At first I entered this hotel, It's more than what I was expecting. The room was standard clean, even though it's not the brand new. But I love this hotel, I can see the sea view from the window when i was wake up. The pool is big. And the line breakfast is a lot choices.

THe hotel located out of busy town. The large room which provided everything we need, nothing else we need more. Beautiful view from room and large balcony. A good swimming pool. EVerything practical and reasonable. Never regreat to choose bella villa band!

I have just spent eight weeks in this hotel for the second year running. The hotel is a little out of Pattaya but the courtesy bus is frequent and FREE!!!!!! The staff are a little shy but very polite and courteous. They need to get to know you. The hotel is kept very clean and the pool is superb. And two small pools very safe for children. The jacuzzi is a real relaxing bonus. I was in a room right by the pool side. Very convenient. The restaurant is very clean with good reasonably priced food with no extra For service charge or VAT it is already included unlike most hotels which advertise the price on the menu and when the bill comes it is plus, plus. This encourages people to stay and eat in the hotel. Also room service is the same price and you do not pay any extra. It would be nice to have an extra English film channel on the TV. The sun beds are looking a little tired and could do with a little update. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I hope to return

Good Value For Money”

We enjoyed our short stay at the Bella Villa Cabana. Althought it is some way from the centres of Pattaya and Jomtien Beach , the hotel has a good free bus service . We had our own car so no problem. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped, with good free Wi-fi and cable television. Room service food was good and the breakfast buffet is excellent with a very wide choice of local and international food .

we have stayed here many times over the past year and will continue to count bella villa cabana as one of our favorites in pattaya. three points that the hotel management should consider: i was told that each room was only entitled to 2 towels at the swimming pool, which is rather strange as guests are couples or families. the second is just the overall upkeep of the property and facilities, which certainly can be improved. overall, while the staff are generally friendly, a certain level of professionalism would make them even better.

We always have trouble finding a pet friendly hotel for our small dog and when we found this one in the are we were going we booked it straight away... great location on the beach, nice pool, large and very clean rooms... certain rooms are allocated to people with pets. Nice buffet breakfast and all the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and we will be going back for sure in the future.

Happy and pleasant stay”

We were staying in the pool deluxe room which has a balcony and a direct access to the swimming pool. We enjoy very much of the green scenery around the balcony and the pool. It was beautiful and serene. The morning buffet was very good except too much hot food. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, two of the shuttle bus driver were speeding and try to run through the yellow light which We had written a compliant. Most of the staff's English were not good. Conclusion, we enjoyed the hotel, the staff and the food. We will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Pattaya.
