Good and Decent Staff Close to beach and market place. Rooms were little small. **Beware about money changers in vicinity they cheat by offering good to believe exchange rates and then with hand tricks they will return you will less money.** Always use authorised money changers

Only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. 10 minutes to the BeachWalk shopping mall. The oom was very small but it was okay for a couple. Maybe it's because we're a tiny couple. We've never been swimming pool upstairs. The breakfast wasn't good enough but I can't complain because the price for a night was extremely cheap. I think it is fair enough. Thanks to kind staffs.

I stayed 3 nights at Best Western Kuta Beach. It's a nice hotel in good location though the room was small. The beach is only 100 meters awayl. It's easy to find restaurants near the hotel

Excellent location behind beach, standard hotel”
Staff excellent and the rooftop excellent, with views to beach and can view the sunset from there, and nice restaurant/bar area. Rooms seemed small and many had an interior courtyard window, so little natural daylight, felt claustrophobic, so I changed rooms. . Make sure you request a room with outside window. Had my air-con at 16 degrees but still not that cool. Uncomfortable hard-ish bed. Buffet breakfast...bread stale/hard, could not eat it. I would recommend, but for a short stay.

Prime location, specially who loves beaches, white sand, sunshine, surfing, swimming, sunbathing, relaxing ... Close to the kuta beach, around 7-800m fr the hotel ... Near culinairy area, beachwalk mall, five star hotel around, such as : hard rock ....

The hotel is located in a small street not far from Kuta Beach. Just around 5 mins walk. The room is kinda small but clean and quite complete. The only downside is that there's no place to hang wet clothes/swimwears since the room itself is very compact. The bed itself is clean and comfy. Not really suitable for families with young children more suitable for those who travels alone and/or without children.

Very strategic location hotel”
The location is in front of Kuta Beach, 2 mins to the beach. The room was clean and smell so good at first, but there were a lot of ants in the room even though we didn't have any sweets. But so far, it was a nice stay :)

I only had a one night stop over, I arrived at 4pm and was told that the room wasn’t ready yet??? Seriously, that isn’t good enough, there was another guy that was told the same thing. Other than that this place is in a good location when your passing through.

Under expectations ”
bought the room with breakfast. I think like another hotel that we can buffet breakfast. But we must choose only one kind of food. Spent 100k for the breakfast is really not worth it. No taste. And it made by order. So we have to wait again. The room is very small. Bathroom is small to with glasses not a wall. Only one elev is turned on. But theres a computer in lobby that we can borrow. The staff is very friendly.

It's value for money”
Everything is acceptable. When I was there, they did the renovation right in front of my room, I am not really happy but it's ok. The swimming pool on the top floor was not as good as in the picture.
