Look, the pool is something else, with three pools in one, it caters to all swimmers needs and we needed it. The buffet breakfast all you can eat was splendid and sumptuous, I've never ever has better ( was a Novatel regular) On departure I requested membership with the Best Western Group. The staffs understanding of our needs, their attentive and patient attitudes made all the difference. I felt heard and validated. Bali is a busy place yet here in our ground floor deluxe pool view suite, I was a world away from stress and relaxed. I do believe that the evening meals that we tried could have been a little better. I ordered the beef rendang and it tasted like spiced beef with vegetables added. Keep it simple BW kitchen staff, rendang paste and beef, maybe potato.. Chicken curry was very watery with added tumeric and was bland. Again, AYAM paste guys. Hedi and Warung, you two staff members are indispensable!!! I hope sincerely that your General Manager sees this. F&B staff, u r da bomb!

We were put in the wrong room at first but we’re moved the next day and given 2 free breakfasts for the inconvenience 😁 the rooms are large, bed big and pillow top mattress, 4 large pillows, clean linen, towels all good, the room was very clean, equiped with kettle, coffee tea etc, bathroom large, shower over the big bath & shower curtain and very clean with shampoo etc, toothbrush, ear buds, shower cap, the breakfast was buffet so all you can eat with a lot of choice, the staff really lovely & helpful, the grounds beautiful, pool large and warm, close to the main streets through gangs, but taxis are everywhere, we walked to Kuta square in 15 minutes, 4 minimarts across the road & open 24 hours ... I truly cannot think of anything bad to say, maybe a drying rack would of been handy, that’s all, we were really comfortable here ...

Stay 6 days in this hotel ,its my first time staying in BWR Kuta...its a wonderful experience,the good thing this hotel is near the airport,friendly staff even though some of the question I ask some may not know but they did make an effort to check with their manager. During my stay ...one of the day I requested for a taxi to be arrange and I forget to inform the reception counter to cancel but they did also called just to remind if I still need a taxi ...I really appreciate this kind of service where sometimes some hotels did not deliver. One could just take a rest at the pool area as they have a nice breezy huge pool which is near the restaurant . If you are looking for food during the night and feeling hungry,it is so covenient that just in front of this hotel is surrounded by restaurants with lots of varities you can choose and shops nearby if you need snacks I will definitely come back to this hotel again for my future visits to Bali.

Stayed here for four nightes. Opted for the larger room and was given pool access.The pool and garden area have a pleasant feel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a shuttle to the mall, which is on the beach, twice a day. Just a short walk back, about 1 km.

Friendly Staff. Feeling home. ”
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. On the first day I found some problems with the door and bathroom equipment, but the staff came to fix them. The next morning I complained with the very poor food on ny first breakfast but on the 2nd day onward the hotel responded my complaint by serving the better food than what they had on my first day. Overall I was happy to stay in this hotel. People learn from their mistakes.

We never be back. Originally booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms are dated but acceptable. The bed was comfortable enough but the bottom sheet was not big enough to cover the whole mattress. There was a lack of toiletries supplied but that's was not big deal. Had to collect one of my boys toys under the bed and it was not the only thing under there. It looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Despite all of this we booked a third night as we could not be bothered moving hotels for a few hours on our final night as we had to be at the airport by 11pm on the third night. Went to book the third night and the price they gave me was almost double what I could get online. I asked them to match the online price but they told me they couldn't and I should just book online, so I did. The final insult was one of boys became ill an vomited all over the floor of the room. We had to use towels to clean up the mess. We then we charged 150,000 rupiah for towels on check out.

I have to changed room since my first room smell really bad. They use same bath towel as bath mat. I've booked for 2 rooms and still nothing good. Either smelly room or broken water heater

Never book an accommodation at Best Western Resort at Kubu Anyar, Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. The rooms are very dirty and old. There is no maintenance of toilets and bathroom. The bathroom drains are choked and water gets accumulated. The towels supplied by this hotel are very old and dirty. It seems that towels are not washed ever ! I think they must have bought the old towels from some other hotel and brought to their rooms. The service of staff is VERY POOR. Despite calling 4-5 times, the staff never turned up for replacement of towels and cleaning of bathroom drains. The AC was not cooling properly either. Food is equally BAD for an Indian family. There are not many vegetarian items in the menu. It is a wastage of money for an traveler. The staff too is very uncooperative and I got "hold-up" by booking in this hotel (so called resort). Very bad experience ! You can get better deals at other hotels in Kuta.

Worst hotel/resort at Bali, Indonesia !! Never ever stay here ! Horrible rooms with choked drains, non-responsive staff, poor facilities, smelly and unwashed old towels in bathroom, bad food, non-working lifts. You will be wasting your money if you stay at this hotel (so called "resort" at Bali). In India, these types of hotels are called "Dharamshalas". WASTE OF MONEY !

Truly Great Value for Money Hotel”
This was my second visit to Best Western Resort Kuta. When I first arrived at the hotel I had made a few minor complaints to the receptionist about my room cleanliness, but as usual Best Western Hotel Resort Kuta had taken the complain very seriously and made adjustments to my accommodation for the whole week. First, they actually upgraded me from my Deluxe room to a Garden Suite room for the whole week, fair enough. The next day, the Guest Relation Officer (Ms Riang) get to know about my complaints. She was shocked, and insist to pamper me for a lunch, even very eager to hear about my complaints personally. Very accommodating and friendly indeed. Second, after getting an upgrade from the Deluxe room to a Garden Suite. I noticed the air-conditioning wasn't very cold on the second day. I called the reception and ask for the technician to do a quick check up. Again, my complain reached the Guest Relation Officer and the GM too this time. Again, I was upgraded from the Garden Suite to a Pool Suite for the rest of my stay there. I was very pleased! Since than, I could not find a complain to lodge since there are none. It was almost perfect! Seventh, The Final night I spent there was served with honourable hospitality. The GRO and GM had set an Iftar/Dinner for me. The food was cooked by the chef himself. It was superbly delicious, an authentic Indonesian cuisine cooked to perfection. The food was served course by course, glorious. Conclusion, my second stay there for a week was perfect. I truly recommend others to try this hotel and give their hospitality a try. Kudos! to all their staff and I can't thank the GRO and GM enough for taking such a good care of me during my week stay there, not to forget their chef for cooking such a delicious and sumptuous meal for my final night there.

Another awesome stay with the Best Western Kuta”
We thoroughly enjoy staying at the Best Western Kuta. This was our second year we have stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. We have just spent the last 2 weeks there and as always was just fantastic. Amazing staff, awesome food and nice clean rooms. The General Manager and all the staff at Best Western Kuta went above and beyond to organize a visit to their hotel by a group of kids from a local orphanage in Denpasar. For one day these children felt like royalty! They were greeted by the management and staff at the Best Western Kuta. The staff set up a very long table that seated around 40 people that was presented beautifully. All the kids enjoyed a swim in the pool then my husband and my Mum and Dad paid for pizzas, soft drinks and ice cream for all the kids. We also paid for the orphanage parents, the helpers and older orphanage kids a main meal from the menu. The Sous Chef, Breakfast Chef, Restaurant Supervisor and staff did an outstanding job cooking 15 pizzas and 12 main meals. The smiles on the kids faces was priceless. Again thank you to all the Best Western Kuta staff keep up the fantastic work!!!

Excellent hotel ”
Best Western Resort Kuta is an excellent hotel to stay in. Although it is a little far from the market area and the beach, the hotel has a shuttle service every 2 hrs to the main market. The rooms are very comfortable,clean and well equipped.The staff is very courteous and warm towards any requirements of the guests. The chef made some yummy vegetarian breakfast for me.I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here while in Bali.

Lovely hotel and nice very nice service”
we stay at best western resort kuta for 1 night, as we first night arrive in bali. we booked a superior room but the last room was twin bed and we ask for double bed. with a very nice service from hotel staff, we were upgraded to deluxe room for free of charge. we really enjoy for 1 night stay at this hotel. deluxe room was clean, and comfortable for both of us. breakfast was good, near to kuta beach and "nasi pedes". we recommend this hotel for any tourist in bali.
