Best Western is a very comfortable hotel with a friendly staff always willing to help you out. Location is great and close to many attractions including two wonderful supermarkets within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. But if you take a taxi from Bangkok airport make sure they turn on the meter. Otherwise they will charge you a ridiculous amount for a 400 Bhat ride.

The Best Western @20 Sukhumvit exceeded our expectations! The rooms were large and modern with lots of natural light. The staff were super friendly and professional. The location is excellent being close to tons of restaurants, convenience stores, and Terminal 21. The only couple things we were bummed about included no complimentary water and the air conditioning was hard to control, but that wouldn't stop us from coming back! Highly recommended.

Great place but somewhat disappointed this time”
I usually stay at this hotel whenever I go to Sukhumvit Area. The hotel is comfortable with big cosy rooms. Hotel is also located near Asok BTS and near shops bars and restaurants. However I was somewhat disappointed this time. When I entered my room, there was no bathrobes or hand towels...so I had to ask housekeeping for these items. Then the safety box was not working...so the technician had to replace it. The second night at 11:00 pm, the air conditioner starting leaking heavily....so they asked us to change rooms. Then at check out...they asked to pay for 2 bottles of water from the minibar. However, I always check in with 2 one litre bottles of water for my stay, and I never use the minibar for whatsoever. There is a Family Mart in front with much lower prices. So I had to explain myself to the staff and they eventually waived off the charges for the 2 bottles of water. Obviously it was a mistake as they did not replenish them before my check in. So all this said...my experience was not as good as usual....but I will probably book again and see if my experience can be as all my previous stays.
