Excellent Customer Service and Facilities”
We stayed one week here. Fantastic! This is a true resort with many facilities available and a very nice pool. They also offer a full American-style breakfast which I enjoyed every day. For the current prices, around THB 850, it can't be beat. The service, the facilities, the location, the cleanliness, and the staff were all great value during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, I should note that they are in need of some maintenance in several of their rooms, and their pool from what I could notice. The pool has some tiles that are falling off around the rim. And the pool jets didn't seem to be in good condition; the air intake valves were mostly broken or needing repair. Roof and A/C repair is also necessary as several locations on the ceiling had some water damage. The Air Conditioning unit may not always function well in the room. However, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to the Grand Suite! Immaculate, splendid, and very well maintained. Loved our stay!

Great place for relax”
We stayed at Beyond Krabi 12 nights and it was fantastic.We had deluxe room with sea view,high flor, the bed was very hard but we've got extra madras . Great resort with very nice sand beach,pool and a great breakfast, very clean, quite.Friendly and helpful staff. I was so impressed by the general manager ,he is fantastic and he is doing a great job by having daily contact with the guests and listening to all the suggestions. Jason that works in the restaurant is also a great guy ,Jakub that works in the reception was very helpful. Outside the resort there are a lot of restaurants ,tuk-tuk and taxi if you want to go to the night market in AoNang.In the evening the hotel restaurant has live music and different kind of buffet.If you want to visit different islands there's boats outside the hotel,on the beach. I recommend this resort for those who want to relax and this is one of the places we will definitely come back to.

This hotel is clean and up to the standard to give us the comfort stay in the time of covid-19 crisis. The villa with sea view is very relaxing, and we have seen the breathtaking sunrise from the sea from out balcony. While food and drink at the hotel is good, but not so authentic, we found good local restaurant in the walking distance out from hotel. The swimming pool is decent, and the sunrise from the beach is breathtaking. We loved to stay in the area longer than expected, ending up booking few extra nights. The hotel staffs are amazing and becomes part of our best holiday at Krabi. Wish to be back again for our anniversary.

Stunning Views and Great Location”
Great resort, with ocean facing rooms. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Resort features a massive swimming pool (with jacuzzi's)., or step onto the long stretch of beach and enjoy strolls on the beach or kayaking. Even Long boats is available. for trips Room is comfortable and spacious, Spa Facilities is fantastic, and wide spread at breakfast. Eateries, are a distance away (1km) , but ample halal food is available or order via delivery app. Mosques are also about 1km away. We loved our 7 day stay and will be back in the future. This trip I went to Krabi with my husband. We were looking for the hotel where located in peaceful area and not crowded and this hotel is the answer. When we arrived the staffs are warm welcome and the staff at the check in counter is so nice, we booked for 2 nights in the different room type. First room is garden villa but we’ve got the offer for sea view villa which is great . However we still want to try another room for second night. The second night we changed to the sea view deluxe which is also great we can see the beach and the sea from our room. The price for the hotel is reasonable. It worth for stay in vacation!!! Remark for family trip this hotel also suitable for kids there is a big pool and just next to the beach you don’t have to walk so far or across the road .

Tracy Island”
Stayed here for 15 nights in December ‘21. This is a modern hotel that comprises a main building along with a number of villas and some ‘cottage’ apartments. We had a deluxe sea view room in the main building. The room was generously sized and the balcony looked out across the pool and the beach. The staff worked hard keeping everything clean and we were provided with clean towels, including those for the pool, regularly. Each day we were provided with 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was adequate but possibly a little slimmed down as tourist numbers are still low due to the pandemic. However, there was still a reasonable choice of food. The staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area was well kept and there were about 50 sun beds overall, most around the pool and some along the front, next to the beach. The beach out the front was absolutely beautiful and the sea doesn’t get deep too quick. We used the canoes which were available for residents to use. There was a daily happy hour and we’d often have a cocktail or gin and tonic. Tours and trips could be booked at reception and the one we booked thru the hotel was very good. COVID procedures were clearly in place and hotel entry points had thermometers for taking guests temperatures. Walking along the beach in either direction would take you to a number of restaurants although if you are looking for some serious night life you will be somewhat disappointed. We would stay here again

Beautiful beach, amazing pool”
Takes about 45 mins to transfer from airport by car. The hotel has a lovely entrance, the pool is absolutely amazing and you are steps away from a fine powder sandy beach. We stayed in low season so there were plenty of loungers. The breakfast choice was very good, there was plenty of food and drinks on offer. You are provided with towels to use at the pool/on the beach and towels in the room are changed daily. The hair dryers were not very good, so I would use my own. The rooms in the cottages are pretty dark and not much space, the beds are OK, but to say the main hotel is so upmarket, the cottage accommodation is quite dated and dull. There are tuk tuks to take you round the grounds whenever you want one, and we didn't come across any unhelpful staff.

Loved staying here, it is just as beautiful as the pictures! The breakfast was great with Western and Thai options, the massage at the spa was amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend their restaurant, but there are so many places in walking distance it really doesn't matter. 10/10 would recommend

Good value for money”
Great value for money, especially during the off season. It's a great place if you just want to be away from too many people and just relax on an exclusive (relatively) clean private beach. There are not many restaurants or other places nearby (although there are a handful of street restaurants and a 7-Eleven at walking distance outside the hotel) so only come here if you want a laid back few days of peaceful beach time.

Romantic getaway”
First we traveled Thailand in a group of 14 People for ten days. After that my girlfriend and I decided to stay in the beyond Resort Krabi for our last 3 days. The arrival with the Lomprayah company was a bit nerve wracking, because they only have stops in Krabi (City) and Krabi (Ao Nuang). The beyond resort is in Klong Muang so we took a taxi to the resort. We got a warm welcome and everything was fine. In the first night we had no warm water but they fixed in within minutes. We were a bit unlucky with the weather (raining season) so we staid in the hotel a lot. The food was good and you could choose between Thai and Western dishes. The staff at the restaurant was really kind and helpful. Especially Jayson form the beach-bar-Restaurant. He gave us really good advises about the area and the local food and his service was excellent. The Beach was clean and very nice. FYI: there are cats in the resort. The beyond resort is a good place for a romantic get away.

Beautiful pool, good location, nice rooms”
I stayed here with a group of 13 people and the hotel really worked out for us. It is about a 20 minute car ride to Ao Nang which really wasn't an issue for us. The hotel provided a shuttle to us for the way there but it was cheaper taking a song taew back. We stayed in the garden view room and it was very nice. The bed was huge and the shower was awesome. The location is a little far from the "action" of Ao Nang and Railay, but I think you have everything you need. There is a really good Thai restaurant just next door, a motorbike rental across the street, and if you walk along the beach from the hotel you will find a series of small restaurants with tables right along the sea. We paid more for these rooms than I am usually ok with in Thailand (about $80 a night) and I would say they were on par with rooms we got for about $30 on Samui or Koh Tao -- but the reality is you are always going to pay more in Krabi. Overall, I think the stay was worth the price. The pool was gorgeous. Only real downside was the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was good with a great selection of both Thai (jok, fried rice, curry) and western. However, the restaurant was not as impressive, specifically the cocktails. My margarita was half full and tasted purely of sour mix. I recommend sticking with beer.

Beautiful sea view from every room. Private beach is clean and serene. Food is awesome. Staffs were very welcoming. I would love to stay again. Tip: Ask for 2nd floor and above as the view would be better.

Lovely Resort on the Beach”
Upon entering the resort I was in love! Greeted multiple times upon entering and quickly escorted to the front desk and given beautifully presented welcome drinks. The views from the 5th floor check in area were amazing from wide open windows in the brightly colored seating area. While waiting for the room to be ready I relaxed at the resort restaurant on the beach front by the pool with a bottle of wine and a small meal. Upon getting my room keys I was pleasantly presented with a room bright with sunshine from the full wall of windows facing the water, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room had flip flops, slippers, beach bags, and umbrellas for use, as well as a mini fridge, water, and plentiful bathroom amenities. While staying I was able to rent a boat to explore the islands and get on the boat right at the beach in front of the hotel. I also took advantage of the spa for a massage and body scrub. The spa atmosphere, welcome, and treatment was superb. When wanting to go to the other restaurants and shops nearby the hotel provided a tuk tuk shuttle to the street. Due to covid the surrounding area was not as busy as usual but there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet each morning was plentiful and the staff amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel”
Visited during Covid times (Oct 21) and the deal that they had was fantastic. From the road, you would never know how good this hotel is. The location is great and I really love that stretch of the beach. Phenomenal view from the room and I really enjoyed the pool area. Hope the deal keeps going for a while so I can visit again. Will definitely tell my friends and family to consider this place in the future. Very satisfied customer.

The views from the rooms are unreal. The rooms are very spacious, clean and luxurious. The infinity pool and the private beach is amazing. The breakfast spread was incredible with live counters too. Will definitely visit again!

I got to stay here for a few days and had a great time. The hotel is well maintained and in a great location. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Because of Covid the hotel was not very full. Great for me but sad for the hotel. A good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We originally booked a cottage. DO NOT. They’re outdated and at the far edge of the property. Instead opt for a sea-view room which puts you in the new main building. We upgraded once we got to the property ($$$) but if we had known earlier we would have done the cheaper sea view option on Agoda!
