Too many options”

There are too many options in Pattaya, at the same price point, that have RELIABLE internet and non-anemic air conditioners. This hotel is in a good location and the staff are great; however, that can be said of many hotels in Pattaya. If you drive a vehicle to this hotel, there is a good chance your vehicle will be trapped in the parking lot when you want to use it. The internet was available, maybe, 30% of the time we tried it, and we slept above the blanket because the A.C. was terrible. The maintenance people said it takes a while for it to get cold. Apparently, "a while" is more than 2 days.

A comfortable stay!”

Check-in took 5 minutes and I was shown to my room. The room was clean with nice solid furniture, a small fridge, hairdryer, kettle and a flat screen TV. The room met my needs; clean, secure, a place to retire to after exploring the town. The location in South Pattaya gives you easy access to Walking Street, beach, marina, local markets and restaurants. The shopping malls are only a short baht bus ride away. Minor criticism is the lack of hangars and only two English cable channels. For your information there is no bathtub (walk-in shower) and the fridge is not stocked except for complimentary bottled water. The hotel was functional with a buffet breakfast included in the price. I would definitely stay there again for the price I paid!

Hotel near the city center”

Good situation, South Pattaya rd. -If you get that bigger room with 900-1000 bahts with buffet-breakfast; the price is o.k. -TV has only 15 channels; 4-5 of them Chinese, 1-2 Russian...3 Thai channels...some Arabics. - Chinese-, Arabics- and Russian groups start their noise and breakfast already at 05.30 a.m. ! -Breakfast only untill 10.00 a.m. -No bar in the pool -area... and you cannot take your own fiod & drinks to the pool !!?....but muslims can swim with their cloths in the pool !

Very central, helpful staff, bathroom leaked/moldy shower curtain ”

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were very helpful. We needed more towels and the staff literally ran to get more. The hotel is very very central, quick 5 mon walk to the walking street and 10 mins to the beach. Room was large, ac worked very well. The bathroom shower didnt drain properly, so it flooded the whole bathroom when you showered. The shower curtain was moldy on the bottom which grossed me out a bit, but didnt ask to change it. The pool area is very nice. Would stay again!

The hotel was nice and definitely better than a 3 star hotel! The beds are very comfy and the hotel in general is good! The food was a bit of thai oriented and it was more like dinner than a breakfast but it was okay! The rooms could be a bit more cleaner as there was a bit of dust here and there but majority of the place was good! Would go back next time!

+ Good soft beds. Good shower power. Breakfast is good but every day the same. After 2 days you got enough of it. Staff friendly. Cute girls. Always smiling. 5mins to walking street. Pool clean. - Loud. But who cares. We all know why we book it and there we come to my second negative point - You have to pay 500 baht if you bring a girl to your room - Breakfast same every day I would recommend it but for taking a girl home maybe choose other hotel or pay 500 :)

The location ,size temperature of the room and the helpful smiling stuff I was shocked that I booked a room not in the main hotel building spacily I have visited the hotel before and the told me it is in the same building but different floor level The problem was solved by  approving upgrading me with price difference The room size was ok but need some renovation and good cleaning mainly the toilet and some insects in the room there are good holes for them

when I stayed in this hotel was the time of issued the new state measures for COVIT and most of the shops were forced to close their businesses. Hotel itself was OK. It is located at the very convenient place to reach the beach and shopping area less than 15mins. I had a breakfast for 2days. the second day was not a buffet style BF. I expected a buffet style but I guessed only a few guests were staying there. Yes, I want to book this hotel again if it offers a better deal.

yes, you read right.. furniture, structures, fittings etc. everything very old that it has a strong smell coming out.. toilet smells like dried urine. hotel was decent enough to offer us room change but the smell were there as well. windows are awful, shower water is super slow so as the bidet. terrible 1100 a night hotel it was comparing to many other trips to pattaya in other hotels i spent.

Our stay in Boutique hotel is good, except the front desk person who was on duty during our check in time is completely non customer friendly & showed her rude face. She try to deviate from the AGODA booking confirmation, after we show the evidence she accepted reluctantly but still show her face. Otherwise i recommend this for any family or Group Travelers as this is value for Money & no Frills hotel.

This hotel looks great in the photos, but on arriving the rooms are more dated than the photos show. Hotel reception staff seem more interested in their computer screens, than looking to the needs of the people at the hotel. The breakfast was average to say the least, very small swimming pool, with little shade, and slow difficult to log into wifi. On a positive side, the price was reasonable, location is very close to the night time action of walking street. The rooms and hotel is kept very clean, with just the attitude of the front desk letting down the hotel team. This is not the worst place I have stayed, but I would not go back.

Big clean hotel with nice comfy beds and pool”

Overall good at a nice price per room;close to bars and harbour(cheap ferry to Koh Lan beach). However,web site wrong for young children staying in parents' room.Bought an extra room@£224 because it said maximum age was 5 but on arrival,the permitted age was 10 and the child was 9-big downside for me but shouldn't be for anyone else.

Location is great , but i have to mention that there is a serious issue with the plumbing , toilets emit foul gas in many a rooms, because of that i had to change room . I happened to stay in this hotel twice, and had this problem . Informed the management and was acknowledged . Hope they rectify it....

Great location, minutes away from Walking Street in Foot. Room clean and large. Reception however leaves much to be desired. Somewhat rude, and unable to answer simple queries such as directions to the Bangkok Bus Terminal. Forgot to provide my SO and I WiFi password when we checked in. Would put up with the staff to stay here again.

Rooms was good but with no view, even the city. Rooms was not so clean and small bathroom. Swimming pool is also very small. Breakfast choices was very limited. a bit old property.
