“Very nice, clean, reliable hotel - centrally located”
I have stayed at this hotel a cumulative of over 3 weeks straight. I kept extending my stay because it is a great location in Ba Đình & it is a great hotel, especially for the price. It’s in the Japanese area of town and it’s a Japanese themed hotel. The rooms are always cleaned very well each day, very good housekeeping staff. Wifi was reliable and fast. Staff was always attentive and they had staff at the front desk 24 hours which makes you feel extra safe. All of the front desk staff is very kind — along with the great housekeeping and people serving breakfast in the restaurant upstairs. Halfway into my stay, I ended up with horrible food poisoning from something I ate earlier in the day (not at the hotel) and the hotel staff were tremendously hospitable — making sure to get me food earlier before breakfast opened, and they also checked in on me hours later to make sure I was OK and asked me if I needed to go to a doctor. They were very kind through the entire process and attentive. When you’re sick… you really appreciate these gestures. One of my favorite things about this hotel is that if you stay here for more than seven consecutive nights, you get free, unlimited laundry completed next day!! This was a major perk. One of the reasons I will definitely stay here again. Breakfast is decent. They have a nice buffet considering it’s free / included with many of the room bookings. Fruit was fresh. They also have a chef making fresh morning pho and eggs :) Eggs with toast, and fruit, along with some small nibbles of rice and other veggies made me feel home at America. Thank you to the Brandi Fuji Hotel - I will be back. My room did not have a window, but I didn’t mind that too much because I sleep during the day. One thing to note, they say they have a steam room, but it’s really a sauna. They also have a gym and a Jacuzzi. Considering the price, it’s A+++! I’ll be back.
