I stayed here for a trade show. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the exhibition center and is new, so the room was clean. Other reviews mentioned that the room was small, but I found it compact and easy to use. All necessary amenities were provided, including mineral water. I stayed on the top floor, the 28th floor, but unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy during my stay, so I was a little disappointed that the view would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been better. Since I only booked a room, I had breakfast every day at the donut shop next door. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby, so even if you only book a room, you won't have any trouble finding food. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I definitely want to stay here again next time! I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice room”
We got a room with Mountain View on floor 28 which was awesome! Room was cleaned daily and the staff was always nice and helpful. Location was super convenient as we had the airport transfer bus in front of the hotel. But also the tram and the MRT are close by maybe 50m. Convenience store (7eleven and Circle K) right on the next corner. Restaurants everywhere and a bunch of pubs on parallel street. 10-15 min walk to star ferry terminal to Tsim Sha Tsui. Highly recommended!

As a solo traveller, this hotel was perfect - it was just a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai station and there are a lot of food options around the area. A pharmacist (Watsons) is also within walking distance. The hotel room though small (typical HK), it was enough for one pax. The room was very clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. There's honestly nothing bad to say about this hotel. I did not try any other facilities (eg: gym, etc) and it was purely to sleep for the nights I was there.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful service”
I originally booked to stay in the Burlington for two weeks and ended up living there for three months. I liked it there so much it became my first home in Hong Kong. Spacious rooms that come equipped with everything you need, including one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. The rooms are always meticulously cleaned and serviced with all your provisions refreshed daily. There’s a great little gym, a nice garden terrace to hang out in and the free wifi is always reliable. What really makes the Burlington stand out is the customer service. The staff here are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. If you’re looking for a high quality, very reasonably priced hotel, with great facilities, in a superb location with wonderful customer service – there’s only one choice in Hong Kong. Thank you to everyone at the Burlington for looking after me, I hope to see you again soon.

It's small but value in staff, clean and location.”
Burlington Hotel. We enjoyed this place enough to extend our stay until our departure from HK. When we arrived in HK,we stayed at a 5 star accommodation. It was nice, not complaining. We wanted to move and explore the other side of HK. Hence we stayed at the Burlington. Initially, we booked because of location and price. What we received was outstanding staff, cleanliness and lots of help navigating the system and everyone is / was so friendly. A special thank you to the administration front desk staff. You guys !! . Over and above any 5 star. Why? Because they are genuine not "told" to be nice. Thank-you. Yes, the rooms are small. Yes, the bed is a bouble and yes we could have stayed a less expensive place with a larger room. The Burlington Hotel has the "small" touches others don't.... We highly recommend this hotel. Hotel is strategically located, accessible to all public transportation within walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby the hotel. Most important is clean condition. In fact Burlington is my default hotel each time I visit Hong Kong.

The hotel's location is perfect. It's very near to Pearson Vue if you are taking the NCLEX exam. There are so many restaurants nearby. Every time we enter the hotel, the comforting smell of jasmine always greets us. Staff were also very friendly. They clean our room everyday and replace the towels and slippers daily. The bed was so comfortable. Room is a little bit small but that is expected already for most of the hotels in Hong Kong.

Had a great stay! Room seemed newly renovated and was comfortable for 1 person, and has all the appliances you need. The area around the hotel has lots of good food and is very close and well-connected to the city/airport. The staff were also very helpful and courteous.

It was a small room (expected since it's HK) but it has big window in front so it wasn't enclosed. Best is that the hotel was clean, good location with a lot of convenience stores and other groceries (sasa, wellcome etc)

Very friendly front desk staff. Cleaners good as we got up late but the room was always cleaned. Good location. Rooms are small but this is HK and we have stayed in smaller rooms. Nicely furnished and modern.

So far my stay at Burlington is satisfying. Francis from reception is very nice and kind. So helpful. Cleaning lady is also nice. Room is clean and new. The hotel is near to mtr, tram and bus stop. Will highly recommend.

Was in town for Art Basel and wanted to book a place close to HKCEC. Hotel exceeded expectations: was upgraded to an executive suite on the 27th floor which was clean spacious and has a great view. Would definitely recommend

Value for money at an excellent location”
Walking distance to the best shopping in Hong Kong Island, and a very short walk to the MTR. the bus from the airport stops right in front of it.

Great value for money and location! ”
Good value for money. We even booked a few extra days. Top location in the heart of Wanchai and close to the MTR and Tram. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots to do nearby. Nice and clean room. Very surprising layout. A bit small in size, but this is Hong Kong and we are used to it in Hong Kong because we have lived there for a long time. Everything you need is available. A refrigerator, microwave, kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery Nespresso machine etc etc. Coffee, tea and free water. There is one small downside: (see it as constructive criticism) the carpet in the room, this is dirty and sticks to your feet, very unhygienic and needs to be replaced. Cleaning is no longer an option. we will definitely come again! Thanks for you Hospitality! R&T

It's my second time I stayed in Burlington and if there will be higher than 5 star I will have to give them more than 5. Staffs are still the same. They are very polite and helpful. Burlington Hotel is conveniently located 3-5 minute away from Wan Chai MTR station Exit A2. The hotel room is clean and decently sized. AC unit works well, too. Staff are very accommodating and fast to act. I’d stay again.

The clean room, elegant decorations, home-like and quick check-in service! When i asked for the usage of microheat, the nice staff helped me to improve our room type which offered the microheat and coffee machine. How wonderful!

They made sure that we would always be welcomed with clean rooms. The hotel is in Wan Chai, which has a lot of restaurants and just a tram or mtr ride away from tourist spots.
