Don't get cheated by Pic ”
We stayed from 7-11 Feb 16. Summary Good 1) Location is easy to find. Got convenient shop, 7-evelen, dobby and nasi kandar below the condo. So is convenient 2) Host is friendly, help us find the location, arrange for key collection and car park lot number. 3) Security is good & helpful too. 4) Big space, 4 rooms. Good for families. Master Room & 2nd Room is very big. Because only this 2 room have AirCond. We pull in matters from other room to sleep inside. Still fit for 1 queenbed+2 single bed (master Room). Second Room (1 queenbed+1single bed) no problem. 5) Got balcony + cloth hanger. So long stay guest can wash cloth and hang to dry.:-) Bad 1) Extremely Dirty. I never stay in such bad condition place in my life. Worse than PuduRaya bagpackers hotel. 2) Can see the host only clean the floor. That's it. - Kitchen is so oily and dusty. All utensil need to re-wash again (i bought new cleaner for this). The table top, Freezer, oven extremely dirty with hair, thick oil. - Toilet very dirty, water mark (black spot) all over the place. - Carpet very dirty, full of hair. We have to do clean ourself upon checkin. - Aircond in master room the worse. Use tape to hold the cover. basically all 3 aircond are full with spider web. So horrible. - At night, cockroaches (whole family, big small) all come out. running all over the house. Inside room, on bed, on dinning table, on living floor, kitchen. Just horrible. - Plus, I doubt it the bed sheet are change for us. Will I recommend for stay = NO NO NO. But if you can find other unit (nice & clean) in this condo. Yes, go for it. But not this unit. 1-11-11.
