The hotel is located near to Chen Hwang Temple and you can find food aroung the vicinity. Transport in Hsinchu is not that convenient except calling a taxi. The entire staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. however, breakfast is mediocre. Room is clean and the mattress is comfortable for me.
Excellent location, though there isn't parking available onsite. Hotel does provide free parking in a nearby parking lot. Depending on the rooms, if room is along the main road, it can get noisy after midnight and can hear cars zooming passed. Suggest you highlight to reception that you prefer rooms away from main road. Hotel breakfast is not worth it, there are plenty of better food nearby.
The room is spacious , quite , and clean, but there’s no water dispenser every floor, the facilities on the 12th floor is good there is microwave oven and ice maker.
The front desk staff had a great attitude, and they provided detailed explanations about parking issues. There was a map of the area at the front desk, and the checkout process was convenient as they gave us discount vouchers. However, it's best to avoid peak hours for parking to minimize wait times. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, with friendly service. In the room, we were advised not to plug in high-wattage appliances to avoid power outages. Since I usually bring my own hairdryer, I didn't see the hotel's warning about the hairdryer, which caused a power outage in the room. The front desk staff informed me that all rooms were full that day, so I couldn't switch rooms. My only concern was restoring the power; I didn't want to cause trouble by changing rooms. However, the maintenance staff had gone home for the day, and they were unable to restore power without resetting the circuit breaker, so we had to wait until the next day. The front desk provided us with two fans, and thankfully the air conditioning still had a weak airflow, so it wasn't too hot to sleep. When we checked out the next day, the front desk offered us a gift box as an apology. I think the hotel should take this issue seriously and either remind guests about the power issues at check-in or clearly label the outlets to avoid high-wattage devices, or have maintenance on call 24 hours to reduce the likelihood of similar incidents. Most fundamentally, they should change the wiring to prevent power outages altogether. Aside from this issue, the hotel was very good overall, and I really liked the amenities. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises, and I appreciate the assistance of the evening staff that day.

Stayed in twin room for 2 nights. The room and toilet is huge. Bed is firm to my liking so very comfortable. Location wise - there's a bit of walking from train station. there's many food options around so it's fairly convenient. The hotel has 24 hr lounge area on level 1 where you can enjoy a cup of coffee/tea, snack or top up your water bottle. There's free laundry & dryer on level 12, superb! Very friendly receptionist. Great hotel, highly recommended.
