The room is clean and new, the atmosphere is very good, there is a swimming pool on the roof, overlooking the city of Ayutthaya, both the ancient city and the modern city. The location does not block the view of the ancient city. The breakfast is excellent, with Thai, Chinese and Western food. The hotel is in the same area as the Central Department Store, very safe and convenient. Centara Ayutthaya is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand. While new (2023) and the fact that I received an opening discount (it seems) the property is excellent. Rooms are well thought out and large. Dry comfortable bed with many pillows of choice, cushioned sitting area that goes across the entire window, dual shades, many lighting options. Plenty of universal electric plugs, USB/-C, refrigerator, complimentary water, robes, slippers, very large shower with dual heads, very comfortable bed, excellent A/C and even a QR code one can scan from the TV that allows room service and other services. I used it to report a squeaky bathroom fan). The value for what I paid was fantastic. I am impressed with Centara and this property. Finally, breakfast was an excellent value at ~$10 USD and all the staff were fantastic. I will stay again when in the area.

The room is very clean. Everything inside the room is well-organized, and the appliances are of good quality. Both the bed and the dishes are great. There is a sofa bed with a mirror that allows you to see the panoramic view of the city, which looks beautiful at night, like being in a Lofi video that lulls you to sleep. The security system is top-notch as you need a key card to press the elevator to go up. The location is very convenient; when you get off the elevator, there's a central mall next door with lots of food options. There seems to be a Tops supermarket that is likely open 24 hours in front of the hotel, and there's spacious, designated parking. The breakfast offers a variety of nationalities.

This is our third stay at the Centara Ayutthaya and certainly won't be our last. We were pleasantly greeted at reception and given a corner room on the 11 floor with a lovely view. Highlight being the view of the sunrise where the sky looked as if it was on fire. Upon entering the room we found a card on the bed welcoming us back. The room was of good size, to a high standard, really big comfortable bed and plenty of power sockets. The breakfast buffet was to their very good and we certainly enjoyed it.

“Our place when in Town”
Our stay at the Centara Ayutthaya was exceptional. The check-in procedure was efficient, and no security deposit was required. The room (15th floor) offered a stunning view from its large windows. This spacious accommodation featured a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, convenient bedside power outlets, and complimentary tea and coffee. While we had hoped to dine at the rooftop restaurant, but the live music proved too loud in the dining area. Therefore, we opted for the ground floor restaurant, which offered a diverse selection of Western and Thai cuisine. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, providing a wide array of both Thai and international options. Our only issue is parking. Sharing it with the shopping centre it is difficult to find a place and then is a long walk to the hotel.
