Fantastic resort. And absolutely fantastic for families with children. This resort has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a really great relaxing holiday. The resort is even better in real life than in the pictures. Staff, cleanliness, location, on the beach, 5 clean and well-designed pools, beachside dining at Piak Restaurant, everything is superb. I will be back with my family and my kids are missing being there. This resort deserves more star rating....like a 6 star! Centara Grand Hotel Has everything there is to offer. The staff is wonderful and the service is top class and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is great and there is a lot to choose from. Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao now has a walkway from the hotel mezzanine through the mall parking lot to the mall entrance. This is very, very convenient and much safer: there is less traffic on the second floor compared to the first and there is no street crossing. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable with luxurious marble bathrooms. The breakfast buffet (still being held during COVID-19) is excellent with American, European and Thai breakfast foods, including Eggs Benedict, a full assortment of pastries, bacon, eggs, yogurt and fruit drinks.

Great hotel in alternative location to Siam”
We've been going to Centra Grand Ladprao for many years. It's in a great location if you have things to do in the northern part of the city. Rooms are nice and since we have been here last (prior to COVID) the service is better (always was good). Connected to Central Plaza which is handy and the addition of the BTS station next door is incredibly useful. Access to Chatuchak Market, JJ Mall and Or Tor Kor is much easier now.

Centara Grand has the best location for transport by MRT and BTS. It's in the centre in Bangkok and yet maintains a beautiful garden with truly ancient trees and sunlit swimming pool. Breakfasts are wonderful, staff are polite and attentive and the price is excellent value. Just a short walk to marvellous department stores. You will love it - I have stayed several times and will be returning.

Staffs are so friendly , location is the best close to the central Plaza mall ( 10 minutes walk) and Union Mall (15 minutes walk). The room wow so clean , big and modern . Highly recommended .

Fabulous facility to stay it it quite away out from Bangkok central and an hours drive from the airport taxi cost is 600 BHT which is quite good value the hotel is attached to a shopping mall and the sky train so easy access to anywhere you like staff and rooms spotlessly clean would come back and recommend

The best hotel for holiday”
The hotel is located next to the big shopping center and the BTS station. This make it easy to do shopping, finding some food to eat and look around Bangkok. The room is big and nice equipped with all necessary amenity. The swimming pool is a bit small but surrounding with nice environment. Also staffs are polite and helpful.

The runner's choice”
Fantastic hotel . I chose it being a runner as there are two fabulous Bangkok parks only 500 meters away. It is certainly great for shopping as it is attached to a huge shopping mall with many dining options. It is also connected to the sky train so very easy to travel cheaply and efficiently to all areas of Bangkok. Also worth mentioning is the beautiful pool area. The staff were very friendly and room cleaning staff super efficient. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Great breakfast where many items were rotated on a daily basis. Good location next to Mall and BTS stations which takes you straight to Siam Square area in less than 20 minutes. My only complain is that the air con in one of the two rooms we stayed was weak.

Deserve extra credit with attention to details with everything”
More than satisfied. Breakfast buffet was better than any hotel breakfast buffet, we've experienced, e.g., JW, Ratchprasong, Courtyard, Berkeley. Wife reports that soups are filled with meat (unusual!) Room was perfect. Skytop restaurant was move than excellent. Attention to details with room, cuisine including the butter (not packaged), lobster from Boston?! ... We're from New York. I gave the location a 4 star only because we had unplanned business in Silom and it was hard to get a cab back to the hotel. I know that's not the hotel's issue. We also had taxi issues at the hotel. Perhaps, this is a system issue. BTS though incredibly convenient, a short walk.

at first i ask them can decoration for my girlfriend birthday and our 10th anniveresy but hotel not allow decoration i have no choice own decoration and we in room suddenly hotel provide surpirse cake for my gf birthday so thank hotel my satisfield and another good location near shoppiing and union mall and thsi hotel very friendly and nice my 2nd time

The best hotel for holiday ”
The hotel is located in the middle of shopping center, which make it very convenient for shopping. There are many restaurants nearby including in the shopping center. The hotel is also next to the BTS SkyTrain station, which make it easy to travel around Bangkok as well. The room is comfortable and clean. Staffs are helpful and polite. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Will comeback again.

The Centara Grand at Central Plaza is not located near the center of town though it has a very nice mall adjacent to the hotel and near the "world's largest" weekend market. Shop until you drop ladies! The staff was one of the most affable I've encountered in my ten years living and working in Asia and I will not hesitate to return my next visit to Bangkok. While the decor of the rooms is a bit dated so am I and thus not a problem for this old bear. The breakfast with the room was Western friendly and yummy for the tummy. The breakfast hostess could not have been any sweeter and it was such a wonderful way to start each day.

We enjoyed very much staying at Centara Ladprao. From the welcome greetings and easy check in, all staffs are friendly and helpful and English speaking. The food are superb! The location is good as it annexes to Central Plaza where my daughter enjoy shopping sport outfits and bag.
