Great location, close to everything. Can walk to Central Ladprao Mall. Near BTS and MRT stations, as well as expressway. Convenient for traveling anywhere, including Don Mueang Airport. The room is excellent, clean, and well-maintained. Despite the hotel being old, the rooms are newly renovated. No musty smell. The room has a working desk, cool air conditioning, and a good rain shower with strong water pressure and hot water. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of choices. From bread, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, sausages, fried eggs, ham, rice, Thai food, to dim sum, salapao, noodles, milk, yogurt, cereals, and fruits. However, it's disappointing that there's no bacon. Stayed for 2 nights and hoped that there would be bacon on the second day, but still none. The hotel provides a pillow menu, which is great. I'm happy because I sleep on a memory foam pillow at home, and when I sleep on a regular pillow, it's not comfortable. But this hotel has contour pillows to choose from, so I decided to use their service. It's as comfortable as being at home. Very impressed. I think the hotel really cares about the guests' comfort, so they designed the rooms very well. The room is dark and cozy, with blackout curtains that completely block out the light. It also has good soundproofing. Normally, in hotels, you can hear the sound of doors opening and closing from other rooms on the same floor. But here, I hardly heard any noise from other rooms, and I didn't hear any loud noise from the street.

I initially had a deluxe king but upgraded to deluxe king suite. I will break down my reviews in 5 parts so it will be easier to read: Location - The hotel is situated strategically in Lad Prao. You can go straight to it through the ARL and BTS if you came from Suvarnabhumi airport. It is quite far from Siam and other tourist attractions, but it is very convenient to go there from the hotel, considering that it is connected to a BTS station (Ha Yaek). It is also connected to a mall so you don't need to go very far to get something to eat. It is also a walking distance from another mall (Union Hall) and the MRT (Phahon Yothin). Staff - The staff was really hands-on and accommodating, from the concierge to the maintenance, as expected from a 5 star hotel. The ladies on the front desk were easy to converse with and they well-explained everything you needed to know right there. The men from the concierge were really helpful right from the start too. I had no problem with my luggages as they took the initiative to bring it for me, and kept it when I needed to leave it at the lobby. The maintenance personnels who came to the room for everyday cleaning were also very friendly. Facilities - Considering the age of the hotel, the room I had was exceptional and everything was working well. There was a sufficient amount of lighting in each part of the room so it didn't feel dark for me, even if the room was big. I loved the sliding door of the bathroom, accompanied by the big tub. It is to be noted that they highly suggest that you use the hotel's own product for the tub, since any stain incurred will be paid by you. The shower was working well with great pressure, including all other faucets in the bathroom. The airconditioning was cold too and can be lowered down to 16° C. Cleanliness - I'm very particular with cleanliness as it is one of my priorities in booking a hotel and they didn't disappoint. The room was spotless when I went in and checked around. I also smelled what seemed like fabric conditioner upon entering, so the room smelled even better because of that. There were no unwanted bugs on the bed and the sheets were folded neatly. Someone from the maintenance came everyday to clean the room and change whichever needed to be changed. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. Aside from being exceptional in all facets I have mentioned above, they are the most affordable 5-star hotel out of all the 5 star ones I have checked in Bangkok. It is truly a value for money. 10/10

I really like this hotel, it's clean and value for money. The service is top notched as well. From the receptionist to the bellboys and maintenance crew, they were all helpful and polite. During my 2nd stay, my room was way too cold and within 10 mins they settled the issue and the call center even called back to double check in English as the maintenance crew's English wasn't 100% clear. The only "downside" to this place is the location to the city center which is siam etc, every cab ride would work better with an extra 50B high way charge. However, the location of this hotel is great as they have both MRT and BTS nearby. The connecting mall is also superb, plenty of options and shopping pleasure. If you don't mind the distance and extra time to travel, this place is definitely worth your stay, as it's quiet and the rooms are very comfortable. A good choice for a peaceful rest after a long day of activities. Ps. the Don Giovanni restaurant isn't that good though, but I wouldn't mind that as it's not the highlight of the stay.
