amazing pool and view”
the room we have was on the second floor with (long) pool view and seaview. they asked for 300Baht extra if we want to stay in a room with pool access but trust me room has better view upstairs. the room is spacious and very clean. although the A/C is a the same sound like you’re on a plane but it’s fine we slept really good as the bed is bigger and comfy. the location of the resort is so quiet and it has stunning sunset view and nearby islands. it has very long pool (i have never seen before). it has happy hour 13:00-14:00 cocktails and drinks by the pool. the restaurant is not very cheap though it’s like double the price from the local restaurant. if you drive out to main road pass 7/11 and family mart (just along the coast), you’ll find cheap restaurants. small GYM with basic weights is also a plus if you are gymaholic. their spa is a bit expensive so we didnt try it. couldnt find better massage place in the area too. STAFF is very friendly and they greet constantly. Love the stay!

hotel has all things you need. long pool and another pool by the restaurant and sea view. so quiet and away from tourists area. room rates are affordable. we booked a room with no breakfast so we cant comment on their food, we always eat out for cheaper options. rent motorbikes outside as always. about 40mins from airport but it was fine. we booked this hotel on our first arrival in Koh Samui and we realised on the day of arrival it’s distance from airport so we communicated with Agoda customer service and the hotel to change dates to a later date and worked out well. the room is spacious, wide and comfy bed, good size balcony and bathroom. the white walls of shower area need scrub. beach towels provided. staff are friendly and accommodating. havent tried swimming in the sea front of the resort but the view is spectucalar. good restaurants along coast are about 5mins drive. overall stay was superb and long stays are recommended for relax. expensive massage and food thats all.

Fabulous hotel in a peaceful area”
I initially booked two nights here but ended up staying for five because I really didn’t think anything in the area could compare in terms of price/value. I’ve been to a bunch of hotels in Samui and this one was certainly the best price/value. Great breakfast with fresh cut fruit, fresh waffles and everything. Staff is really friendly and helpful, you have two pools, it all is well maintained. Comparatively, drinks prices are on the higher end (140 baht for a Chang is, well, 140 baht for a Chang), but that’s the price you pay for a relatively remote island location I guess. Rooms are nice, lunch/dinner is definitely among the top ones I’ve had on the island (even compared to hotels twice the price). The beach is clean but not really for swimming in my view (very shallow and sea weed). The pools are great. In sum, I loved it and would totally recommend Centra.

I went to Samui for a one-night business trip. I arrived there at about 8 p.m. and the front office staff was really nice. She offered me to upgrade the room from 'superior' to 'pool access' for only 300 THB. The room was clean and spacious. The facilities are great; swimming pool, gym, spa, kayak, bicycle. You can enjoy your time there. The location is so private, suitable for relaxation. RECOMMENDED!

Love this hotel. Very quiet are. Fantastic pool, comfortable bed. Helpful and polite staff, great breakfast. Only complaint is that the beach this year was covered in rubbish. What a real shame as it's a beautiful location. Not the hotels fault I know, but I wish the local government would address the problem. When the whole island depends on tourism and promoting an image of beauty you would think it would be a major priority, but no, this is not the Thai way! Please take note, or guests will simply not return. My thanks for my stay at the Hotel once again.

Secluded, Nice pools, Clean. Far from everything. ”
Pros...Overall this place was nice if you are looking for a very quiet secluded place with a nice pool. Very long lap pool down the middle. Was nice under stars for a night swim. Good for couples. Nice large clean room and bathtub. But it is literally in the middle of no where. Not the best for solo travelers unless you want to be alone because it is mostly couples and families. The WiFi isn’t very good at all. Kept kicking me off. The restaurant food is just okay although the staff is all very nice. Had one bad meal but the hotel compensated for it the best they could and I appreciated that. These things happen. Breakfast was good, yummy omelet. Best if you have a car or motorbike as taxis to and from the hotel are 600-800 bht (20usd) each way and 1000-1500 to airport. 32-40 usd. Everything is priced a bit higher here then in neighboring areas like Lamai (massage, facial) but this is a legit spa vs ladies on the beach. Just depends on your preference and budget. (I like the ladies on the beach for 300 bht) but you def get peace and quiet in exchange. Beach in front of hotel is nice, very shallow, no waves, but dirty on either side with waste due to a recent storm, seems to be the case everywhere though unfortunately.

Lovely place if you want peace and quiet. 15 min walk to bars / restaurant only 3 of them. Hotel nice a clean with pool access room very good. But could do with a air conditioning revamp as it’s noisy and old style. Don’t think I would stay again as it has not much going on. 40 min from airport 800 baht for 2 people.
