Central Pattaya hotels & places to stay

conveniently located in central pattaya, it is a quiet enclave away from the hustle and bustle of pattaya. yet it is only a tuk-tuk ride away from all that pattaya has to offer. definitely a business man's haven where free wifi is available in almost every room (there's room for improvement) make sure you have a room with a strong wifi if you need it critically. otherwise the breakfast with room package is definitely worthwhile with a sumptuous start to the day. the world-class pork porridge still one of my favorite cravings. definitely worth my third time stay this coming december.

March hotel is a brand new property which provides you with best in class amenities within affordable price. I booked this hotel from Agoda with expectations of getting a class facility similar to April and August suites as the owner is same - and the hotel exceeded my expectations - I have previously stayed in April suites also so I trusted this new property - really they kept my trust. This hotel is managed, staffed and maintained to the highest degree and is excellent value for money. It is Located near to Tops supermarket( Central Pattaya) in a quiet street (very common in Thailand provincial towns), but the nightlife is only 3-4 minutes away. This may not be a 5 start luxury hotel but the interior design, decoration and layout makes it a very comfortable stay. The balcony is big, the fridge is big, the pool is well designed - in short it is much better than many of the 4 star establishments in Pattaya and elsewhere. I stayed with my 4 friends and one couple - all of them may not be free to write a review but on their behalf too it was rated the best value for money hotel. The receptionist Miss Julia took great care for all of us - she is very polite and caring. We started our stay very next day of the Grand opening of the hotel and I am sure the standards will be maintained in the coming years too. To close this review at last I would like to add - I really enjoyed my stay here, believe me and you will also.

Small hotel front with steps to the entrance. It has a lobby bar and a restaurant on site. All the staffs are very nice and smiley. My room 212 has a small balcony with construction site in view, but the noise did not bother me at all, slept like a baby. Room is good size and very clean. Tv has lots of channels, wifi very strong, safe box, electronic eye cards etc, which makes Adelphi a very safe and secure place to stay. I also like the fact that I was offered 2 key cards on spot by reception lady even though I travel solo. Nowadays you have to beg for an extra key card even for family stay lol. Breakfast was buffet style and adequate, make your own toast, and an egg station, with a decent spread. Swimming pool on roof was nice too, with an attended bar area, and about 10 loungers. Location is not too bad, about 3-5 mins walk to Tree Town soi buakhao, and 2 mins to 3rd road if you turn right. Also, it is directly facing the famous PP body massage. However, still strongly recommended!

This is pretty new property. We booked 3 days of suite pool view room for our family of 3 with one young child. The room is pretty big and has everything we'd need. It has small stove top, fridge and a washing machine. The pool is a very clean salt-water based and no chlorine smell. My kid loves it. Breakfast bar is about enough size for hotel guests during our stay. The only issue we had was the bed that is a bit too springy and quite too soft. But that was just our preferences. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Location isn't too far from central Pattaya road. It has 7-11 right across the small street. Free wifi speed in room was great! (130+ up/down)

This is a great hotel to stay. It's room are exquisite alongside the friendliness of the staff and location in Central Pattaya. There is a beautiful pool to relax in at the steps of the hotel which is unique. There is a fitness room with modern and well-kept equipment, and a elegant looking restaurant. My advice would be to ask for a higher level room and/or facing the front. However the price I paid for this four star hotel it was good value for me.

Fantastic hotel! In Central Pattaya but surprisingly quiet. Brilliantly designed hotel. Great room. Staff helpful, friendly and discreet (i.e. they are there when you need them, and not when you don't). Lovely clean pool. Excellent gym. No strange 'Thai design' features; just high quality throughout. I have been staying in hotels in Thailand regularly for 12 years and I reckon this is the best. 3.5 stars? I've stayed in 4 star and 4.5 star hotels that are nowhere near as good as this.

The LK President is an excellent choice of hotels in the enter Pattaya area. The location is not far from any of the city attractions but the particular spot of the hotel can be a problem at times. It's located off 3rd Road which can become busy. So you will have to come and go with caution. The hotel is new and well kept so the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. I did have an issue with the showers. The shower drained poorly and I had to use an extra towel to stop water from overflowing into the sink and toilet area. Monday nights there is a concert across the street from the hotel. If you have something planned for Tuesday and need sleep either bring ear plugs or forget it and go enjoy the concert. My only major problem with the hotel was the laundry. Do not, I mean do not let this hotel do your laundry. My white short are no longer white and they charged me over 1000 baht for each load. We all know you only wear shorts and t-shirts in Pattaya in February so the loads were not large at all. Find a laundry out side the hotel where a load will cost only 200 to 300 baht. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to be kind and assure I enjoyed my stay. The wifi was excellent but you have to login in your room and login in the lobby. You will see Lobby as a choice of wifi accounts to login, please do so and you will have wifi throughout the building. Lastly, breakfast was excellent with a great buffet and eggs to order. I'm a vegan and there was many excellent choices for me to enjoy a great breakfast every morning. I do recommend this hotel and will stay at the LK President again myself.

I stayed in deluxe room. This room is large bedroom, living room and shower room. Best choice for people who need hotel in central pattaya with reasonable prices (I booked it from Agoda). After checked-in, I walked to the sea in 10 minutes and central festive pattaya shopping mall in 15 minutes to have dinner This hotel didnt include breakfast. This is only one fault of this hotel I think. Because art in paradise is too crowded, I woke up early to go Art in paradise (only one interactive art mesuem in thailand) which you can walk from hotel in 20-30 minutes. After that I back to hotel and go to the deck of the hotel. It has swimming pool, sauna and fitness room which are free services. I really sad that i dont have more time to sauna. I really suggested this hotel becuase of good location, reasonable prices(quite cheap) and large room

Consistently the best Hotel in Pattaya. Great location in Central Pattaya half way between Soi BuaKhao and 2nd Road. The hotel is wonderfully clean with 2 excellent pools. Rooms are fantastic- well equipped with a safe inside the wardrobe. There is a very fresh atmosphere about the hotel Breakfast is excellent but it is the staff who make the difference. At all levels they are friendly/helpful and make you feel at home. The outside Bar managed by Nas is really first class for entertainment - good music,sport,decently priced food and the staff are genuinely interested in making your stay a happy one.

To start with, this property is very good. Not very big, but beautifully maintained with perfect aura, big rooms, excellent location in central pattaya road, easy walking access to bars, food joints (including Indian food, europian cusinies, some japanese eating joints etc). Pattaya Beach and Waling street are hardly 15 minute walk from this place. Local Tuk tuk can also be taken from front of the hotel giving traveling time to 5-7 minutes to all desired locations. Soi LK metro which is very popular now after walking street, is just 3-4 minutes walk from this hotel. Studio room, which is the initial room to start with, is also having proper kitchenette, jacuzzi. Swimming pool is small but very nice and located at 3rd floor of the hotel. Though we didn't opt for breakfast, as eating joints are nearby; its overall a perfect place to stay with value for money..:) Would love to stay again here..:) Highly recommended..!

I loved this hotel. Great location (anywhere on Soi Baukhao via the baht bus, easy access to 2nd Road, Central Festival, etc.), a staff that was always friendly and helpful, a room that would probably cost 3 or 4 times as much in the States or Europe, a beautiful and scenic rooftop pool, free coffee, tea and bottled water, good restaurant and more. Plus the hotel sits one building back from the main road so it's quieter at night (well except for the occasional rooster crowing). I asked the front desk once if there was a computer shop nearby where I could print a document. They suggested I email the document to them so they could print it for me. Don't think many Pattaya hotels would go to that trouble. I highly recommend the D Hotel if you want to be in the Central Pattaya area.

Booking through Agoda, arrived with an upgrade, almost standard practice with D Express when booking ahead, extended our stay through Agoda, received the same upgrade and managed to secure same room, awesome! Water in shower a tad tepid, but in hot season not a big niggle/gripe, efficient & friendly staff. Only upset was having to pay 100 Baht extra for a towel to be cleaned for a coffee stain. Great stay, will for sure use D Express again, awesome value though a little off the beaten track, which overrides all previous stays in more expensive hotels in Central Pattaya.

We stayed in this hotel for five weeks, our longest hotel stay ever. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. The apartment was spacious and luxurious with free Wi-Fi which actually worked, a large kitchen, central lounge and very comfortable bedroom with ensuite spa bath. The staff were excellent as was the breakfast every day. The hotel was in central Pattaya but surprisingly quiet (we were on the 6th floor). Possibly the best value for money hotel stay we have ever had.

KTK is absolutely recommended for a stay in Pattaya. There are 3 different KTK's, all right next to each other. All the rooms are uniquely decorated and would always suggest to get a suite. There are 2 pools, a big fitness area, a putting green and all the great amenities you would expect at a 4 star hotel. It's guest friendly so can get a friend from the nearby bars of Soi 6 which is a 6 minute walk. There's a courtesy shuttle to take you to the nearby malls of Central Pattaya Beach and Central Marina.

Great new hotel located on Soi 10, central Pattaya. Hotel is located in between Beach & 2nd road, with easy access to baht buses at either end of the Soi. Nice rooms, all new with a modern design/features & small balcony. Rooms have a separate bath & shower which is always a plus. Shower also has a rain forrest shower. Pool area & small gym are located on the top floor with nice views around the central Pattaya area. Great day beds for lounging around on up in the pool area. Restaurant/bar is also up on the top level, cannot comment on prices of quality as we never used either. Overall a nice new hotel that we would stay at again if the price is right on "AGODA".

I have a mixed review on this hotel. I stayed in 3 different types on rooms. The two rooms in the building to the left of the front desk were not bad at all for the money, but the room in the main building was dated and in need of cosmetic repairs. The hotels location is pretty good, right on soi Buakhao and Central Pattaya Rd. Worse complaint about this hotel is every day I stayed there ( which was many) the sewers outside the hotel smelled so bad I actually wanted to puke a couple times (not directly the hotels fault but they didnt see them taking any measures to mask the stink!). For what I paid I lived with the short comings because I wasnt in the room much anyways. It is an ok place but could be better.

at first, i booked for this hotel because the others was fully booked. once we came to the hotel, we were pleased by the nice staffs. the room was superb. we enjoyed the spaces. they have big bedroom, pantry, big bathtub for 2 person etc. we surprised that food was very great. you don't have to go out for dinner, just order from here is good enough. for facilities, we love their facilities(swimming pool, gym, sauna, massage chair, golfing etc. ps. very close to central festival pattaya. for conclusion, i recommend you to try this hotel!! you will love it.

tim boutique offered a central location and all of the features expected from a hotel in central pattaya. i enjoyed the pool and the restaurant that offred both western and local thai cuisine. i would recommend this hotel to single travelers vice ones with families. if you meet a companion while in pattaya, the hotel will not charge you any further guest fees. being located near walking street, i would advise that if you have a family i would suggest staying in north pattaya away from the night life to ensure a quieter stay. overally though i would stay here again during my next trip.

The hotel is located Central Pattaya. From the bus terminal it will cost you 80 baht motorcycle taxi. This is new hotel so some taxi don't know of it, but tell them "soi honey" and they will find. Staff are friendly and welcoming and check in and out was effortless. The room was clean, spacious. The air-conditioning worked well and the shower was awesome. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. Location to dining is plentiful. There are also many places for entertainment as you would expect in Pattaya. Definitely a hotel I would use again.

Decided on very short notice and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was outstanding for its class. Very well equipped (TV and mini bar in both rooms) and great view considering location. It is very central but staying on the 8th floor gave some feel of distance to the noisy streets of Pattaya central.... Could not have made a better choice. As hotel it would suit families perfectly well (if one considers being in central Pattaya with its night life).
