Starting from the airport pick-up, I didn't have to worry about sharing a car with other guests like other hotels. The room is large, clean, and beautiful with a nice view of the city. I wanna bring home the housekeeping staff! Pro: The bed is so comfortable. Super spacious room. Heated toilet, no freezing butt in the morning. They have smart TV including alot of options including netflix. The housekeeping staff were attentive (examples: they refilled our body soap bottles every single day including those in the shower room, they would even clean up the hotel-provided utensils. They also gave waters for both of our connecting room even though the other room didnt request for housekeeping, when asked for extra slippers, they were generous with their supplies, misplaced items were rearranged nicely), the bellboys/security team were amazing (example: the moment we step out of our taxi, they will helped us opened the door, carried our stuff and opened the lift with immediate attention, he would also stand outside to check for our grab food while I waited inside), the receptionist also helped us to call and book for our restaurants, transport services were great and the hotel gave us discounts. The soft lighting in the bedroom is so romantic and homey. Cons: The elevator buttons don't worked sometimes, can still hear the noises of the street even in the bedroom. Generally the building is old, but atleast they have new furnitures. In summary, I'm giving 10/10 because that's the limit!

Whether it was offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Bangkok, arranging transportation, or promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had, their dedication and professionalism were truly commendable. Booked for 4 days, 3 nights stay! Room was exactly as shown in picture; I did not expect it to be so spacious cos I thought the pictures were edited but no, it was legit. The toilet could have been bigger considering the access space in the room. Cleanliness was amazing throughout - the floors (vinyl) was dusty initially so we requested for it to be cleaned and it was done efficiently. Toilet was mostly white in colour which is good cos it shows how thoroughly it was cleaned each day. However, there was always the drainage smell that lingered in the toilet (which is common for hotels) so we brought along our room spray to ease our nostrils. The hotel is easily accessible to Platinum Mall via the hotel’s side entrance which is only for guests. So you won’t be able to enter the hotel without your hotel key - walking all the way to the main entrance to enter the hotel is inconvenient. Getting a grab is not easy because of the one way road so we recommend that you walk out of the hotel via the main entrance to hop on your grab. *Tip - use the escalator outside Krong Tong Plaza to cross the bridge to get to Platinum Mall. The other end of Platinum Mall (lvl 2) is the R Walk bridge which brings you directly to centralwOrld and Big C. The staff that carries your luggages (forgot the job title) was much friendlier than the lobby staff. We were mostly served by receptionist, Tony, who really could have made do with a smile on his face; he looked like unhappy to serve us before even presenting our request to him. Oh we had a lot of issues with our TV. It is a SMART TV but the screen would go blank and we could not turn it on again since our first night. We informed the hotel but nothing had changed.

Our group recently stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at Centre Point Hotel Pratunam, and it was a great choice. We were in connecting double rooms with balconies, which was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the balconies provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel is well-located in the Pratunam area, close to Platinum Fashion Mall and other shopping spots. It’s also easy to get around thanks to nearby public transport options. We appreciated the fridge, microwave, and kettle in the rooms, which made it convenient to prepare simple meals and store snacks. The outdoor pool and fitness center were excellent for downtime and staying active. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of tasty options, and room service was handy for nights in. Overall, Centre Point Hotel Pratunam provided great value for money with its comfortable rooms, good location, and excellent service. We’d definitely recommend it to other groups visiting Bangkok.
