The hotel is about a 9-minute walk to Shibuya station, and a few more minutes to the Shibuya Scramble (crossing) and many other attractions of the Shibuya area. We requested and were given a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, and the weather cooperated by revealing the mountain on our 3rd and 4th days. The service from top to bottom was absolutely impeccable. All staff members acknowledged us as we passed by, usually with a bow. There were multiple staff members directing guests in the lobby. I was always addressed by name when I placed a call to the front desk. And the housekeeping staff was always out of view but then immediately made up the room or picked up items left outside the door, like invisible fairies. The room was very tasteful, very functional, and very comfortable. The bed was among the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The coffee provided in the room came in a clever single-use drip filter and was actually quite good. I would say that only the selection of TV channels was lacking, and each time we turned on the TV, a particular button (in Japanese) on the remote had to be pressed twice in order to disable simultaneous translation from English to Japanese; the instructions to do this were not provided in the room, but a staff member came up quickly to show us how to do it. We did not take advantage of any of the restaurants, as they were moderately expensive; we purchased breakfast items from the Family Mart just half a block away. We did use the gym several times, and mostly had it all to ourselves. Access outside of a free early morning window costs a hefty amount, but signing up for the free hotel membership program provided both free gym access and a voucher to be used for laundry. The locker rooms also had massage chairs! This was one of our favorite hotel stays ever.

This is a wonderful hotel. Starting with its prime location in Shibuya, going anywhere in Tokyo is very convenient as it’s only about 5 minutes away from Shibuya station. The staff was very helpful from check in to check out and any other questions I had during my stay. The best part was the room itself as it was spacious and clean with a Hugh window where I could even see Mt. Fuji from a distance. I especially liked the bathroom and it’s roomy bathtub where I could take a relaxing bath with complimentary bath salts provided by the hotel every night after a long day out. All the amenities this hotel provided were excellent and you won’t be lacking anything. There’s also restaurants in the hotel and even a 24 hour 7-Eleven located right outside the 2nd floor of the hotel. Plus, there are also plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel. Overall, I had a very enjoyable time staying here and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future stays in Tokyo.

I enjoyed the beautiful views from my room, the lounge, and the bar on the top floor, making my stay memorable. For both days, I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant, Sakuraoka. There were three options, and each breakfast was perfect. On the first day, I had grilled fish, and on the second day, I had hot tofu. My husband had the scrambled eggs, and both were delicious. It was a lovely time spent here. For dinner on the first night, my husband and brother-in-law had a large cheeseburger at Garden Kitchen Karumera, while I had vegetarian broccoli pasta, and my sister had vegetarian Thai green curry. We shared each other's dishes, and they were all delicious. At night, we went to Towers Bar Verovist and enjoyed Keith Williams' performance with delicious cocktails. We had a nice conversation with him afterward, as it turned out he was from the same place where my sister and brother-in-law live. The cocktails were like art and tasted great. Check-out was also very smooth, and the porter put our luggage in the taxi for us. We had reserved the taxi in advance, but due to construction on the highway, the staff informed us that it might take longer than expected. They helped us change our reservation to an earlier time, which was very helpful. My sister and brother-in-law used the gym, sauna, and pool and praised them highly. We used various facilities, restaurants, bars, and rooms in the hotel, but the lounge was where I wanted to stay the most. The atmosphere and hospitality were perfect, and it was a very comfortable place to read a book. Thank you very much.

My husband and I stayed at The Tokyu Cerulean Tower for 9 nights recently. We were upgraded to the Executive Tower due to the room we had originally booked being full. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The amenities had everything you would need in the bathroom and were replenished daily. They even provided a hair dryer and straightener in the room. The staff were always friendly and helpful and every interaction with them was great. They also allowed me to order items from Amazon Japan to the hotel during our stay. The location was less than a 10-minute walk to Shibuya Station. The only downside to the location was that it was located up a hill. Coming from the station, you have to use a pedestrian cross bridge which can be hectic if you are carrying luggage (there were elevators to the bridge but they weren't easy to find). But after the bridge, you need to walk up a short hill. Something to be aware of if you have any mobility issues. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to staying with them again next time.

You'll be shocked at how spacious their rooms are for this area of Tokyo. This is NOT a business hotel with tiny rooms - they're huge and most floors feature a staggering view. The service was exceptional - I ordered baseball tickets to be delivered to the hotel and they were handed over to me the moment we checked in without even asking, they helped us make a number of dinner reservations, ordered taxis, arranged for our luggage to be delivered to Narita...the list goes on. English spoken by almost every staff member we encountered. Extremely clean room, elevator, hallways - this place is sparkling. And you couldn't ask for a better location - steps away from the West Exit of the JR Shibuya Station as well as the hundreds of bars, restaurants, and shops in Dogenzaka, Udagawacho, Daikanyama, and Aoyama just a few minutes away by foot. Our parents love a nice hotel and were extremely pleased with this choice - especially because the bar on the 40th floor was the perfect place for them to relax each evening when we wanted to go out and explore the Shibuya bar scene! I would definitely stay here again.
