This is a very nice place it terms of cleanliness and accessibility. It's very near the train station, mall, and hawkers. The hotel is very clean too. value for money indeed.
I stayed in the smallest type of room (Executive Single), with no windows. The room is exactly as described/seen in the pictures. While it is small, there is enough room for luggage under the bed. The room and bathroom were both clean, and were cleaned every day while I was there. As might be expected, the walls are fairly thin so if you have loud neighbours or people are making noise in the hallways you'll definitely hear it. The hotel is changing management and there was some construction going on, but it didn't affect or disrupt my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just be aware that the front desk is not manned all the time, but only from 7 in the morning to 10 at night. You can still freely come and go though. All in all, for the location and the price it is a great option, especially if you're on a budget and just need a decent place to spend the night. I would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent location”
We arrived at 2am. Though the reception is not 24hrs, the checkin was smooth and we get to come in our room. The receiving area is nice and comfy. There is also water dispenser where we refilled our water bottle. The elevator is spacious enough. Our room is small but just right. We have nice bed. Aircon is working. There are sockets for charging. Drawers under the bed. There’s table with cups, hot water, coffee and tea. There are towels, shampoo and soap, hot and cold shower, bidet(!) and hair dryer. The location is excellent. MRT station across the street. Clark Quay mall across the street. Chinatown few blocks away and nearby mall with mcdo. Song Fa is near. Fragrance is near. Souvenir shops in Chinatown is near. Near Merlion but maybe around 20-30mins walk. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Good value for money. I would like to stay here again.
