"The hotel is very near Chatuchak night market. Overall a great stay at the hotel, and worth the price. They didn't mention that there was a deposit for the room before checking in, thankfully we brought our credit cards. We had a difficult time talking to taxi drivers because they kept confusing Centara Grand to Central Plaza (mall) in Ladprao. For transportation, we recommend to take their free shuttle to Chatuchak, or you can walk (around 10minutes) to the subway station, then transfer to another above ground train station."

"We booked under QVI and Club Ultima; hence, our rooms/suites are very large. The room assigned to us was very clean and with a breathtaking view of the Bangkok interchange. The staff are all very polite particularly those at the information counter. Ms. Oye, who assisted us in the dinner cruise booking at Chao Phraya river, was truly accommodating and provided us some helpful tips in going around the city. The entire hotel is very nice and elegant. Although the hotel is a little far from the downtown, it's ok because it's not difficult to call a cab and the fare is only around 70 baht (approximately from Makati to Malate distance). There are peddlers in front of the hotel and the fruits they sell are really good particularly the mangosteen, papaya, pineapple, and mango (sarap) and very reasonably priced! The 7/11 convenience stores, are a little far if you go there by walking; but a large grocery store, the Big C, is very near via taxi. The famous Chatuchak is also very near the hotel but we were not able to go there. Given the chance, I would still go back and book at this hotel."

"After staying at fancy resorts in Koh Samui, we just wanna save money on the last 2 days in Bangkok, so we booked Mansion Sarasinee cuz we wanna spend the last day at chatuchak market. Didn't have any expectation at all and turned out it was actually pretty decent! 10 min walk to chatuchak market which opens during weekends, has a traditional market nearby, close to subway, staff let us store luggages for free, downstair restaurant/cafe looks mediocre but food was surprisingly good!!! Overall a pretty pleasant stay. Didn't even try the breakfast based on all the previous comments, but doesn't matter, there're some food stand on the street anyway."

"It was great staying at the Ratchavipa Residence, it really did exceed all of my expectations. I felt comfortable staying there with reasonable price of room rate, the room was nice and clean, very good location for shopping, movies and travel (Major Cineplex and the Chatuchak weekend market was fantastic, I truly enjoyed it) The sky train, subway and the airport was not too far from the hotel. Highly recommended for those who need a place for your business trip because they do provide computer, fax, printer and high speed internet at the business corner with a reasonable cost. The staff was most hard working and friendly. Even they didn’t have breakfast service but I can find it easily down at the coffee shop and walk about 5-10 minutes exercise to 24 hrs. McDonald. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "

"If you are looking to go to Chatuchak, look no further! Pros The location is central and walking distance from rail line and Chatuchak. We went to Chatuchak 3times in one day because we needed a break every few hours. The lady at the reception (luk or luck) was the best. She made us feel very welcome and she even kept my beer cold after check out in the ice cream freezer. Luk if you are reading this, you are awesome. Cons The beds are hard, but after a Chatuchak day you would probably be able to sleep on a rock. The view is not great but the room is huge with a nice shower. Breakfast is basic. Great stay. Highly recommend. I "

"The man hotel worker with uniform will bring you go to your room, and intro little bit, it's feel like 60's 70's hotel service. The hotel room like vintage, like 60's 70's style , a lot furniture is wooden made, and the vintage look maroon color sofa. Thinking of my parent and grand parent they staying this kind of room. However the bed, pillow and towel is in good edition. cleanliness. Can easily go to chatuchak by bus or BTS. also Don Mueng airport by bus or taxi."

"Definitely a value for money stay. The room had everything we needed, including free flow complimentary coffee/biscuit in the hallway. Nice choices and touches of interior all around the hotel, and quite regrettable that we didn't get to try any of the restaurants (inc. the ice cream parlour there). Location-wise it is not central Bangkok but just 2 BTS stations away from the Chatuchak market, and even walk to the nearest Ari station is pleasant, with many stalls, local food, cafes or even the relatively more proper restaurants. Hope that they could maintain the hotel's condition as it is, and would definitely stay here again."

It takes very long to check-in. This hotel is withing 20-25 minutes walk to the Chatuchak weekend market. There is shopping center along the way."
