Great location and value ”
The hotel is in a great location, Soi 8 is ideal if you’re staying for a few days in Bangkok. Centrally situated and the BST and MRT are close enough to get anywhere in the city. Some very nice bars and restaurants within the Soi as well to enjoy a meal and quiet drink. The room I had was very spacious and had everything you need. I was pleased there was an iron and ironing board in the room. The room was spotless and cleaned and any/all toiletries replaced. Not only shower gels etc supplied but toothpaste and brushes supplied and replaced daily. Front desk very helpful and pleasant experience booking in and checking out. All in all a great stay 👍🏻

Quiet neighbourhood nicely tucked in a busy area. Short walk to BTS station Nana with all prominent shopping malls within a few minutes' ride distance. 24-hr tuktuk service, clean & spacious rooms, friendly staff.

An excellent hotel within walking distance of BTS and Terminal 21 or use the 24 hr tuk tuk from the hotel to Sukhumvhit. Nice quiet Soi for central Bangkok. Good quality, spacious suite rooms with well equipped kitchenette. Cleaning of rooms to very good standard. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Best shower I’ve had in a hotel in Thailand-hot and powerful. Good parking facilities. Small but adequate plunge pool. Self laundry facilities available. Didn’t use the small restaurant for breakfast but the food and menu seemed to be of an acceptable standard. We would definitely stay again.

Seamless check in and out, staff helpful and knowledgeable on needs and requirements of family with children,, We had a 2 bedroom suite, 1 room with full en-suite with second separate shower and bathroom for 2nd bedroom, no tv in bedrooms but the tv in living area has lots of international channels. Locared at quiet end of a soi that has a number of bars and restaurants near the junction with Sukhuvmit for around 200 metres non of which are ‘inappropriate’ or the type of bar that are unsuitable for families to frequent/walk by. Numerous cuisines styles available from Thai, Italian, American, New Zealand and street food vendors. 7/11 around 200 metres from apartment Complimentary tuktuk always available 24/7 from apartment to Sukhuvmit and back ( need to call reception for pick up). To sum up, Courteous & knowledgable staff, spotlessly clean, family friendly and we plan on staying again on our next trip.

Affordable & Clean Service Apartment”
We wanted to go Khlong Toei market to buy food and cook, so we chose this service apartment, because the have stove & mircowave. They even provide dish washing stuff. There will be housekeeping everyday, vacuum & mop. You can wash your clothes at 7th floor, and refill your water. 24hr tuk tuk is really faboulous, you can use line to contact hotel reception counter to ask tuk tuk pick you up near Nana station. The price for this room is really worth.

Fantastic room service!!! They even did the dishes which was unnecessary but very nice. The tuk tuk service to the main road cuts about 8 mins of walking, and can be called on demand to get back to the hotel. It’s very handy! The only problem was the Wi-Fi. It was rather weak in the rooms, closer to the bed. Towards the hallway, it was stronger. I had to go down to the lobby and cafe area to get strong Wi-Fi, or to the pool / gym.

An apartment hotel that feels like home”
I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights at Citadines Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok. I loved my stay here as I felt like I was at home and I can do staycation in this hotel. My room has a kitchen sink, a fridge, glasses, mugs, plates, kitchen utensils, cabinet, dish rack, towels, a sponge, a dishwashing soap, iron and iron stand. The hotel provided me the services I needed during my stay. It also has a water reflling station at the 7th floor. However, I was unable to sleep completely because the bed mattresses and the bed pillows were hard. The laundry price is quite costly, but fast and delivers on time.

Great value for money, beyond expectations”
Very reasonably priced for the size of the room. even has a kitchen, desk, and spacious bath. Breakfast was also good with generous servings. Also had free drinking water machine and a laundry area plus a gym and small pool. Awesome that they had 24/7 tuk tuk service to the Nana BTS stop which made everything so convenient. And we were able to check in early when we arrived at 9 am or thereabouts. Staff were good and responsive. Really worth every penny Highly recommend the hotel!
