City Center hotels & places to stay

When I made the reservations, felt like their price was too high, but when we arrived, the price was fully justified. We have stayed at many mountain resorts and none of them could come close to the 'fineness' of Sirinati. It is at a class of the best hotels in Bangkok. Yes, it is not a 5-star hotel but it does come close. The materials used to fabricate the resort were all quality merchandise. The units were built on the hillside and so in the morning when the fog rolled in, it was a beautiful site. The only negative, the lighting in the room could be brighter and there should be some bedside lamp. The bathroom towels were of such quality, one could not imagine what it cost the resort to furnish the bathroom with them. The bed/mattress/comforter were of the highest quality. We had hot water in both the shower and the bathroom sink. A fitting touch, there wer some small sweets in the room for our enjoyment. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the variety was excellent, omelets, eggs, 3 types of meat, toast, cereals, waffles, 5/6 different juices, even 3 or 4 excellent thai dishes. And of course, a premium coffee machine. The Sirinati is a 25/27 unit resort and parking was more than adequate. Since the resort is built on the hillside, they use an electric cart to deliver you and your luggage to your room, which was quite large for resort standards.

We reached the hotel quite late at night, but the owner still waiting for us patiently outside the hotel, and help us with the check in right away. I can see how much he's proud of his hotel as he was so excitingly introduced the room to us, even though he can't speak english well, and it makes us feels happy too. Of course the view here is really great that you can see sea of cloud from your balcony in the morning, and the breakfast is simple yet delicious. The owner even helps us to fix some parts of our car as we had a small accident one night before. Definitely recommend to everyone who's going to KhaoKho soon.

we booked this hotel as a part of out family trip. the price is very good. when, we arrived, we found that this hotel is small but beautiful. the location is only a short ride for the sukothai world heritage site. the facility is great. great pool, small canal run through the resort. there is an ancient temple just a few step from the back gate of the hotel. the service is great. we really love this hotel and plan to come back .

The cottage was comfortable, though the best part of the stay was the effort and kindness showed by the owners and the resort staff. We were looked after so well and we would definitely stay here again. We were lookig for a quiet week away from the city and this is exactly what we found. We were given a tour of the area by the owner at a reasonable price and we will not forget the extra effort made every day to ensure we were happy and comfortable. A very decent, honest and enjoyable place to stay.

My first time visit to Khao Khao and this is indeed a great place to stay! All the staff and especially the owner are very friendly to all the guests. Although it was not cloudy/misty when I was here but the morning view was magnificent! A very beautiful resort and the complimentary breakfast was great as well. You will see a variety of local food stalls nearby the area. Will recommend it to all my friends and definitely will visit again soon :)

We got our room upgraded by the staff automatically to kind of villa mountain view. It is much comfortable than the original room that we get as the upgrade room has a bigger room space with modern design and the toilet is extended at outside of room but within villa compound. We were also served with great and super full breakfast. We liked the view of Mossview as well as the pool facilities. As overall, we are happy and have a pleasant stay with Mossview with the best and friendly servicr rendered by all staffs.

The owner of the resort put a lot of thought to create the landscape within the resort. The concept of the island restaurant was amazing. It is within a few mins drive to Khao Takian Scenic Spot (ideal viewpoint for sunrise and sunset). The only downside is to locate the resort. You will have to look out for the small signage pointing to the correct path that leads to the resort. Overall a nice resort and the owner was really helpful.

I was Nidahommok with family for New Year. It was more than the expectation. The view is great. Good spot to see the fireworks while BBQ-ing with family. The weather is perfect. The host is so kindness and friendly. This was my memorable trip. Only the water heater that need to be replaced from traditional LPG to electric. But overall is perfect. Great value for money.

To get to hotel you need to drive on dirt track which is more suited to SUVs and Trucks but Cars can still get drive on it, locaiton is facing towarss the Petchaboon Main mountian and not into the Valley but thats where the negatives stop. Hotel Resort Room is fantastic and very clean! Excellent view of the Mountain especially at night time , but one of the best things is the room service, as there is no restaurant on site so they bring you all your food to your room you can sit and relax eating on balcony whilst watching the views!

There was a mistake with our booking. It not impress at all. Even they try to solved the problem for us but with their manner (the old lady) it shouldn't kept customer waiting so long. And always kept ignoring me. If someone want to stay there please think about it. What you will get maybe not what you pay for. Picture is to good to show the actual of their atmosphere.

I been there 2 nights with my aunt..... and it's also my first time there. But the baan Termsuk hotel and staff made me so comfortable and no worries.... they tried to call me and showed me how to get there.... when i was arrived so late the owner drove her own car to pick us up from the Bus station to the hotel in the dark way and so cold.... and the best price.... she was very friendly and helpfull... the room very clean and beautiful..... please !!!! dont skip Bann termsuk if u wanna vist Khao Kho

The accomodation we chose was Cottage With Mountain Views.I would actually call them hills(mountains maybe way further in the distance) but it certainly was a great view and as it was the rainy season we could see the clouds literally rolling into the resort and enveloping it in fog.The cottage itself offers a kettle(but no cups or coffee etc).The bed linen consists of 2 light doonas and mattress cover (a sheet)and 2 pillows. There is a balcony provided on every accomodation and ours had a good sized table and built in seats where we could sit and enjoy the view.The resort is conveniently located on the main road thru Khao Kho and close to Thai food outlets and places to buy the basics eg tissues,water,beer and a barbers almost next door where a haircut will cost you 50THB! The locals are friendly as are the resort staff.We took our bicycles but being novices hardly used them as the place is surrounded by rather steep hills and gullys which is part of the charm of the area.There are many other types of accomodation to choose at Chatfah Resort eg Cottage with River Views.They seemed to have a big variety from singles/couples to large groups/families and there were lots of outside seating areas.If you are going for the scenery and are basically self contained then this place is very suitable.

We were lucky to book during weekday and were the only guests. It was what camping was about, rugged and minimal facilities (4 bathrooms and outside sink for washing dishes). The highlight was the view!! We were given a tent that opened up to a beautiful Khao Kho mountains with nice October weather, we cherished every moment of it. We cooked our dinner and breakfast next to our tent. Only one staff on site but he was very friendly and helpful! The downside is the location to the camping site was in very narrow alleys and could be difficult to reach. The site could also use some trash bin stations. Overall, we really liked place because it was quite and could really enjoy the view - a nice camping experience.

Hotel is located in the perfect setting. As you lye in your bed you can merely open your curtains and watch the beautiful sun set. The rooms are professionally decorated and thoroughly cleaned. The restaurant is lacking slightly with staff numbers and slightly higher prices. The breakfast is also quite poor. Book your room online to save yourself 900 baht from at the counter price. 1 staff member I found to be extremely polite and professional. Would recommend a visit as it is a experience you will not forget.
