This hotel is the best bang for the buck. It has a great staff, kudos to Shane. She was a spectacular host. This hotel takes extra steps to accommodate returning guests. I usually give this hotel 5 stars across the board. However, this trip the WiFi was almost nonexistent. I know this is an older hotel as I have stayed in it almost every year since 2002, but they need to bring in a professional company to fix it. I’m sorry, but the in house repairs for the WiFi is not working. Today’s day and age, nothing works without WiFi and their IT section has a nonchalant attitude about fixing it. Out of 4 days, the WiFi worked 2. Other than this issue, I would give the hotel 5 stars.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated conveniently near various establishments, making it easy to explore the area. We had a great stay at City Garden Hotel. The location is excellent.It is very convenient and close to everything I needed. The service was consistently top-notch, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The only small downside was that the air conditioning was a bit weak, but overall it didn’t take away from the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
