Better than hoped, staff very helpful and friendly”

We were certainly wowed by our large deluxe 2 bed apartment overlooking the marina. Staff were so attentive, polite and friendly throughout the hotel. We had two slight issues which were dealt with immediately to our satisfaction. When they heard it was our anniversary we arrived back in the evening to find a fabulous cake in our fridge, a really nice gesture. Room service very reasonably priced "for Dubai" and the hotel itself was a great deal from Agoda "for Dubai" - note that Dubai must the the most expensive place in the world to holiday. Wifi was excellent. Two supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Frontline to the marina. Only downside was that the pool only had sunlight until midday, which is fine if you're out and about a lot. I definitely recommend the hotel, however. Be nice and respectful and the staff will be nice and respectful to you too.

Exceptional”

This hotel was a great fit for our family of 8 (4 adults/4 teenagers)! Our stay here was amazing! From Marilyn and the staff at the front desk, Judith in the Café, housekeeping and Judaish (spelling?) setting up our tours, everything was top notch. Even the birthday cake that was sent up to our room for my son's birthday was totally unexpected and a really nice surprise. Our room was a 3 bedroom suite and it was huge! The staff was always welcoming when we returned from a long day of sightseeing and were always helpful if we needed anything. If we are ever in Dubai again, we will definitely stay at the City Premiere Marina!

Excellent Hotel Apartment”

This is the best Excellent hotel apartment in Dubai Marina Area. Very close to Tram, Metro and Marina Mall. Jus opp is Carrerfour and mdeical store. Apartments are very Spacious, Neat and clean very well maintained. Staff is too co-operative and always ready to serve. Best Apartment to stay in this area. Also has Access to Dubai Marina walk from back door.

Amazing hotel and value for money”

This hotel is beautiful and is in a top location Dubai Marina). We booked a 2 bed appartment with a city view online and got an upgrade to marina view overthere. The hotel staff were all very friendly , helpful and polite. The appartment were equipped with necessities and opposite a convenient store that is open 24/7. and most of the restaurants are open till 4 am. The appartment is every spacious with a beautiful balcony. It was a girls trip and we loved our stay. The only issue was the bathroom was build on a way that when a shower, the water overflows to the floor. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 😊

Excellent stay for vacation ”

We stayed for 6 days in last week of July. Location of hotel is fantastic as it is situated in dubai Marina area, with excellent views, dining facilities, shopping malls, walking and jogging tracks along the marina. Size of the two bedroom furnished apartment which we got caught us by surprise. It was huge! We felt very comfortable there they throughout the stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking when needed. Overall very enjoyable stay. Would love to say there again in near future

Great Location with friendly staff”

Great location on the marina. Friendly and helpful staff. No bar in hotel but there is a restaurant but we didn't use. Pool small but adequate. Not a lot of sunbeds but when we went in November it wasn't a problem . However the sun was only at the pool in the morning so if this is important to you this is not the place for you. A lot of the hotels were the same. We had a deluxe apartment which was very spacious and clean. Although shower is over the bath, I prefer a separate shower but it wasn't a problem. There was 3 balconies although only 2 chairs and small table in one of these. It was cleaned daily and towels changed if you left at the request card on outside of door handle. Not many utensils etc in kitchen.Perfectly situated. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (Damac Properties station). Plenty of nice restaurants in the vicinity and nice shopping malls too. JBR beach and area also 10-15min walk away. Very safe area but there is virtually no crime in Dubai anyway.

Very friendly staff, prompt and easy checkin at 1am. Lots of information provided of the area and facilities. Booked 1 bedroom apartment but received complimentary upgrade to 2 bedroom. Fantastic views, bed linen crisp, very clean. Buffet breakfast great value good choice hot and cold, omelettes made to order again staff very friendly. Restaurants on doorstep also pharmacy and supermarket. Taxi easy to use to and from airport approx 100AED each way. Best area to stay in Dubai. Thank you City Premiere.

Huge apartment great value”

We were a group of 6 friends. We had 3 bedroom apartment. It was huge. We had a fabulous balcony overlooking the marina. Very comfortable beds, spotlesdly clean. Staff were great. House keeping were coming late as we were getting ready to go out but after a chat with reception they vame earlier, so this was great. Pool is nice but you only get sun until.about 1pm and there weren't enough sunbeds. Also be aware the hotel.soesnt sell alcohol. So no beer at pool.or wine with lunch. But this was not a problem for us. We are at the lunch buffet twice. It is very good value and quality. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. I loved staying there. It is close to marina mall and lots of restaurants and take always. Also several supermarkets close by. Carefour is right across the street.

Great location on Marina. Staff are very helpful & professional. 3 Bed Apartment was huge, however furniture & decoration is very tired and dated and requires updating. Not as luxurious as other Hotels/Apartments that we have previously stayed at in Dubai Marina.

Great apartment hotel . Staff couldn't do enough for us . Gave us early checkin 11am & also room upgrade . Great view onto marina from one of the pools . Hotel right on marina 5 min walk to marina mall . 7 mins walk to tram line & train station . Ideal location

Location enormous rooms”

Staff are excellent, really friendly. Hotel car to the airports is about the same cost as the local taxi. Rooms are enormous, compared to European hotels and very clean. One downside there are only a few mains sockets on the whole apartment. Location is good 5-10 walk and you have a whole plethora of eating and drinking option. I usually stay at the Radisson across the road, but the cost difference and direct access to the Marina wall mean I will be back.

I stayed for over a month and found the hotel to be great for the business traveller in a good position on the Dubai Marina and also close to the JLT business district.

Location Excellent; Service good be better”

The City Premier Marina Hotel Apartments are right in the centre of the Marina Bay Area, close to the boulevard, the metro and Jumeira beach area. While people are helpful, some of services could be improved: cleanliness of housekeeping, ensuring that supplies are provided every time and coming in time. Lastly i found it rather ridiculous to pay for a broken glass when you pay $150 for a room, especially as that glass will be charged 40 Dirhams/$12. One could have bought a whole set for that!

Great value for money”

Spacious two bedroom apartment in the Marina area. Many restaurants near by. Marina mall only a short walk away. Room clean, staff friendly and extremely helpful. No complaints! Strongly recommend!!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and I wouldn't mind staying here on a full-time yearly basis. The rooms are spacious & comfortable, the balcony is massive and would be great to hang out during winters. The location is amazing too, close to supermarkets, the Marina Walk and the Mall.

Nice location and clean, good value for money, pool and sun deck only gets very limited sun in the day time so not a place for sun tanning !! Marina area has gone very quiet these days and the night life has moved further afield. Over all a nice clean apartment and value for money apart from the lack of sun.

Best place in Marina”

Excellent location, walking distance to Marina mall,Marina lake and Tram station. Its also surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment is big and internet is fast.
