"We are returning guests because this hotel is in a great position in the nicest part of Galway. Very central for shopping and handy for night life. Lovely views too. Staff are very helpful and always try to give us our requested room. Hotel is spotlessly clean and with lovely welcoming foyer. Beds comfortable and decent sized flat screened telly with good channels. Good wifi. Radisson Blue hotels have mini -fridges in the bedroom. Would be great if Jurys provided that too!"

We originally had 18 guest but people dropped out last min and we were not charged any extra. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location is very central being very close to Eyre Square and shopping streets. This hostel is ideal for backpackers or people on low budgets."

The restroom is enough The night shift man is so kind to me as i have to leave early morning and i am going to missed my breakfast so he just went to the kitchen and packed me some breakfast.SO kind. because some place they don't care but this is what is hospitality business is all about. Caring, service mind and flexible to make your customers have the best experience with you. Thanks guys. "

"We were with our two little ones in a family room. A lovely hostel with very friendly and helpfull staff. It maybe could do with a little touch up, but it all adds to its charm. "The hotel is 2 kilometers from the city center (~25 minute walk). The rooms were older and the hot water in the shower would go from hot to cold and even stopped coming out of the shower head. It's an ok hotel to just grab a few Z's and then travel on to the next destination. Not suitable to relax and enjoy what Galway has to offer. "
