"Frustrating and costly without wifi 75% of my stay, with out the ability to use online banking, appointment conformations, Email, mapping , Skype, and Facebook Messenger all of which effected my ability to prepare for the immediate use of my time for the goals of my stay in the United States. "I booked this hotel for our layover and it was conveniently located near the airport. Transfers are provided which is an advantage. Breakfast spread was simple but good enough and tasty as well. My booking was for 3 adults in a room with queen bed and a sofa bed. I asked for the sofa to be made into a bed and was told that it would incur extra charge since it is considered an extra bed. If an extra bed charge is applicable, that should have been stated in the description of the room. I was disappointed with this."
