"The Loft Hotel is a very nee hotel in Iligan city . The construction is still going on . The smell of the paint is very strong which makes the room stinks . I gave a high rate because this is a new hotel which much more descent than any other hotels in Iligan City with a good value for money . Their suite room has a separate lounge there’s no hotel in Iligan City with a separate lounge and room . Staff is very attentive. We just stayed a night but the room they allocate us had a very bad smell due to the paint so they transferred us to another room this time the room is okay no smell of paint. The location is not too good as my niece can’t find the said hotel . My niece lives in Iligan City for 40 years but she had a difficulty in finding this hotel . Overall, its a decent place to stay in Iligan city . Ps. Room is small but get the suite room much bigger and of course much dearer . "
