"We were not happy with our stay in this hotel, we had parking under the hotel for the first two nights of our stay, then on the friday night we had to drive around for an hour and a half in the rain beofre parking became available in the town, then we had to walk back to the car in the morning at 8:30 (also in the rain) to get a new parking ticket. The hotel staff told us there was nothing they could do about this. The first night we ate dinner in the Hotel Bar and Grill, the meal was well below the standard of edible. The lamb was very overcooked when we asked for medium and the burger was not cooked properly with raw mince in the middle. No staff at any stage asked us if the meal was okay, just to mention a few things, we had to walk out. There were other problems also including no wifi for the first few nights."

"My in laws were heading off to Killarney and they asked me if I could look up some B&Bs for them. I found the Agoda site for the first time and was well impressed. The deal I got for the The Heights Hotel was amazing, and was even cheaper than the B&Bs I was looking at. They called me when they got into their room to tell me that it was the best hotel room they've ever stayed in. The views were amazing, the food was divine, and the staff were so very polite. I, myself, have decided to stay there at a later date to indulge in some much needed luxury. "
