"value for money - a bit pricy but worth with a nice comfortable and pleasant room. location - Located in Kuala Belait district, give it or take like 1 and half hour drive from the capital city, Bandar Seri Begawan. K.B has its own unique town and places to go. Seria is the closest town which is also in K.B district for its oil and gas industry area and also restaurants. Cleanliness - hygiene and tidy. so far, i am satisfy with the housekeeping. Staff - no comment. just okay i guess. Helpful, friendly and polite. Facilities - the hotel itself have a supermarket, restaurants and also a cinema. most of what's inside the building are restaurants so, there's not a lot of choices to shop."

"Recommend this hotel to others. I arrived just before lunch, but the hotel let us check in anyway, without hassle. The room was generously sized and clean; breakfast could be a little better by Western Standards --- but it was still pretty awesome considering we were in Kuala Belait, Brunei. Hotel staff was friendly. There's no reason not to stay here. Stay at the Sentosa if in KB."

"Excellent value for money and great staff that cant help you enough. 2nd time I've stayed here 2 years apart and the staff remembered me and made the stay excellent. The food is great although they do not serve dinner, but the main town is within 5 minutes walk and has lots of food places to choose from to suit everyone. Rooms are like small apartments with lots of space. They have small kitchens if you wish to self cater and safes which are free to use, laundry service is reasonable too. All in all a stress free experience. Airport pickup can also be arranged, just call direct in advance."
