"Always stay here if I need a stopover hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The service is friendly and personable, the room smallish but with a very comfortable bed and a great clean modern compact bathroom. TV reception and wifi reception both good. Drinks/snacks in the lobby very reasonably priced and love the inner courtyard with it's lounges and umbrellas for a drink and to relax. Had breakfast here for the first time and it's a good spread with variety and choice. Would be even better if proper coffee would be included😀 So close to the airport and it's shops and if you have some spare time a free shuttle bus leaves from in front of exit airport to the DFS store complex. tip: try the Indian food at the NZ curry house diagonally from the hotel (at airport) . Will most definitely use TUNE hotel KLIA2 again when next in KL "

"My 2 night stay was good. We did have a misunderstanding on a 1 night booking vs 2 nights but that was quickly solved & they called me back in a few min to clarified it. So no complaint. Location was close enough to 1Utama, Kelana Jaya, SS2. Finding the hotel can be tricky unless you have GPS/Google map. It's not exactly close to main road so best if you have own transport. Ample reserved open carpark. Room was spacious and even has a fridge. Room was as exactly as shown in the hotel website pictures. Room & bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly. Didn't try dining at the restaurant next door so no comment"

"I came from the US and my final destination was Myanmar. After 25 hours of plane travel and layovers, I had a 9 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur. It was GREAT to catch a few hours of sleep in a very clean and quiet atmosphere and to take a shower. They provided body soap , hand soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush, so if your personal hygeine items were in your checked luggage, you would be okay. I would absolutely recommend this place. Just mentally, after being crammed on a plane with hundreds of people, it was nice to be alone. WARNING - This hotel is rented for 6 hours, which was just right for me, but you need to know that in advance."

"Felt like home, massive space, great experience, great design, great customer service, lady at night shift was very lovely and helpful, gentleman in the morning went out of his way and helped unconditionally. Absolutely incredible. Only improvement is required in housekeeping area bit i.e. Clean lenin, bed sheets and towels. While staying there, missed my family. Next time family trip deffinitely in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and deffinitely in Regalia Suites!"

"i have stayed in kuala lumpur many times and this place is the best hostel in the kl sentral and chinatown areas. Good wifi, free towel, free drinking water, free breakfast. If you want to find something similarly priced to this place, then it will not compare in value. Also, if you want good wifi in chinatown, you won't find it unless you pay for something more expensive than a hostel (such as a hotel). "

"It was a great 3 days staying at sentral Hotel. The location was really near to the KL sentral station (10 minutes walk) which the train can bring you directly to the airport and less than a minute walk (across the street) to the monorail station which can bring you anywhere you want to. There is ABC restaurant near the monorail station so you can have your food easily, pharmacy (if needed) maybe 100 meters away, and also a small store near the hotel to buy your needs. Our Taxi driver said that Hotel Sentral Area was Kuala lumpur Little India. The hotel was good although it has old air conditioner system. It has a very clean bathroom with amenities (except tooth brush and tooth paste)and also hot and cold water on their shower. their are also an electric water boiler with coffee, tea, and 2 bottles of water as a compliment every day. Also they have safety deposit box if you need to safe your stuffs. But most of all staying at this hotel for a low budget (like me) was a very pleasant day in Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel need RM 50 for deposit at your check-in and can be refunded when you check out. Thank you Sentral Hotel, Brickfield, KL Sentral "
