"If you are looking for a five-star hotel in Bonifacio Global City (with a 4-star rating), look no further than the Seda Bonifacio. This was our third stay here, and the staff remembered us and made us feel so welcome. It is within walking distance of the High Street and a short taxi ride to SM Aura. Fantastic location. Worth paying the extra for the Club Lounge with its evening snacks and range of drinks. OK, so the swimming pool is small, and this may not be a child-friendly hotel, but these are minor quibbles. Best hotel in Manila, and I have stayed at a few."

"The Luxent Hotel is the best of hotels in Quezon City, without question. Outside of two incidents (both preventable), our stay in one of their non-smoking executive suites was most enjoyable and worth every peso spent. The suite, with complimentary (sparsely populated) mini-bar, nearly equalled 5-star accommodations in Manila, such as the Pan Pacific Hotel. The staff were very professional while maintaining a cheerful, friendly demeanor. Everything that one could desire was readily available. The two incidents? The first: We stayed on the Friday and Saturday nights before Valentine's Day. Early Sunday morning, my wife and I attended Mass at a nearby Church, then returned to enjoy our complimentary breakfast. Through some "misunderstanding," my wife and I were rudely insulted by the restaurant greeters, inquiring our room number. After providing it,my wife was questioned as to her name and whether or not she was a registered guest. The inference of her not being my wife (and all of the attended inuedo) occurred. While my wife and I had enjoyed our breakfast there the day before, and our pre-Valentine's Day dinner the night before, her presence was now questionable. A bit of slightly heated discussion resolved the questions. We received apologies from the manager and staff, but damage done. The second: While collecting our toiletries in preparation for checking out, we witnessed a rather healthy cockroach scale the bathroom wall next to the large mirror. We had to double check all of our toiletries and items we used in the bathroom to insure that we would not be taking any "unwanted guests" with us when we departed. All in all, I will give the Luxent the benefit of the doubt that these two incidents were highly unique and not routine. We'll definitely stay there again in the future, and recommend the Luxent Hotel to friends and acquaintances (but, perhaps, with a mention of the only two things we found to be rather undesirable in a 4-Star hotel)."

"Stayed in this hotel for three times already, and I will definitely come back again . The location is good, just across NAIA terminal 3 (they provide a free shuttle bus every hour from the airport to the hotel. You can find the buses at the arrival gate at the ground floor of the airport). There are some restaurants around the area, spa, nail salons, dental clinic, pharmacy store, laundry shop , walking distance to resorts world wherein there’s also a small shopping mall, there is a near supermarket as well. The breakfast buffet is good, and you won’t get sick of the options because everyday they change the choices. The staffs were also amazing! I left my watch in the room during my first stay and they notified me and gave it back. On my third stay, I asked my mom to wait for me at the hotel since I’ll only arrive in the Philippines after a very long flight and they assisted my mom and allowed her to check-in early while waiting for me to land in Manila. Every time I go back to Manila, I choose this hotel and I highly recommend it. "

"this is my 8th visit to philippines and i've stayed at 12+ different hotels, 6+ of them 4/5 stars. for value and location this is by far the best hotel in manila. you can save a little more at other hotels in the neighborhood, but end up walking a bit or taking a taxi to entertain yourself. you can spend a lot more money, get more amenities and more comfort, but again, spend some time to get yourself entertained. shangri-la for example is a better hotel, but you will pay for it. dusit sometimes might be cheaper, but it is a cheaper (feel) hotel in what seems to be a back alley. through agoda, you can get excellent deals. for price, location, comfort and safety new world makati is 5 star all the way and an excellent value"

"Apart from the rather sluggish wifi connection, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room was great, breakfast spread was filling with great variety, and the staff (especially housekeeping and front desk) were prompt, attentive and quick to serve. I have stayed at several different hotels in Manila and would highly recommend St Giles. It's also a stone's throw away from the night life. But if you have guests who drive, then be prepared for a rather narrow, small and very limited car park."

"My wife and I reside full time in the Philippines and therefore have stayed in many different hotels in Manila. This was the first time we had stayed in the Dusit Thani Manila Hotel and we were thoroughly impressed. From the welcome each time at the front door by "Gino" the Door Man as we arrived back from shoppimg to the help and support which was extended to us from the Concierge Department and the pleasant smiling faces of all the staff we were made to feel so welcome and were treated all the time as VIP guests. Well done Dusit Thani Manila Hotel! You have got our business from now on and we will be back to stay with you again real soon. Best regards and thank you."

"I stayed at The Herritage for 3 nights and was tottally surprised at the level of service at the hotel. I stayedin a club room and got it super cheap through agoda, and with all the extras included in club, made our stay something we wont forget. Although like some hotels in manila the view from the balcony wasnt anything to brag about, but was nice to have a Balcony all the same because there are not many hotels in manila that do . It is close to SM Mall and everything you need. I highly rate this place and encourage to try the super value for money ."
