this hotel is the best place to stay if you are planning to go to legaspi or caramoan. it is in a great location, just walking distance to bus terminal and van terminal going to legaspi and other areas in bicol and/or going back to manila. also a walking distance to sm naga city. had to leave early (like 330am) to catch first van trip to caramoan and when we asked earlier if they serve early breakfast - no becasue food is served at the restaurant at the ground floor. but when we check out early morning they gave us a breakfast coupon to get from 7/11 beside the hotel which consits of hotdog/siopao and water/coffee which is good.

We highly recommend this hotel if you are in Naga City. This is not the usual eurotel we see in manila. The hotel is very clean and business meetings are ongoing everyday. We enjoyed the fixtures in the room (toilet bidet, overhead rain shower and body shower). The bed is very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The deal have breakfast included and can be served in your room. Very kind hotel staff.

The best hotel in Naga City Cam.Sur , has ample space both the bedroom area and bathroom. The newer hotel built in Naga are smaller in room dimension. As to cleanliness, it is perfect! Staff personnel ( Ellai and Karl) are superb! of course including all others, who opens the door, assist you with umbrella, room service personnel, kitchen staff, van drivers-EVERYONE did a great job. I highly recommend Avenue Plaza Hotel. Last but not the least, love the pool area, again, huge area, you can feel relax, again space, space! And...if you have any concern, they come up and resolved it right away, i mean in a heartbeat done!

The place is located at the city proper whereas accessible to all. 1. Robinson is just in front of the hotel. 2. Church is a few steps. 3. Food chains such as KFC, Mc Donalds, Jollibee and Mang Inasal are just nearby. 4. SM is just a walking distance, and you can attend zumba in the morning or take a jogging. 5. Porta Mariae is also a walking distance which a great place to visit. 6. The room was big, and have enough space for all the stuffs you bring. 7. They also provided hair dryer and kettle with cups, glass and plates on the room itself. 8. They offer very cheap but delicious breakfast. Just pay 50 Php on the breakfast, just tell them what your room number and get the voucher at the receptionist. 9. Nice place and safe place. Plus they had a good and cute cafe at the lobby. 10. A worthy place to stay in Naga City.

Early check in charge at 100 pesos per hour 3. No toiletries, just tissue paper 4. No power outlet in the room available for charging, just near the sink and where the TV is plugged 5. No hot shower as advertised 7. Limited parking space 8. Very small room 9. Sheets are stained 10. Renovation going on, stopped at around 9pm Overall review: Poor value for money, there are better hotels in the area for a few more bucks

Nice clean place although the room and th bathroom was in much worse condition than in the pictures, wifi and globe reception not usable, aircon cooled down the room well enough but not cold, . Our room was called a deluxe double room, but I would rather called it a small stock standard room, nothing luxurious about it, it didn't even have a window. We stayed only two nights and our room was made up after the first night, which was nice. Lovely owners. They were trying to make stay as good as possible. Breakfast was ok, but cold. The doorbell is at the back of the wall on the left hand side. You have to put your hand through the metal gate/door and press as if you pressing behind the doorbell sign. I would stay there again if I am in naga city.

This hotel is a heaven-sent, since we have nowhere to stay in Naga City during our early morning arrival from Manila with a night trip via bus, as most hotels have 2:00 PM and 12:00 Noon standard check-in and check-out times, respectively. It allowed us to get ample rest and freshen up a bit to start our activity on our first day of visit. The place is also conveniently located within the downtown, with shops and other major landmarks, e.g. church etc. just a short walk away. The hotel has a bar where anyone can unwind and it operates in the evening until early dawn of the following day , though it's not everyone's cup of tea since some guests prefer a quieter ambiance at night time to catch some rest. Hotel personnel are friendly and ready to serve as needed. Overall, this hotel is Naga's most practical.

We had a great stay at O & S and I would stay here again when we come back next year. Compared to other residential and 3-star hotel accommodations in Naga, O & S gives a good value for money. It is easily accessible if you are visiting Naga for Penafrancia. The manager was friendly and approachable and taught us some touristy places to visit nearby. The rooms are clean, air conditioning worked fine. Food was okay.

We travel occasionally to Naga City and need to stay at an affordable, clean, and safe hotel during our two day visits. This hotel fits the bill. It is not fancy, but is clean, comfortable, and serves great tasting food in their restaurant. It is also well located for my purposes right off the main highway and mid-way between a car dealership I visit and the SM mall area. I do not have to go to central Naga City, which is a traffic nightmare. Staff is always helpful.

We extended our stay at Naga City so we booked a night at this place and it was a lot better than the previous hotel we stayed at. Too bad we only stayed for a night but next time, we will be booking this travel lodge again. Rooms are clean, spacious and homey except for the cr which is a bit smaller but its okey as it is faunctional. They have a great backdoor garden and we had our breakfast there. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is sufficient and good. We love the dried fish. Stay here. Its cheap but they have good service.

Best hotel there is, good location, nice facilities and rates not too high. Staff are accommodating although there could have some room for improvement.This hotel is in the business center of Naga City Camarines. Its ideal if you want to be near the city's business district. There's a free breakfast which is rare with other hotels in Naga which they dont offer a free breakfast.

I have no complains about the staff because they were very accommodating but i feel sorry for them because they are obviously overworked. The place could be better if only there were enough staff to tidy things up and make sure everything is in order. My bestfriend and i wanted to have a massage at the same time but it sucks that there were only 1 therapist considering the place is promoting spa and wellness, i mean how is that possible specially during peak season? Anyways, the place has a big potential i just hope the manager and the owner do something to maximize it.

I wasnt going to write a review but I stayed here because of reviews. So I dont want the same to happen to anybody else. This is the worst of any Hotel I have ever booked in all of the Philippines. The only good thing is the location which is only good for Dining or Night life on Magasaysay. Everything else is bad bad bad from the smell as soon as I walked in. Dirty bed sheets Staff sit in the hallway talking loud in groups my gf had to tell them to be quiet I was trying to nap. They still kept talking. I am very tolerant and if I had paid $15 canadian I would say you get what you pay for, but I paid double that. Just so so bad

The room is very basic, needs maintenance and some upgrade like maybe repaintingof the chairs and table. Otherwise, good place to sleep as ccomfortable enough and truly quiet. We were there for Batang Pinoy Luzon 2014 and i couldn't have picked a more perfect place. We were walking distance by Metro Naga Sports Complex and a straight ride to Our Lady of Peñafrancia Shrine where we brought the kids to church before the swimming event started. There were grilling facilities down the small walk going to the swimming pools so were able to stick to the diet of the athletes and didn't have to turn to junk food. The 25 meters pool was a truly great deal as the kids had a chance to do laps. There is also one smaller pool with shooting water on it. I think the place was a good find on such a secluded place.

First, the good: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although not easily accessible by jeepney, the location was within walking distance of McDonalds, Chowking, Biggs, a little mall, and more. I started in the budget room with only a fan and a bed. The wifi worked quite well in this room, but I got greedy and moved to the standard single room for the next 2 nights. The wifi signal was gone, but I got an aircon, TV, and private bathroom. Unfortunately, the aircon was not powerful enough to cool the room to my liking, and the TV only had local Tagalog channels. So, neither of the room options quite suited my fancy. The budget room would have been a great pit stop for a single night in the city, but not for a longer stay.

Pros. Friendly staff and ask them and they will do what you requested Con. Water was smelly coming from the pipes corrosion or too much chlorine in the main tank. Bed turnover not consistent. They change bed sheets but sometimes not enough blanket and towels are also a problem always run out. One time a couple of foreigners were asking for towel as they swam in the swimming but there was no towel. Toilet amenities are not regularly check for refill. Aircon next to your head and blowing directly on your head. Free wifi Internet only at the reception desk. There was no view window where i stayed. At night plenty of young adults do come in for drinks. Theres a 7 11 store so its convenient.Like i said you pay for cheap accomodation and you get what you pay.

We arrived late but we had no problem checking-in. We booked for 2 family rooms with garage. We requested for a replacement of one of the rooms to get a nicer bed and tv reception/signal but we were informed that there were no available replacement at that time and the earliest we could move was on the next day at 10am. We transferred to that room though there was not much difference. We had no problems moving to the new room except no one offered help to carry our bags. It was manageable though. No cable channels, tv signal is weak too. Limited channels. WIFI is weak. Mobile data signal is also weak on the ground floor rooms. Staff were nice though. Free breakfast was very very limited. No menu or options were given to us. We had to ask for the bathroom tissue too. Transportation was a challenge too due to its location. If you just need a place to sleep and you're on a budget, this would be ok for a night.
