This high rise hotel was situated within yards of the River Mekong. The views from my room, across the river to Laos & to the mountains beyond was second to none. This hotel is relatively new, located in a tranquil location. The rooms are a good size, clean and fresh. Shower has good hot water, but a bit on the small size. They will arrange all kinds of transportation for you and try their best to answer your needs. Very friendly and full of service mind. Highly recommended!

This hotel is great. The water was strong and there were space and counters to put things rather than placed them on the ground. The room style is very artistic. I wouldn’t imagined this type of hotel be here in this town. However the location is quite in the little ally so it’s best to have your own transportation to get around. A very laidback area where you can still experience the "original" Thailand, at serving as a convenient gateway to Laos.
It is quiet. Beautiful views across the river. The city is currently experiencing an explosion in growth.
The Wat That Phanom is worth for visit, as the uniqueness of the stupa (Buddhist pagoda) and the legend behind this ancient city.
It a one of nice city. Beautiful temples of Laos influence.I like each temples histories. Many attractive place to visit, I'll come back again next time.
A very nice little city that does not rely on tourism for the survival of its local economy. There are enough things to do - ho Chi Minhs house, mekong Aquarium and historical sights in town, to occupy 2 to 3 days.
Nakhonpanom main attraction is That Phanom. People go there for religious/culture/history interests.
There is not much there at all to do. A vehicle is a must as the tuk tuk drivers will rip you off. It is a dirty place.
