Pisa hotels & accommodations

Hotel location is excellent base for visiting both Pisa and the surrounding area. If you are flying into Pisa, €1.30 per person on the bus to the main train station then a short walk to, then under the station and you emerge outside across the road from the hotel. Easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The area is busy and we felt at ease walking to/f...

A pleasant hotel just outside the city of Pisa, the Accademia Palace is very near the Airport. Good sized rooms. Overall an excellent value for money and the staff was friendly with good service. A good sized outdoor swimming pool, which was very nice on the hot summer days in the Chianti region TV with BBC and CNN English programming. WIFI internet is available in roo...

Abitalia Tower Plaza offers great price for the quality. I like the modern design of the guest room and it has a big balcony with a view of Pisa tower. The hotel staffs are friendly and warm they make us feel at home. Nice facilities, Gym, pool etc.5-10mins drive to Pisa tower from the hotel. Overall I'm really happy with my stay.

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk straight out of the train station. This made it easy to hurry up and get somewhere to drop our bags and then roam the city. Pisa is quite walkable with a 25 minute walk to the leaning tower and the hotel just around the corner from the city tour buses. There isn't much to this hotel, but it was comfortable and cheap.

Gialel is 5 minutes far from Piazza dei Miracoli. The room is extremely clean and comfortable, the private bathroom is beautiful with a large shower. Peppe is a wonderful host, his advices about restaurants and snack bar are really precious. I Diavoli restaurant at the ground floor is very good! If we come back to Pisa, we will come back to Gialel for sure!

We were looking for a one night stay at a decent hotel for a good price and AC Pisa Hotel fits the bill. Its around 5-10 minute drive from Pisa centre. The hotel is new and nicely furbished. The rooms are small but sufficient. The bathtub is oddly big for the size of the room though! Not a bad thing. However, food was slightly pricey and there's not much options sur...

Hotel Verdi also offers many facilities to enrich your stay in Pisa. Guests of the hotel can enjoy on-site features like safety deposit boxes, bicycle rental, bar/pub, elevator, car park. Guests can choose from 32 rooms, all of which exude an atmosphere of total peace and harmony. The hotel offers fantastic facilities, including golf course (within 3 km), to help you...

Hotel entrance was in an alley that had several dodgy people hanging around outside. Otherwise, hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay (once inside!) It's true though that you can finish Pisa in less than a day! We only stayed in Pisa because we wanted to make a side trip to Cinque Terre (which was beautiful). We also encountered a trenitalia strike while we were...

We visited Pisa in Feb2013 on a Holiday and found this Hotel as one of the most convenient Hotels to stay. We took high-speed Train from Rome Termini Station to Pisa Central Station (journey time 02.45 Hours) and arrived Pisa Central around 11am. This hotel is actually located just opposite the Pisa Central Station and we found the location is just perfect for the pe...

We arrived at 11pm and the owner was happily waiting out the front for us! He was so kind and accommodatIng, he even gave us a big room at the same price. We even had to cancel the second night unfortunately and he did it all himself without charging anything! A lovely woman works in the morning and made us feel so at home, she waited up for ages for us to have break...

This small hotel is well appointed, with modern facilities and comfortable beds. Reception is efficient and friendly; rooms comfortable, light and airy; bathrooms well appointed with modern fittings. There is a small lift to the rooms. Breakfast is simple, but with good quality breads, meat, cheeses, fruit, cereal etc. Well positioned in the old town, roughly half w...

Palazzo Cini was just lovely. Professional staff and modern, nice, clean areas. The room was perfect! It had everything you need, toothbrush, sewing kit, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer (a good one), an iron, minibar and a safe. We booked the one with balcony, you get the morningsun and it was very nice to sit outside sometimes. The location is very central and cl...

Oscar was extremely kind and polite, he checked us in earlier than the stated timing and shared with us really useful information and things to do around Pisa. The apartment is really nice, comes with breakfast and amenities that you need. Would definitely and highly recommend this place to anyone!

My stay is short as my intention was to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa after a day trip from Venice. The hotel is close by the Pisa Central Station. A nice surprise is that there is a halal restaurant selling Pakistani beriani rice/chicken and also kebab along the same road where the hotel is. Hotel serve a simple breakfast and that was good enough for the price of th...

We loved our stay here. You will find all the advantages of a luxuois hotel with a very reasonable budget. The rooms are big, comfy, and very clean. The owner, Michel, thought about every single detail to make sure you won't miss anything. And above all he is a very warm amd adorable person. One of our best experience for our vacatikns in Italy.

Air conditioning and bed were good. Proximity to train station good. This is in a quiet neighborhood and getting off the train to walk here makes you question if you're lost. Checkout of 10 is too early. No lobby and not place to sit and wait inside if you are too early or waiting for your train. Generally a good room but unconventional. Closest to train and 20 m...

Steps from the tower. The owners run the restaurant and cafe across the street and are very friendly. Always called me by name and made me feel like I wasn't traveling solo. The rooms are clean with shared bathroom that was very clean. Great place for a overnight.

When we arrived at hostel, no one was there. We asked late check-in to hostel because of our flight 3 days before, but it didn't work at all. So we had to find another hostel at 1 am. The others near form there are all full booked, so we had to take a cap and spend much more money than we expected. It was totally horrible. Imagine that you have nowhere to sleep dur...

i had a great stay at gli arlecchini. the place has a really cozy, homey feel about it whilst also seeming to be traditional italian as well so it was an interesting experience. that said, while everything looks old it is super clean and so it was a great place to stay! the guy that cared for everything for us was very friendly and adorable, making sure that we h...

On arrival the very friendly host Marco greeted us with bottles of chilled water which was much appreciated. Our room had a little balcony overlooking the secured car park which was nice to sit on. There is a bus stop to town just outside the hotel door. When waiting for the bus Marco left the hotel in his car & when he saw us then stopped & gave us a lift to town. Big...

perfect equipment, the room very nice and clean, Kitchen have tea and coffee, nice place to stay. just one problem in the morning before we leave, my husband had a very cold shower! I shower before the night is OK, but morning is no hot water and we are hurry catch our train, so we did not call owner.

This hotel is great if you like being independent on your trip. It’s right near the train station, easy to get to the airport. Has a large supermarket 2 mins away. And the leaning tower of Pisa is a 6 min walk. The hotel has a communal kitchen which has all the things you need to cook meals with. The room we stayed in was spacious, but the bed could do with changing ...

It was not a hotel as we thought it should be. No one was at the door when we arrived at 9pm+. With the help of a local, we managed to contact the person in charge who then brought us up to the room. Lighting was dark and with censor which goes off by itself after a minute. Room is big but with poor lighting. The photo of an old lady hang above the bed was scary.

Booked this place because it had a roof top bar. My goodness it looks right over to the leaning tower. It's 400? Metres away. Staff up the top at the bar are fab, they have nibbles gratis... Location is awesome Rooms very dated and basic. But if you aren't in Pisa to hang around your hotel then this place is great. And unbelievably. It's quiet !

We arrived after 5 days of celebrating our daughters wedding in Florence so a little tired and emotionally drained. Our welcome was superb, the room fabulous and clean andfresh with beautiful linen and bathroom accessories . Frederica and Frederica were so welcoming They gave us directions to a fabulous restaurant in Pisa where we had one of the best...

If you want to feel like you become a local Pisa citizen, this is it! Well clean and renovated historical classic room along with great breakfast. Just 10 mins to major tourist places and they take care of the registration for ZTL so that you can access to this hotel with stress-free. Worth to stay again.

It is a stunning place. Climbing the Pisa tower is a very strange feeling, but worth it. Locals in tourist areas are very unfriendly and not helpfull, so get your information ready before visiting.
It's a wonderful small city to explore. I do think that after more than 2 nights you would begin to get bored.
Beautiful historic city. Besides the leaning tower, the botanic garden and the historic centre are worth a visit.
Hotel Verdi also offers many facilities to enrich your stay in Pisa. Guests of the hotel can enjoy on-site features like safety deposit boxes, bicycle rental, bar/pub, elevator, car park.
while most people go here to see the leaning tower, this is a very cute, charming smaller city. A kind of miniature Florence.
If you are just visiting the Leaning Tower, and taking the train, get off at Pisa Rossore which is only 5 min walk.
