Great hotel - very high standards for such a small town. Very comfortable room, well decorated, amazingly comfortable chairs! Nice bed. Fastest internet we've had in Cambodia. Many TV channels. Great communal balcony view over the city. Walking distance to everything we needed, lots of local restaurants as well as the market. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, and helped us to arrange transport to Siem Reap. The General Manager, Mr Monoreach, was particularly great, going out of his way to help us with everything he could, including some business translation. Excellent English skills, very professional, and a very nice man. We didn't get a chance to try the spa, but have heard good things. Thank you PYRAMID HOTEL, and staff.

management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the room was large, clean and comfortable. the a/c wasn't able to keep up in the middle of the day, but it seemed that there may have been power interruptions. the buffet breakfast was hot and tasty, as was the all day dining. the new management should make their first update priority the removal of the dirty and worn carpeting in the elevators and halls ... it detracts from their otherwise attractive facility.
