Tagaytay hotels & accommodations

Such a wonderful place best hotel in Tagaytay in my opinion the breakfast buffet was good I enjoyed the garlic rice and pastries most although the waiters and waitresses should be more attentive to the patrons at the buffet. The rooms were top notch very clean internet was also top notch very friendly room service was hit or miss some items were decently priced while o...

We super enjoyed our stay at Anya Resort. My husband is usually not so fond of "staycations" but he was impressed with the service! The pool was incredibly gorgeous and it's heated! The entire pool is heated! Perfect for the Tagaytay weather. The staff were also so courteous and accomodating, most especially the hotel guards. Perks up our day! The hotel managers were ...

The room (1 bedroom suite) was very nice and well laid out for a couple. The location is good as there is less traffic in this area of Tagaytay unless you want to go towards the rotunda and main area of restaurants you have to deal with the traffic going there. You need to give your licence to the guard on the way in and it is a long windy road to the reception so you ...

First off, they are very friendly. The welcome drinks will already tell you that you made the right choice booking this hotel. The ambiance is simple yet elegant. The heated pool is the best. I mean– how many hotels in Tagaytay have heated pools??? The hotel is not crowded. It’s really great for relaxation. Food. Their breakfast buffet is awesome. Read some reviews h...

Hotel is far from main road, this is a hotel for those with vehicles, else you'll have a hard time travelling. We chose this hotel as it is the only hotel in Tagaytay/Agoda with a family room that can accomodate 6pax in a single room. Staff were accomodating, we were allowed to check-in early and have a rest. My wife and mother in law availed the free massage. it wa...

It was my parents' anniversary and birthday weekend, and I ought to treat them to a nice stay in Tagaytay. We've stayed previously in other hotels in Tagaytay, but I must say - while this is more on the steep side in terms of price per night - it was all worth it since we got the Jacuzzi suite. My parents were so happy with the accommodation and the stunning view of Ta...

This isn't the first time that we've stayed in Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay and we always leave the hotel satisfied with their amenities and services. Though the staff this time around weren't as warm as our last visit, maybe because the hotel was very busy, they were quick to attend to our needs. Hotel Kimberly is definitely our "go to" hotel in Tagaytay.

My family stayed here overnight . We celebrated my birthday here in Tagaytay. Pros: We booked Lake view and they provided the right room for us. It was clean and carpeted. Tv was big. My family enjoyed the Amenities because they have excellent fitness center, bowling, badminton court and swimming pool. They even have golf course. You will also appreciate their ...

We stayed overnight and I can say that this is the one of the best hotels in Tagaytay because of the location. Overlooking Taal is simply amazing and seeing the sunrise is awesome! Second is convenience because it is just beside Robinson's supermarket and some resto like Giligans, Starbucks, Razon's, Classic Savory, Rai Rai Ken and Hap Chan and 5-10 minute walk from Sk...

Cannot express how happy I was with the place. We booked the Stillness Luxe room (with a bathtub!) and the place did not disappoint. The room's dim and cool, which is perfect if your goal in Tagaytay is to get some R&R. The staff are nice and helpful too, and the food's delicious. Would definitely come back and would rec to anyone who wants to have the best time in Tag...

from the moment we arrived until we left. the staff greeted us with a smile. 8 suites not only managed to impress me with their big rooms and good food it also gave me the feeling of being home away from home. i highly recommend this hotel to those couples or family who just wanted a place near the city to relax and unwind. it may be a little off to those type of peopl...

Casa Bed & Breakfast Review: Read a lot of reviews regarding this B&B, at first, I was honestly scared to push through this staycation. However, its my husband’s birthday and its already paid. Like last year, we decided to go for a staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday, its the 1st of November so we expect less hotel guests. Unlike last year, we decided to go...

This place is a hidden gem in tagaytay, the whole place and the pool area really gives you this exclusive and very relaxing vibe. It might not have the taal view but the heated pool is one of their strong points, with the cold wind of tagaytay heated pools are the best!!!. I would also really like to commend their staffs, from the front desk (Princess) who is very helpf...

Overall experience was great. My children love the place. Having McDonald's right beside the hotel was a big plus. You obviously can grab something to eat so easily, especially if you have children like mine with big appetites. Staff were very friendly, they aren't hard to talk to, they are very pleasant. Thankfully, with all the reviews I read about a not so clean roo...

Pros: - Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to relax while getting a massage - Fairly near the other landmarks you want to visit in Tagaytay - All the staff were very courteous and helpful - The food taste good ; pricey but good - Lots of activities to do when you're there (farm visit, juice making, coffee roasting, etc) - Room we got was surprisingly very clean (I ...

I booked a lake sight view room for 2 days. and it was the best day ever. Pros for this room: 1. The view. The view of the Taal lake was majestic. Woke up early on the first day just to watch to the sunset and you don't want to miss it! 2. Staff. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They also have a pet dog, Blue that was so cute. 3. Ambience. If you're going fo...

We stayed 2 nigths. we arrived past 6:00pm we are from manila. We took bus from Baclaran to Olivares 78php/each then jeepney to Sungay East 11php/each. Hotel is very easy to find. It is infront of "Picnic Grove" locals are friendly they would assist you. The receptionist was so nice. He even give us flyers to check what the city has to offer. our room was clean and cut...

Room #02 Pros: -Rustic Design -Worth the money compared to other hotels along the ridge ( Tagaytay hotels are generally pricier compared to overseas or other places) -Breathtaking view -Yummy breakfast served in our room -Friendly staff (hope they can accommodate early check-in next time) -got loads of books in the room -cozy bed -relaxing scented rooms and toilet Con...

We occupied a 2 bedroom unit (9ij) it has 2 bedrooms (as expected) both having a nice view, 2 balconies, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a refrigirator and 2 bathrooms each having a water heater. One Tagaytay place as a whole is tourist friendly and centrally located as such you can visit most of Tagaytay's attraction from there (although Tagaytay doesn't off...

this 4-room establishment is becoming popular for tagaytay weekend getaways. our stay coincided with a very wet, rainy weekend but this place was nothing but cozy, and just plain wonderful. the rooms are located at the lower level of the cluster of restaurants. there are 2 private entrances going to the rooms. the room that was assigned to us was the montauk suite....

This is our second booking with this hotel, definitely our favorite Tagaytay hotel. It may look like a shady hotel but the room, the staff, the food, the location, and the cleanliness/maintenance is top-notch! It's right beside Robinson's, super convenient. There's ample parking space. Room is just right, very clean and elegant. There's free breakfast and it's yum...

I went to Tagaytay for a short vacation outside the city. I've been to Tagaytay many times so my main purpose was to enjoy the weather, stay in bed, and just have a slow weekend. This hotel was perfect for it. I was lucky enough to get a room with a small veranda / balcony looking out to the terrace area (the room name was "Ibon" - English for "Bird"). I didn't even u...

villa ibarra is an exemplary example of comfortable hotel in tagaytay city suitable for business travelers, tourists, couples plan to get married and locals alike. on the day of our arrival, when i drove into the compound looking for the parking, great service was already evident, it came in the form of helpful security guards ushering me to the appropriate parking spa...

I agree with other reviewers that it's an incredible setting to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The staff is the best and since I have frequently stayed there they already know my likes so it feels very personal. I look forward to staying at this property often.

This time we looked for a place away from the main highway so we can get away with the human and car traffic, and I guess we just hit the jackpot. This place is the best place to be- not far from restaurants, parallel to skyranch (you can actually see the ferris wheel from the balcony), just a ride away from the places you want to be, near mahogany market for the fresh...

November is the month of the birthdays of my husband, my son and my mother, so, to have one celebration and treat for all of them, I decided to take my whole family for a week-end at Tagaytay. That would explain why I am the one filling up all these three review forms, because I was the one who paid for all the three rooms. My brother and his wife stayed in one room; m...

estancia is one of the best hotels in tagaytay. the staffs are welcoming and corteous. you don't even need to go outside the hotel for sight-seeing because you can tour around the hotel without compromising the stunning views from the forest to the lake. there were also alot of amenities inside -- outside pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, vodeoke room, billiards. really the ...

I have stayed in several hotels in tagaytay and so far this is the best I have been so far. The rooms are elegantly designed with a touch of class. The rooms can easily compete with 5 star hotels but with just a fraction of the price. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they seem to take care of details in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom amenities are availabl...
Cheap places to stay in Tagaytay

The room was so basic. Good air-conditioning but unstable wi-fi and it has no mobile signal inside the room. I love the lobby, it's so cute. The staff were nice and friendy. Again it was so basic like they don't have toiletries. They provide towel so it's okay. There is a sari-sari store near the hostel where you can buy toiletries at an affordable price. There is al...

The place we're supposed to stay is fully booked at that time even though the booking was confirmed a day before we arrived. I'm just so glad that the staff were so accommodating that they offered to let us stay to another hotel near them (which the staff said is the owner's home/sister hotel, I think?). They even took us there and didn't charge additional costs. We st...

Other than the common comfort room, it was perfect! It is easy to find as it's along the road, but the signage is not that flashy. It's possible that you may miss it if you're not attentive. We almost missed it. The Hostel is across Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residence. When we reached Cityland Tagaytay, we asked the security guard. It's about 15-20m on the other side of ...

My family impulsively decided to sleep in Tagaytay and we booked this. The room is big, we had 3 bunk beds. The place is inside a subdivision, room is clean but the aircon is noisy. The toilet is shared with another room or you could use the one in the common area. Over all it was okay. If you need a place to stay for the night, this is okay but don't expect too much.

We chose to stay there because it had the cheapest rate. The place looks and feels like a big house with many rooms. It doesn't really standout in the neighborhood. Location is good, roughly 200m from main road where a lot of jeeps or buses going to the center of Tagaytay or Manila or Nasugbu pass by. Our room had no aircon but a noisy electric fan was provided to us....

Sure there are a lot of high class hotels around, but nothing beats a simple inn, a parking space, a quiet room, good comfortable bed(s), very courteous staff. You are staying in tagaytay for the views, but I suggest staying here to rest. They also have food that is affordable. Extended another day as well.

This place is very recommended! Vebs was a great host! The place was clean and cozy. It's location is also great as there are a lot of places we can go to to eat or have a coffee by walking or just taking a tric. It's also very accessible especially for commuters. Will definitely go back once we have plans to go to Tagaytay again. Thanks again for the Anniversary set...

The Hotel Georgina is a very good hotel that you can stay at Tagaytay. The price of accommodation is very reasonable because its very affordable. They have free breakfast for two. And you have the free access to the pool and to the bar as long as you are check in. The staffs are very approachable. I have bo problem to the facilities as well as to their staffs. But the ...

Very neat and clean unit. Nice location, no hassle to travel from skyranch, bulalo restaurants, caleruega, bag of beans and pasalubong... The owner Miss Sheena is very accomodating with her staff. We are happy with my husband and 2kids to stay in BRASS Wind Tower 5 especially the fog in the balcony morning and late night... hahaha ang sarap ng feeling! Malamig... Till...

The property owner responded quickly; the caretaker is courteous and friendly and has kept the place clean and comfortable. The price is affordable for a family of four. The location is at the center is Tagaytay City and Alfonso Cavite's tourist spots.

They original gave us a bigger room, but when we returned from roving around Tagaytay attractions, we found our things moved to the next room which is smaller albeit still remains comfortable and big for the two of us. They bumped us because according to the staff, the room wherein we were originally assigned was already booked (apparently a family came in so they deem...

This property is located in a really nice location, just near the 7 eleven store, flower and fruit market, and restaurant. The internet connection is really fast and the overlooking view of the Taal Lake. It's room is spacious enough for a couple and has hot shower. Our stay in Tagaytay is comfortable since we are able to book in this property: clean and spacious roo...

We were thinking about booking a fan or a room with a/c. But since, we'd be in Tagaytay, we decided to have a fan room. It was a pretty good decision because our room has a veranda overlooking the pool, playground and greenery, and Tagaytay has that lazy bed weather anyway. It is best that you use their pool in the afternoon, because it is so cold in the morning! We ju...

SMDC Wind is a premium condo complex in the best location in Tagaytay. Romjul's place is well appointed, a very nice size, and extremely comfortable. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is a better quality mattress; although you will sleep just fine on the one provided. Romeo himself is extremely friendly and always replied to my messages promptly. Highly ...

we got to book their unexpensive room that supposedly has no view yet we're lucky enough that when we requested it, they have an available room of that kind. they we're very accomodating plus we get to witness a wedding in mickey and minnie mouse costume which is very cute :] their morning buffet was worthit though it was kind of crowded morning. we didn't swim on the ...

Pros Maganda yung location nya, tas maganda talaga yung Lake View Okay rin na may mga gamit pangluto Mabait si Miss Angie, care taker ng room namin Con: Medjo manipis yung kumot and di nagana yung heater ng shower kaya yung electric water heater na lang ginamit namin pangligo But overall, good stay naman and maganda yung location nya :)

Best pet-friendly hotel near Tagaytay! The hotel is located in Amadeo which is a 10-minute (or less) drive to the center of Tagaytay (Olivarez). My family wanted to take a quick weekend getaway to Tagaytay for the cold weather, but it was hard to find a place for our furbabies but alas! Hotel Georgina was there to accommodate us. The staff were friendly and helpful - h...

We chose to stay here due to its competitive pricing in Agoda. We were choosing between this, hotel keni and the tagaytay budgetel but the last two were already fully booked. All 3 have good reviews. You may get what you pay since other hotels already charges too high for a staycation budget. We got the room "W". Small yet just enough to spend the night. Foreign visito...

Another stay with this good hotel in tagaytay. And as always, it never fail my expectations. This hotel is good for couples and family, near to every attractions in tagaytay, clean hotel and nice room, staffs are nice and polite, pools are clean and foods are yummy.. whenever i plan my tagaytay staycation i always look for this hotel, my trusted hotel in tagaytay. Keni po is not too far nor too near on the busy area of tagaytay..our stay is worth-it...tagaytay is known for its cold climate and nice view for taal volcano however after a long day of sightseeing you will be needing a place to rest..we highly recommend keni po for those people that has a tight budget but will not compromise the services and their accomodation. There...

Location is good, near food chains, restaurant, near ayala mall serin. Just a place to sleep in after a tiring day of strolling tagaytay, complete with kitchen wares if you want to cook foods. Downside our bed not comfy, blanket so thin, the curtain is also thin sunlight reflect in the room so you cannot sleep well.

Unit is very clean with the basic essentials you will need for your entire stay. WiFi is strong, I was able to work hassle-free. She attends to our needs and always responding to messages. Owner is very kind, approachable and accommodating and I heard they are also arranging rooms depends on celebration, by request. The location is close to a variety of fast food as...

the theodore hotel has nice rooms with modern and artistic decor. at the back of the hotel, the gazebo is a great place to relax and take in the wonderful view of the lake and taal volcano. i was surprised to have multiple options for the breakfast, and the public areas were great places to lounge around and relax. i had actually booked the hotel in august of 2012, but...

From the moment we enter the hotel until check out, everything i should say is perfect. the scenery is perfect , the room is perfect, also the breakfast that they serve is perfect. but i would like to highlight their staff. kudos to the hotel because they have a very nice and accommodating staff. we would definitely come back to this lovely place!

Deluxe View Room was amazing, you'll fall inlove with the view. Staff were very courteous and professional, felt like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sound of the piano playing all throughout the day added to the feeling of exclusivity and class. Food on the breakfast buffet was a bit weird though, who serves tuna sisig during breakfast? Needless to say, again, the view from...

It was expensive for a $260 1 night stay and doesn't include massage.Don't expect hotel service for overnight stay.it is suppose to be a spa. You have to request basic things like hot water for coffee as there is no thermos, coffeemaker in the room . Also, some of the wooden floors are popping out and needs maintenance considering you are like paying for a 5 star hotel...

Sobrang accessible sa lahat yung location ng condo. It has a very nice view of taal lake at okay din ang interior ng unit, very relaxing. Napaka bait nung caretaker, I forgot her name 🤣 We enjoyed our stay here. Malapit narin sya sa mga kilalang attractions sa tagaytay so tipid narin sa gas. Sobrang lapit narin nya sa mga kainan at supermarket 😊

Overall experience is excellent in terms of room cleanliness and comfortability. You'll have a nice view because they are in 23rd floor. They have electric kettle for coffee, microwave oven, water heater, free wifi access and tv plus. The location is great because it is in the center of Tagaytay. There is a near fast food chain(McDo) and convenience store (7-11) just ...

Stayed here for a day but would really love to stay here longer if possible. Room is clean. Caretaker and owner are accomodating and nice. Pool is ok but only 4ft deep which is not owner's fault but overall enjoyed it because of the hot tub pool. I will definitely recommend the place with my friends and relatives

we stayed 5 days enjoying some of the features of the resort like bowling, pool & billiards, a wi-fi area was provided. the tagaytay area was interesting and we made trips up and down the coast. talisay, where the volcano is was interesting, and towns like nasubu, silang and dasma were fun. and you are not that for from manila.

Everything was perfect. It may be costly compared to other hotel in tagaytay but it will surely give back your moneys worth!! Youd never regret staying at this place!!! From the start until we get home, 10/10! Dont waste your time looking for somewhere else to stay if you want it best and memorable book at escala!

It was nothing more than a decent, well-maintained room on the 20th floor of a congested building. And when I say congested, I mean waiting 10 minutes at the elevator lobby before getting to ride your way down. We had very thin blankets and a hard bed. Don’t expect extras like shampoo nor soap in the bathroom. But do expect an extra payment of Php 350 upon check out. I...

Good location, clean and the owner and caretaker are responsive to inquiries but the door lock was defective when we arrived so we weren't able to leave the unit at some point (we didn't want to leave the unit unlocked). We already notified the caretaker about this, so I hope it gets fixed.

It's kinda hassle to book here in Agoda because they are not coordinating well to the Hotel/Apartment,.. Good thing Cruz Apartment help us to resolve the issues with Agoda and their CSR is very responsive. I suggest you book and pay later and before the amount debited to your account contact the Cruz Apartment regarding the booking so they know. Regarding our stay, ...

Had a great vacation stop over in Tagaytay at Aspen in Wind. The location was perfect, the top floor in the tallest building in Tagaytay directly overlooking Taal lake and volcano so an amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Everything you need is either on-site - 7-11, Pizza Hut a European cafe/deli, a Taiwanese cafe, a bank a laundry and even a hard...

The room was good for 5 adults. The only problem was the provided blanket was insufficient. There was only one excess blanket given. All in all there were 3 beds. 1 queensized bed and another sofa bed with a pull out. We werent able to use the pull out because we are lacking one blanket. And there were no doormats provided which is kind of troublesome. We recycled sup...

We were hesitant to book first coz we thought the hot shower was not working which is odd because hot shower is a necessity in Tagaytay hotels. We asked the owner and said it is working, that one guest who said it's not just didnt know how to use it and didnt ask for assistance and I thought that was funny. Lol Overall, nice experience. Good taal view at the roofdeck a...

The Boutique Bed and Breakfast was my favorite place we stayed during our two weeks in the Philippines. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the second we arrived. Once you check in, they have you pick out the toiletries that come with your room. They have a variety of homemade soaps that all smell heavenly! Cast-a-way eind residence of Ms Bella is a great place to stay in Tagaytay. It has all the home amenities you can ask for. It also has a small veranda for coffee and tea afternoons. It is very near malls and advertised restaurants and tourist spots. The building has a sky lounge for viewing Taal lake. Parking and swimming come with fees though. Just the same this place...

The room itself was great, the wifi is stable, toiletries and other kitchen appliance is complete. The problem we encounter was the management of the building, there's a water interruption. Though there's a schedule for water supply, it didn't able to reach on our floor well enough.

They are very accomodating even though the booking was made a night before. The unit is clean and complete with the essentials. They even have Netflix. We had a car and it was very convenient that they offered a 100.00 peso reserved parking so me and my bf were able to go in and out of the buildjng with a sure parking. Will definitely book again.

Security guards, rude, obnoxious, not friendly towards foreigners. One in tower 4 is friendly however. Desk staff needs improvement. Garden workers very friendly always say hello. As for smoking areas none give you the same answer. Lit one up today walking up a hill away from buildings got told off by a guard that looks 16! However as I passed tower 5 that leads to th...

There was an additional 250 for check-ins after 6p.m. which I refused to pay since it was not indicated on the website. It was only conveyed after I booked the room. I made the booking past 5p.m. and we're still in Pasay City at that time. I had to cancel my prior booking in favor of this property. There were no towels and bathroom tissue when we got there. Apparently,...

We had enjoyed our overnight stay at this three-bedroom suite in Crosswinds Resort Tagaytay. The place was so cozy and we had a full view of the trees. The environment was so perfect for rejuvenation and relaxation. The place was clean and maintained.

The unit was really nice and “instagrammable” if I can say so. When we arrived, there have been a confusion to the unit given to us and the one I booked but the owner and the staff was quick to resolve it. The owner even compensated for it. The owner was also quick to respond and checks on us too. I think thought they can improve more on the cleanliness of the unit. Th...

We wanted a place where we can rest and just enjoy being together, cook meals for ourselves and walk around. The owner was very accommodating even if we asked to rent her place on short notice. And the place was perfect, small and compact yet everything on hand. The water heater wasn’t working but the cold water was invigorating! Would rent this place again!

Pros: Ate Jeanette was very accomdating and very kind. Keep it up ate. Excellent wifi and netflix 😊 Very clean unit and well kept Complete appliance from fridge to microwaves utensils etc. You name it they have it there. Cons Quiet a walk from the nearest store 711 or shops and fastfoods. But the view makes every trip a memorable one. Ill stay here again. No doubt

Real reviews for hotels
If you want to recuperate or just relax, this is a good place to stay. There are a lot places to visit and do activities with.
Still a good place to go to. Cold, enjoyable view, friendly residents, a very organized city. However, it is slowly being developed, subdivisions/villages are being built, in some there are plans to build a high rise condominium or hotel.
Tagaytay is a nice place, EXCEPT the traffic jam! I hope government can do something about it. Its a down fall, I hope transportation in tagaytay can keep up with the progressive state of the city now.
do not go during holidays or long weekends as the city tends to get overcrowded and traffic builds quickly.
Great weekend getaway and place to unwind. Very accessible and just an hour drive (or even less depending on traffic condition) from Manila.
Tagaytay is very nice. Ambiance is so heartwarming even the temperature is low. Many activities and sights to do and see.
Fantastic! So close to Metro Manila yet gives an ambience of relaxation and renewal! Great place to unwind and relax
Overated as a tourist location. Once you've seen the view there is nothing much else to do. The roads are badly lit at night so driving is dangerous, the traffic was mainly at a stop as the roads are narrow.
Tagaytay is no longer Tagaytay. With the photobomber of condos and malls, this is not a place to relax anymore.
one of my favorite city in the philippines. i loved the weather. the place is so peaceful and quiet.
This is a beautiful place. People are very friendly, helpful, accommodating. Lots of quality restaurants to choose from.
It is a nice place to saty. Weather is good and people are friendly. Many stores where you can get souvenir items for gifts.
A nice place to visit, lots of development in the area, good view of taal. Nice food and lots of resto.
Tagaytay has been my weekend getaway everytime I'm in Manila. It's a short and easy drive from Metro Manila once the scenery changes from city to open spaces.
Tagaytay has to maintained in terms of its natural environment. Traffic has to be improved during weekends.
Family bonding is great with good food, nice weather and great for relaxation. Horrible traffic during holidays
The views over the lake are spectacular, The traffic getting there was terrible! It took us over four hours on a Friday afternoon to go from Manila airport to Tagaytay, the traffic was nose-to-tail all the way.
One of the best vacation spots in the Philippines. There are a lot of places to go to and activities to do.
It is a relaxing place to go especially during the cold weather. There are places of interest for eating, relaxing, prayer and fun for the family.
Nice weather and lots of park and activity for the whole family, A romantic place for couples, excellent for sightseeing and dining.
Tagaytay is a very nice city with friendly natives. A very ideal place for people looking for some time to retreat and unwind.
I have been to Tagaytay for, I can say, hundreds of times, since I live just about an hour away from the place.
There's an entrance fee to almost everything, from Sky Ranch, to Picnic Grove and Palace in the Sky. The entrance fee is just being pocketed as no developments or improvements are being done in the area.
Tagaytay used to be a place where people from Manila can escape the heat in the metro. However, in our recent trip, Tagaytay's climate is not as cold as it used to be.
a nice getaway near the city. good and delectable food choices. relaxing weather. freshest market finds.
Good transportation terrible traffic, hotels over priced typical tourist trap without the infrastructure.
Nice hill top with the view of crater lake. So many hotel option along the main road and facing the volcano.
While the city has a nice view take my advise and avoid coming on holidays and weekends as traffic can and will slow down to a crawl.
Tagaytay is one of the best places to visit near Metro Manila especially if you want to escape the hot and humid weather of Metro Manila.
One of the best restaurants in Tagaytay is Bag of Beans! It is highly recommended. All in all, Tagaytay is a good place to relax with your loved-ones and friends away from the busy city of Manila because it is just a short drive-away from Manila.
