It is clean and closed to most of my targets, for instance, 1-minute driving distance to the famous Ah Chai Rojak, 2-minutes driving distance to the 58 Food Court, 5-minutes driving distance to the Seafood Bakut Teh, and 8-minutes driving distance to the Mee Rebus.

Teluk Intan is a small town with more oldfolks than youngsters as all the younger generation have shifted out to Kuala Lumpur or Penang to work.
