Had a good stay, location is great on the lagoon, not far from a good beach and a side road with lots of restaurants and bars. Room was very good, we had a junior suite, but think there are better value options in Sri Lanka (although not in Trinco, hence why we stayed here). Overall would recommend if you have the cash

Spanking new apartments. Clean and well maintained. The staffs are really welcoming. The location is awesome, right on the beach. And the beach is totally unspoilt, never crowded, clear water, not too deep, very good for swim. The pigeon island is a stone throw away. All in all amazing place for relaxing holiday.

We loved the place. Around 400m from the Uppuveli beach. The owner & the staff are very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Only problem is the high cost.

We treated ourselves to 3 nights with an upgrade to poolside at the park which was well worth it. The only downside is that the menu was a little limited for european tastes. Really nice hotel for pleasant stay. Owner is friendly and has lots of info about surrounding areas and short cuts. Staff helpful and relaxed, all working hard to make sure smooth running. We had 4 nights in this accommodation of our 3 weeks trip through Sri Lanka. The stay was without problems. Nice and friendly staff and clean rooms. We could recommend this accommodation!

We just arrived and decided to stay one more night. The people there are so kind and it is just a perfect place to stay! We can't say sonething bad - only good things The food is really deliciuos and you have to try the Sri Lankan breakfast.

Nearby is the beautifull Vishnu Temple. Owner Lali is very good person:not drink alcogol, not drugs , and religion to all Gods and carefull about guests.

The room has no ventilation so no fresh air flowing into the room. There is no charging plug point for mobile or laptop. The door mat provided outside bathroom doesn't absorb water, so room becomes slippery.

Great value for your money as a number of the other hotels here are over-hyped and over priced. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and you are a hop, skip and a jump to the beach and a number of the eating establishments in the area. Staff is also very friendly.

Having read the reviews about the owners being not so friendly and helpful I was very sceptical in staying here. We were a group of 3 and we had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights ! We had every help we could get from the owners (2 brothers). I would come back to stay here if I find myself in Trincomalee again :)

Alhough the staff need a little bit more experience they were polite and friendly. All other fascilities like Pigeon island and *hotels with pool and Restaurants are wthin walking distances. Good place for families with kids too. We would definitely come back!

Nice spacious bungalow with air conditioning. In a calm neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied according to Sri Lankan style – for examble Hoppers. The beach is only a few minutes walk. WiFi worked well.

It’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. But hey get out of bed walk down the corridor through the dinning area & you are on the friggin beach! It’s a blast.

Comfortable and not expensive place to stay in Trinco. We didn't have any problems during our stay.
