Where to stay in Uthai Thani
Uthai Thani hotels & accommodations
We stayed at Iyara Lake Hotel for one night, needing to be in Uthai Thani at that time. It is one of the strangest places I have ever stayed at: the design and architecture is a mixture of the mock-Khmer (but with a "rococo" sky blue cupola ceiling!), western and Thai or Thai-kitsch (countless elephant statues inside and outside - after all "iyara" means elephant). Thi...
If you are planning to spend some quiet and relaxing days in a wonderful natural setting, this is the place to go to! We spent two days and nights here and were impressed by the remoteness and peace of the hotel and its lush surroundings. The immense swimming pool is just awesome. Although some machines don't work at the fitness centre, and cobwebs here and there indic...
Spacious & clean room. Located nearby to the bridge connecting to the morning market. Free bicycle available to ride around the jungle. Free boat ride on Saturday morning along the river. As it is located within the jungle site so you will actually find a lot of nature related experience.
This is a very basic bungalow. The air con was good, hot water fine, no tea kettle, food average at best (only breakfast) and the mattresses not the most comfortable. That said, I would recommend this for a day or two, especially to visit Hup Pa Tad Cave right down the road, which we found delightful. The staff are warm, welcoming and try their best although with v...
Price is high, but the place is lovely, old building renovated into hotel, real Thai feels, the place is good for traveler want to experience the real Thai life.
Wow! what a great place, people and experience, with peace and relaxation beyond measure. Were it not a little far from the city center, I would have given it a 5 also, but if you are looking for nature, peace and quiet by a nice river, no noise or traffic, and an incredible garden with a beautiful river view sunrise, you will seldom if ever find better, and in this ca...
This hotel is several kilometres from town (in fact, several kilometres from anything except the electricity station next door), so it is out of the question if you do not have your own transport. It does have lots of parking, though. The rooms are basic but clean. Would it kill them to provide a chair instead of a cheap, low, plastic kindergarten stool? Internet was O...
The room that I stayed cannot keep any voice at all. The family with children who stayed close to my room was noisy. They woke up at 4 AM and did several things that made me crazy. I could not sleep! Cleanliness of the room was needed to improve. The conversation skill (even in Thai language) of the staff was needed to improve too!
In the voucher said check in 12:00 I was there and call they will be checking time at 14:00
your location is very wrong because the actual location is outside city your location: one point in the city search from Google by English name: one point in the city but difference the above and by Thai name: this is correct! So the first, I find the location from your site but can not found that place and search from google by English can not found too so i try to c...
Tucked away down a side street but easy 5 mins walk to market etc. Modern property with pleasant staff. 😀😀😀
Beautiful location and house. Perfect for a family getaway.
We liked the place very much. It is located in an isolated valley surrounded by steep rocks. Very silent and best for admirers of pure nature. Breakfast is nutritious, but simple. Restaurants are not on a short distance, so make a 30 minutes trip or organise your food in advance.
Location: ok, must have own vehicle Cleanliness: ok, as expected according to the rate per night Staff: good service We think the rate per night is slightly expensive, given the above comments
Clean, Privacy, Comfortable, Quiet, Suitable to be a group Must come.
Resort entrance was not obvious & therefore 1st impressions not great. However, the staff were helpful despite not seeming to know we'd booked 2 rooms. Admittedly it was only 2 hours before arriving. There really is very little in the area but they went out to buy beers for us & recommended a great restaurant 500m away, so walkable. We had a car but didnt want to do an...
This property located in a bit deep alley. But There was not water heater. So, It will difficult to shower in winter.
