Clean, modern and spacious room in a great location ”
This room & resort is very modern, in a great location, right in the heart of phi phi island. We travelled with our older 19 year old twins & their girlfriends, they had their own little hut type room. We had a family room which was big & clean. The only issue was the only 2 family rooms were upstairs so we had to carry the pram up & down the stairs. No real big issue. There were no cots available so we had our 5 month old in the bed with us. King size bed for us so plenty of room. Our 14 year old daughter had a queen all to herself which she loved. The shower was warm & huge, toilets flushed well. The main issue for us was being a family, it was difficult to sleep as being so close to everything it was really loud. The room is right along the main strip so all the bars & music, drunk people walking past at 2am we’re so loud. We asked if we could mind d rooms to the bs k of the resort but they didn’t have rooms big enough. I definitely recommend this place still, it was beautiful.

The rooms and facility are very modern, up to date and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food. The pool was well maintained and cleaned every morning. Overall a great hotel that is definitely worth staying at while on Koh Phi Phi.

Construction sit’s!”
Didn’t look like pictures! All the greenery shown in pictures is a construction site, it’s a party island and the construction site in the hotel wakes you with loud banging from 7/8 am till about midday. Staff friendly. Deluxe room decent for phi phi it will be a great hotel once’s construction is finished.

Amazing place. Perfect Location to everything. Stay in the bungalows, they look great and a bit more quiet. The staff is incredible : From the ladies at the front office and breakfast, to the guys in Housekeeping. They even helped me get multiple suitcases to the pier with me. For the price, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. If you need a pool, visitors can use PP Princess Resort for a nominal fee and is 1 minute away.

Great Place close to the beach”
This resort is much better than what it looks like in pictures, the best part is that it is very quiet even though it is right near the party scenes on the beach. The staff is good but my suggestion is to put on a smile on interactions with them, they will help you in everything that they can. Really enjoyed our stat here would come back for sure!

Honeymoon ruined”
The 2nd day I was looking at the other bungalows and wondering why they looked bigger and nicer since I had booked us a deluxe room for our honeymoon. I then looked up the resort again online and the photos showed we had been given a standard bungalow, not the deluxe. I went to reception and she refunded me 800baht because they had no free deluxe rooms. If I had wanted the standard bungalow when I originally booked I would have saved another 1500baht, so was feeling not that happy about this. One day there was a scheduled power outage that no one had bothered to mention, so it meant we were without power from 9am to 8pm. No air con no nothing. When we went to leave they said that there was a towel missing. My husband and I had had to share a towel that morning because we had only been given 1 towel. They refused to give back my deposit and then a yelling match ensued. They couldn't prove there were 2 towels after checking footage and then threw the money at me. A disgrace of a resort.

Great location for the beach and bars!”
The hotel needs to update their photographs as there wasn’t any greenery in site, just a building site. Apart from the 9-5 noise of the builders, we found the bungalow to be clean with good air conditioning. It’s in a great location for the party beach area and bars. I would recommend for friends and younger people but those travelling with families might want to check out something a bit quieter.

Not worth the price”
Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere first. I stayed for 2 nights in high season. Prices were VERY high, you dont get your money's worth in this place. The pros are that the place is quite clean, has a very nice pool with flexible hours, and a great breakfast. Hotel is as quiet as it gets on the island, but some noise is unavoidable of course. Location was very good. Bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Lighting in room was odd, it was like a nightclub in there. Nice balcony; I asked for a non smoking room and there were 2 ashtrays but no cigarette smell. A lot of little details were missing that other hotels priced similarly would have provided. For example: AC turns off when you leave room and the minifridge too; poor bathroom amenities (no comb/ face or hand towels/ toothbrush/ lotion/ Q tips/ only half roll of toilet paper); wifi didnt work ANYWHERE; front desk staff were very unfriendly upon check in; no one offered to carry my bags for me despite 3 males sitting in the reception area doing nothing. The bathroom window is actually open to the outside without option to close it, and bathroom door does not close due to architectural structure. Bad sewer smell with showering that did not go away, staff knew about it and had placed 3 toilet aromatizers in bathroom. Shower leaking to entire bathroom area despite leaving door closed. This place was so strict that it had a book of rules and requested me to deposit 1,000 THB despite booking and already paid with Agoda. Overall place was okay but needs to lower price and get rid of deposit process. It was way too expensive given what it offered. If it charged 60 USD I would reccomend, but I would not pay more for this. I would not recommend this place and would not stay there again.

It's newer so the rooms super clean. It's small and the beds pretty hard but it's in a great location. It's in the heart of town but just far off enough to not hear the loudness if you need to sleep.

The resort itself was great. But come the night time you are practically sleeping in a nightclub and there is no option but to stay up listening to the tunes until 2am when they decide to pack it in. So if you value your beauty sleep this is not the place for you. If you’re there for a good time however this is the perfect place for you.

The crew are very nice and the location is very good , but, there is no pool at the hotel . I was at the bongalow, and it is quit new . There are some faults that needs change- 1.there was no safe at the bongalow 2. The mattress was very hard and I couldn't sleep on it , also the pillows... I hope that they will change this small things because the place has a great potential

Exceptional”
Clean bungalow, close to the beach - where there are many bars, wild at night. It is possible that in the night there will be some noise but that will be because of the guests, as the bungalow are not on the street. On our stay, there was a boy from whom they stole 500 euro and he was constantly talking on the phone and arguing and we could not sleep until 5 AM.

Building site!!”
Really bad experience from start to finish! When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told we had to wait until 2pm (it was 1.55pm), the receptionist then went on to check in 3 different groups at a time before us. Finally after 30 minutes checking in we were taken round the side to a building site!! The receptionist tried two different rooms neither of them where built yet! Receptionist kept on laughing abut the situation, we obviously did not find it funny sat outside in 35 degrees with all our luggage on a building site! Also, they gave us a room with 2 single beds and after asking to move they said they where full. From 7am in the morning until late there was loud banging and drilling. Piles of rubbish everywhere and dust! Although wifi was advertised this did not work and we were told by the staff that this has not been set up yet. Really unprofessional staff, NOTHING like the pictures and a waste of money!! Only good thing is location so you can get out quickly!!
