I had a quiet, comfortable and relaxing stay. It was nice that free drinks were offered in the dining/cafe area all day. The staff were very helpful. It was a bit expensive for one in a twin room but would be good value for two. It was on the bus route for the port and airport which was helpful, although one bus required a short walk.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much, as the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Luggage storage is possible and you can rent bikes for free. I think this hotel is ideal if you want to use the beach nearby, which is suitable for young children. It's a 15-minute bike ride into town, so for us actually it would have been better to stay directly in the port town as the weather was not good to use the beach. The breakfast was okay, but not the best and was restocked quite slowly.
In February, it seems that Okinawa has many gloomy weather days, and during the seven days we spent in Ishigaki Island, there was only one day of good weather. Even so, we were able to go shopping by borrowing an umbrella and a bicycle, and spend time in a cafe. Ishigaki Island offers various activities, including craft experiences for rainy days, so we enjoyed going out by bus. It costs 190 yen to reach the city center by bus, and it was 1300 yen by taxi from the remote island terminal. We can also walk to Maesato Beach. This time, it was a trip just for my daughter and me, and we visited without a plan, deciding where to go and what to do on-site. However, we relaxed while planning, asking hotel staff for recommendations. Even with just the two of us, it was very convenient for laundry and buying meals. Above all, we appreciated that breakfast was free at the hotel. They served Okinawan cuisine, which was delicious.
The room was clean, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. From the ocean-side room on the 5th floor, I could see the green of the golf course in the foreground and the sea beyond. The welcome drink and breakfast were appreciated. The parking was free and spacious, which was helpful. There is a rental service for bath towels when going to the sea, which is convenient. It is a bit far from the ferry terminal, but it wasn't an issue since I had a rental car.

“The staff members are just so kind.”
Although I can't say the ocean is right in front of me, it takes about 1 to 2 minutes by car to a free parking lot, from where you can reach the beach without walking. It's a 7 to 8-minute walk if you choose to walk. The room is reasonably sized, and since it's only been about 5 years since it was built, it is clean. The breakfast is not luxurious, but there was a sufficient variety. The best part was that all the staff, who skillfully handle various tasks, were very kind. In particular, there was a slightly older lady with bright eyes (I wish I had asked for her name) who approached me right away when I was looking at brochures to decide which island to visit for sightseeing, and she provided me with detailed information. She was incredibly kind. Thank you! If you're not looking for a glamorous resort, this hotel is more than wonderful.
