Conrad has everything right! Location - beside a mall that has restos, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, and walking distance to embassies. They have free shuttle to the nearest BTS station. Food is great. Best of all are the warm Thai staff from the doorman, conceirge, reception, room service, waiters/waitresses, and the excellent housekeeping staff. In Bangkok, there are many hotels that are more expensive and luxurious than the Conrad. This hotel is reasonably priced for a five-star hotel, and the service was truly excellent in every aspect. The staff's service training is very well done, and they promptly accommodate requests while being incredibly friendly. From the lobby and concierge to the breakfast area, pool, and spa staff, everyone provided genuine kindness, making it a very pleasant stay. They quickly set up the extra bed I requested in advance, and I was very grateful for the cake, roses, and balloons they prepared for our 14th wedding anniversary. On the last day, after using the pool, I accidentally lost my handbag containing my passport in the changing room, but they quickly found it and returned it after thorough identity verification, which increased my trust in them. I intentionally chose the Conrad for its not-so-modern tropical resort-like pool, and it was indeed wonderful. I was able to feel like I was on vacation amidst my urban travels, and the shower and powder room facilities were perfect, allowing for a comfortable experience even after checking out. The fitness center was well-equipped with the latest machines and a yoga room, so I managed to squeeze in some workouts. Every time we left the room, it was cleaned and tidied up again. Some people mentioned the location being ambiguous, but there are shuttles running frequently to Phloenchit Station, and when I actually visited, it didn't seem that far at all. It wasn’t a problem since we mainly used Grab, and whether it was on the western riverside, eastern passages, or the Ekkamai area, I could easily travel to northern Ari within 30 minutes using Grab, which was convenient. The Deluxe King room felt a bit dated as it wasn’t a remodeled room, but it was well-maintained, and I rather enjoyed that classic vibe. However, the room felt slightly humid, which made the carpet smell a bit musty, according to my husband who has a sensitive nose. I didn't notice it much, though, haha. If I have the chance to go back to Bangkok, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

We were definitely pampered by The Conrad on this trip. I’ve stayed at The Conrad Bangkok a few times before for work (always lovely!) but this is the first time I’ve stayed for a holiday. Besides the usual welcome drinks, complimentary fruits and turndown amenities, we were also welcomed with complimentary coffee at the Diplomat’s Lounge, mooncake tasting, early check in, late check out (please note these are subject to availability/need), and lovely dried mango presents for us to bring home. Water was more than sufficient (they use glass bottles too and reuse them—excellent commitment to sustainability!) They also took care of my mum. They always gave my mum a card with the hotel’s address when we went out and always made sure to record the taxi’s details. When I called about a chip on a glass in the room, the first thing they asked was if I was okay. I was really impressed by their staff’s response and attitude towards this: not defensive and considered my safety first. And the replacement came quickly. The front desk, bell service, housekeeping, food / beverage and concierge teams have been excellent and topnotch! The room was clean and spotless, and smelled really good! The attention to detail was outstanding! Special mention to Ploy of the Front Desk and to Theerawat of Food and Beverage for their outstanding service! Ploy made sure we had a seamless check in, and Theerawat was extremely helpful in finding us a table suitable for my elderly mum, even when the breakfast area was busy. They made sure our trip was extra special and memorable. I do highly recommend The Conrad Bangkok and will definitely come back soon. An extra note: The Conrad has a 7-Eleven behind it, and it has a connection to a small mall that has lots of restaurants, 2 Starbucks cafes, some shops and a grocery store. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest BTS (metro) station.

All the staffs are very attentive, helpful, and detail-oriented. When I get down from the AOT Limo, the hotel bellman even assisted to use a torch light to search if I left anything in the car. Check-in was smooth and the room is cozy and comfortable. The reception staffs are very helpful and are able to assist when I need to make some last minute changes. The hotel room service staffs (Jose, Hoan, and team) did a great job in ensuring the cleanliness of my room. Hotel gym room is clean and well-equipped. They have a free shuttle bus service every 15 minutes from the hotel to the nearest Phloen Chit BTS station. The hotel is linked to a small mall and there's bank, F&B outlets, and a 7-eleven at the mall. The hotel is also just a few minutes walking distance from some good restaurants and good massage place. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel in the heart of busy Bangkok.

I stayed at Conrad Bangkok and honestly, it struck a perfect balance between comfort and convenience. One of my favorite features was the complimentary shuttle service to the MRT station — a thoughtful touch, since the walk can be a bit far in Bangkok’s heat. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, which makes getting around the city smooth and stress-free. The room was impressively spacious with a beautiful view, and the bathroom was massive — definitely larger than expected for a city hotel. The entire space had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it hard to leave. Some days, I just wanted to stay in and enjoy the room. What also made my stay super convenient was the location of the hotel itself. Just downstairs, you’ve got quick access to essentials like KFC, Starbucks, Booze, and Tops grocery. It’s comforting to know everything you might need in a pinch is right there. All in all, Conrad Bangkok delivered on both luxury and comfort. Whether you're in Bangkok for business or a relaxing getaway, this hotel makes it incredibly easy to feel at home.
