I wished I could stay forever here. I love my room. Perfect!! One of the best room I have stayed in my whole life. All you need and want in a hotel is there. Lots of coffee and tea in your room. Conditioner is very good in my hair. The linens smelled good and bed is very comfortable. Ohhh the pillows! I love it !!! Unforgettable experience. Staffs are very helpful, accommodating, friendly and always smiling. Love the pool area so relaxing… pool is inviting. One of the best breakfast!!!! We will definitely come back with my family and friends here. Kudos

I highly recommend everyone to stay in conrad bangkok for holiday. It's amazing to make our family trip perfect. Especially The staff chetsada, he arrange my son's birthday room to be decorated beautiful and memorable. We are all satisfied. The location is 5 mins to bts and shuttle bus service is very convenient. There are 7-11, clinic, cafe in the all season place which is next to the hotel. Except that, all staff here are friendly and helpful. Room service is fast. House keeping is quite sufficient. We will come back again.

Hotel room that we booked was very clean and spacious, with a good city view. Toilet facilities were working good and bathtub was clean and looks like it was newly replaced. Overall very quiet and safe environment, has good access to malls, BTS and nearby food centres. Concierge and lobby staffs are very helpful and friendly, they will help to load/unload our items from the grabcar/taxis.

Had a lovely time at the conrad great service and they did the room really nicely for our anniversary. Unfortunatley we left the toy elephant that they gave us in the room but overall was a great experience. Highly recommend 10/10 would do again

Wonderful hotel”
After some initial confusion with our booking (2 rooms but for some reason the children were not on the booking) the staff kindly apologised and upgraded due to the inconvenience. We didn’t get connecting rooms as requested, or one room with two twin beds, however the rooms were spacious and lovely with a very large, soft bed, so we worked it to our needs. The gym here is simply sensational. They have so much equipment, in very good condition, and it is probably the best hotel gym I have used in Bangkok. Great range and variety of machines and free weights, as well as cardio machines. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed time there. Breakfast was very good also. Our only complaint was ordering lunch at the pool where a garden salad took over an hour to arrive, which was ridiculous, and my wife ordered soup but the ciabatta did not arrive with it. One of the smoothies ordered also took 50 minutes to arrive. Given the price of the food that was disappointing. However, this is a lovely hotel and highly recommended. We hope to be back again!

Pros Excellent location In downtown, BTS metro within walking distance a lot of dining options if go up to the Main Street. Good amenities with premium tone and manner. Loved the AC, the wind soft and cool enough. Good breakfast with a wide series of options Helpful staff from front desk to concierge and cleaning. Cons Only one small downside—- the lobby faces towards a backstreet which would be a bit confusing when you choose to walk out from lobby—and it does not seem quite walk-friendly. Would be nice to have some more signs. Overall nice stay in Bangkok.

I went there on 31 Dec got this room with the lowest price and planned to celebrate the new year with my couple at that hotel, we ordered foods from room service and some drinks, food was delicious! and the drink was fine but more important the view, it was a really great view and i could even saw the firework from our room!we was satisfied with this stay pretty much

Wonderful hotel. Liked my stay at the Conrad that I returned once again after traveling around Thailand. The staff is beyond kind and professional. So well trained. Lynne at the front desk went beyond expectations. With out question she wanted to ensure my time there was satisfying. From Lynne and Koo Kay at the front desk, to staff at health club, pool attendants, bell boys at the front door, executive lounge, and housekeeping- ALL are consistently helpful and exceed at what they do. Most importantly their kindness comes from the heart and is not forced from a training manual. This is why I changed my loyalty from a neighbouring hotel to Conrad BKK. Will miss my time there! We went to this hotel specifically for the tennis courts and the service was amazing. Staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Playing lots of tennis ! They even provide towels, water and rackets if needed The rooms are big and beds are super fluffy !

Great “old school” hotel ”
As mentioned in other reviews, it’s an older hotel but has very good facilities- pool is large, and there is a very good fitness facility. Also the hotel is connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a few restaurants. They have a free shuttle connection to the BTS. The breakfast is very good with options for both westerners as well as Thais etc. The service from the staff is excellent. Bell boys, valet parking attendants, and breakfast staff, etc. I stayed during Covid - not sure of the standard rate but it was very good value for my week stay.

Best hotel stay in Bangkok! ”
Me and my husband enjoyed our 4D3N stay in Conrad. The location is a 10 min walk from the BTS station but there’s bus shuttle to the BTS station. There is nearby eatery and there’s a mall connected to the mall which have lots of food and a short local shopping delights at the top floor. As there’s two main roads accessible to the hotel and it’s nearby the highway, we were not stuck in the traffic despite peak traffic period. Hotel stay was awesome! The hotel bed is comfy and room is very clean! Love my stay at Conrad and we will definitely stay at Conrad when we visit Bangkok!

I wish i could stay longer! It was very much impressive. Very clean. Nice design. Staff is very polite and attentive. room's clean, pool's clean. a little bit disappointed about the breakfast though. Understand that they reduce the choices because of the pandemic and that tradeoff with special price. but I expected something better. Really love the room. Specious. Working desk and chair is perfect and comfy. Pillows and mattress is super comfy. overall, enjoyed the stay a lot. will go back for a longer stay.
