Lowest price I could find in that period of time in Brunei and the location is right in Gadong , few steps away from Gadong Centrepoint Hotel with lots of restaurants near by. The staff was nice and very helpful. Basically, the name tells everything. Good value !

We needed a place to stay for 3 nights to attend a wedding. Our group of 5 including our elderly mum really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
