The room was great and very clean but as soon as you go out of the room that’s where the problem is. The building is still unfinished and construction in other units are ongoing so it becomes dusty. The elevator is in its worst state. We’re stuck several times and it’s traffic in there. Otherwise, the property is great Shalva and Marian we’re helpful too.
Be interesting what happens in the future has there current developments along the water like this hotel currently occurring. Staff need more training with English and accents of English. The hotel is splendidly situated inside the fortress in Akhaltsiche.. It has a wonderful atmosphere with the hotel keeping with the stone facades and inner courtyard. OK for one night, in centre of Batumi. Lovely lady who runs it. However, the room was very hot and there was no air conditioning , although there was a fan, so not great for a very hot summer night. It was a rainy day. Nice that the host picked us up from the bus station. The welcoming snacks were tasty with the fig in honey the best. The Azer tea was very good too. Breakfast was good enough though not the best we had. The room was a bit cold though. Overall quite a nice place and inexpensive.

We stayed for 2 days and it was lovely time. The lady who runs the place is very nice and helpful. One of the great things of this place is the view from the balcony. You can relax enjoying the beautiful scenery from there. Overall, it is clean and great place where we'd love to stay again!
Very nice 4 beds bedroom. I was alone and could enjoy the place for a very reasonable price. There is also tea and coffee in the room ! The host is super super kind. I would totally recommend anyone to go there.

Location is not obvious but easy to find, right next to Hostel “Mimino”, almost opposite, on the right hand side, just a few steps ahead. Despite its name, don’t expect a castle, it’s a private home. The owner speaks a little German and is very friendly.
