Ukraine hotels & accommodations

Hotel is centrally located. Good breakfast. It is difficult to enter the hotel with suitcases. This is also a problem in other hotels in Ukraine. There is a combination of old and new in the hotel and rooms. Not everything is comfortable. Older people can not shower. You have to go into the bathroom and it's very high.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, completely satisfied with the assistance on booking English speaking taxi and other requests. Hotel was VERY CLEAN with nicely appointed bathroom. Bed was very comfortable (I sleep on a temperpedic bed at home and the hotel beds were quite good, (though not exact same).. Balcony on main bedroom chamber was a nice option for am...

Location is perfect especially if you came with my purpose, one night party at Ibiza Beach Club. Room is basic but great. It’s good, clean and fresh. The bathroom is basic but again good and clean. Breakfast the next morning was average but fit for purpose. Downside was rowdy neighbours on my floor coming in late after sunrise and making a racket in the hallway. But ...

The Atlas is a little gem in the centre of Lviv. Within a few minutes' walking distance of the main square, Plosha Rynok, and many of the city's key sights, the hotel is a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and considering it was snowing outside, it was very warm and cosy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice on whe...

This is a big international style hotel which had a good breakfast buffet and good service at reception and with bag check. Hotel seems to have central air conditioning which is unusual in Ukraine. My AC unit worked but it seemed to have difficulty cooling the whole room. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom we’re fine. I stayed on the 14th floor and h...

Personel in reception very kind and helpful. Great view, especially in restaurant during free breakfast and paid dinners. You can order food to your room via phone. Smaller rooms have side view on the Opera house, suites have front view on Opera and side view on fountain and Prospekt Swobody. Rooms are generally clean, sink was almost shining, towels changed daily eve...

The hotel is very opulent, a lot of marble in the foyer. My room was small but comfortable with a nice view out over Odessa towards the sea. My first experience in the Ukraine was a lot of unfriendly people but the staff at California were lovely and the young man that worked there spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The hotel is well located and is close to...

The hotel has lovely facilities but would not recommend it for someone outside Ukraine or for someone who has no weight to pull. My first first night I awoke with an asthma attack because of mold. The carpet was wet. They moved me. The next night I ate sushi in the executive restaurant. I awoke vomiting and had loose bowels all next day. Came back from euro vision to...

The hotel is located very conveniently, within walking to distance to Podil (underground bars and easy restaurants area) and Andriivs'kyi descent. The rooms are OK, clean and tidy, but somewhat overpriced for the value they offer. The breakfast is little expensive too, you'd be better off by visiting a nice cafe nearby and booking with the rate without breakfast. The s...

Best location, seuoer clean, great room, close to everything , nice ambiance . I had a problem with Agoda booking , as they deduct the money and sent an email about the hotel booking rules, and the booking ID - but when i reach the hotel, after a long flight and 2 hrs traffic, i found that Agoda canceled my booking - But the receiption lady and the trainee lady at th...

We arrived quite early before the check-in time. However, the lady at the reception took care of us really well. The gentleman was also a nice person - once he got to know that we were from China, we had a pleasant conversation which brought us closer to the hotel and the city. The hotel is located right at the center of the city, thus, everything was easy! Lovely pla...

I got the superior room and was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. I loved the location which is close to Universitet Metro station and a short walk from Ukraine Mall and Circus. There are also some nice restaurants near by. I'll certainly be staying there again.

We stayed here with our children aged 3 years and 6 years and we cannot fault the hotel on any aspect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The facilities are beautiful and nothing has been unaccommodated for. Alexander from the restaurant was particularly helpful and very friendly. Shall we visit Odessa again, we will most defi...

The architecture of this large hotel is externally dull and not so inviting. The entrance to a seemingly unused underground car park suggests that it's a relic of the seventies or eighties. (Lacking a flashlight, I didn't venture down there.) But no matter, because inside, all is clean, comfortable and efficient. (And unlike too many hotels in Ukraine, there's no sexy ...

Cheap places to stay in Ukraine

Management here are very professional. This is a respectful place to stay, well maintained. The 10bed dorm is large and comfortable for sleeping. The location is convenient. The kitchen /common area is quite small and the bathroom/toilet small. But it should be noted this is a small sized hostel.

Finally a professional and well run hostel. They seem hard to find in Kiev, for some reason. Anyway, if you are looking for a clean place, with proper security (cameras and in room safety boxes, friendly English speaking staff, enough toilets and bathrooms for everyone, everything functioning, no run down, depressing interiors and none of the bizarre and strict rules,...

Location is good. Room is big and clean. But you have to be lucky enough (which means there is no one feel bad or catch a cold in your 16-person dormitory).Or you will be told by the staff that you have to stay in a non-ac room(though you book a room with AC) whole night and that's really very hot!

Dorm beds are very comfy, like a capsule hotel, the girl at reception very kind and helpful with a smile, location perfect, just out of busy old city, close to Lviv Forum, where tgere is top supermarket an cinema plus boutiques. Very good kitchen, living room where meet fellow travellers. Clean batrooms and hot showers.

Everything was great - the distance to the city centre, many shops nearby, tidy rooms, etc. The only thing was lack of a fan or air condition in our room, which made it quite difficult to fall asleep during warm evenings (windows protect you from outside street noise). The staff could speak a bit better English also.

It started with payment: I paid more, than Agoda first shown! That the reception is in 4th floor and they dont have elevator was not nice, but ok! Than i wanted to use the washing maschine (it was offert via agoda) the manager said No, yes, but 30 uah per kilo and than no again, It turn out, that she dont want, that customers use it. She said, I can use the washing s...

Fantastic value for money. Great location right in the centre. Staff (Alina and Vasyl) were the best! Felt like staying with friends. I extended my stay night after night. Kitchen, bathrooms are great. Staff speak English which is very helpful since my Ukrainian is very limited!

Thee whole building is in really bad condition. Toilets and showers don't work. I was worried about electricity as I could see some sings of burns around it. IT WAS ALSO REALLY COLD and no additional blankets! One of the nights I come back later and Some homeless people slept by my door and blocked and entrance to the room. Kitchen dirty and all you could find there ...

The Z Hostel is a good hostel for backpacking and travelling thru. As mentioned in the title, you are most welcome to come and sleep, just don't do anything else. You cannot bring your own alcohol (the cafetaria isn't a warm place to be anyway), you cannot have more than one bowl of breakfast grub or wash your hands if the cleaning lady is working the shower area. For ...

it is so busy with single men. Lady at reception charging you extra 30 grivnas for sheets. I stayed here because the price and how it was close to the airport. the way to the airport if you want to walk you need a GPS and cross the railway this road does not show on the map. do not stay here you wont get good sleep the place is kind of salvation army homeless shelter....

Nice staff and good hostel for the money you pay. Clean and convenient place to stay with a family. Location is also not bad, quite close to trams and bus stops, shop and eating options. For family staying you should choose Comfort Triple Room, though don't expect it to have queen size bed + single bed, but 3 single beds. What we didn't like is the sound isolation - Yo...

There is absolutely no means of commuication other than Russian or Ukrainian. In the reservation confirmation Agoda gave no telephone number or the address of the property, even the local taxi driver had to drive around the vicinity for twenty minutes. I finally identified the place by a pure luck by comparing the front view of the pucture I luckily saved... The recep...

This property is located on the 1st floor of an old building, but it has been renovated to look fancy. nice room and a kitchen, small bathroom. just what you seen on the photos. location is perfect - just in the heart of the city center, close to shopping malls and restaurants. nice stay

VIP Hotel in Khust has very good location, all the major attractions are within walking distance. Great plus for the hotel is the fact that it has a decent restaurant and also a club although the latter could be a problem on Fridays and Saturdays, because it tend to be a bit noisy. If you have an early flight and will not be around for breakfast, the hotel will prepare a...

This is a nice group of apartments. They are clean and well equipped although the Wi-Fi could be improved. The accommodation is confusing to find. More prominent signs would assist bearing in mind that the accommodation is contained within a large residential apartment block. Nice location for Arkadia and the sea.
