Told the hotel about our anniversary and they prepared a cake and a handwritten card for us which was nice! Hotel room was clean and spacious

I want believe that only by mistake at check out the staff wants to charge one more breakfast even without any bill signed at the restaurant, maybe because our friend from Macau was with us but she did not have any meal at the hotel. But at the end everything was clarify.

Once we stepped into the first room, a wet, dusty mold smell came to our noses even we were wearing masks! We went out and came back with another room. The AC was on that tried to remove the smell. The toilet also have smell of pee as well. The bed caused us both having back pain. We had to leave the hotel in midnight as we could not sleep at all!

Nice and affordable hotel with comfortable rooms”
Stayed here for 2 nights with 4 people in 2 rooms. The location is on the eastern part of Hong Kong central island and is easy accessible by tram with a stop almost in front of the hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable with a good size compared to the price. Quality of beds and amenities is very good. We booked the hotel including the breakfast. There is a good choice of both Chinese and western food. The staff is friendly and helpful.... It is very obvious that this hotel is part of the Marriott chain. It offers almost the same quality but at a significant lower price tag.

It was quite a pleasant stay at the Courtyard By Marriott Hong Kong Hotel (first time for us) as the room is clean and comfortable. Though it's slightly far from the City but transportation is not a problem at all. It's also very convenient to get to the airport as there are direct airport express from opposite the hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Also it's easy to find good food nearby the hotel. In conclusion, we were happy to stay in this hotel and will not hesitate to return and/or recommend to our friends.

New and trendy, excellent stay”
we are a young gay couple looking for a reasonable balance of comfort, convenience (to both shopping and party spots) and value on our big cities excursion. we stayed at the hong kong courtyard marriott late march for four nights and were very happy with our stay. the hotel is less than 2 years old so the room was very clean and very modern/trendy. given how new it is we were surprised by how spacious the room is. the bathroom does not have a bath but a very sleek shower room. the bed was comfortable. we did not get a room with a harbour view so the view was interesting but not much to speak of. the gym was well equipped. we did not try the restaurant as there are tons of good options nearby the hotel. we took advantage of the free shuttle to the central airport express station (where you can check in your luggage and hop on the express train to the airport) in the morning.

Marriott Courtyard Hong Kong - Excellent Hotel ”
I would chose this hotel again. The rooms are great. The staff are responsive. The pricing is good for the quality of the whole experience. This is an ideal hotel for a short stay or a business trip. The hotel is fairly quiet and intimate in that it does not have hundreds of rooms. I was very impressed with the Marriott Courtyard and I would definitely use it again when I visit Hong Kong

Chose Courtyard by Marriot because arrving at 10 pm into HK the hassle free Airport A12 bus drops you right in front of the hotel. That and the hot deal from Agoda No problem with the location. The tram (the stop only 3 minutes walk away)took us to Central, besides with HK's cheap Taxi fares the Star Ferry, nearest MTR station (Sheung Wan)and the Airport connecting Hong Kong station were all only a US$ 2.50 cab ride away. The hotel faces Connaught Road a major thoroughfare and taxis are easily available. The room was clean, modern and roomy by HK standards. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Despite my niggle at being charged US$ 15 per day for the WiFi, I would recommend this hotel to everyone as a great place to stay in Hong Kong.

It was really a good hotel comparing to the next door hotel Ramada. I tried the room servise which was reasonably priced and good. good small fitness centre open for 24 H. very beautifull rooms with nice decoration and top notch Technology.the location is not that bad. I mean it in not in the center but you can take the tram which is in front of the hotel or a taxi which is really cheap around (30 to 40 HKD) to the centre of Hong Kong Island. all of that for about 50 Euro / night. I would be happy to stay again in this hotel.

the courtyard marriott hotel hk west is a very good 4 star hotel compare all other 4 star hotels around in hong kong, if this is a 4 star hotel all other 4 star hotels in hong kong are only 3 star (and i stayed in many hotels in hong kong before) it is a good place to stay ifen the location a bit far from central but with MTR very close easy to get around.

Excellent and clean hotel”
This hotel is a bit off of the beaten path on the western edge of Hong Kong Island. However, it is close to public transportation, including the tram. The airport shuttle bus stop is just across the street from the hotel which is a very fast and convenient way to go from/to the airport. Hong Kong is a great city and the courtyard is a clean and nice hotel.

As usual a quality product delivered by Marriott and based on the location and the quality of the brand I consider this excellent value for Hong Kong. Although I didn't include the breakfast in the product I purchased I ended up buying it on the day and I found the quality of the food to be excellent. Thoroughly recommended and I would certainly stay here again.

This is simply one of the best hotels in its price range in the whole of Hong Kong. The overall quality is very high - very close to 5-star, the location is quiet, the staff welcoming and professional. That said, though, I arrived late and did not realise I had not been put in the harbour view room that I had booked and pre-paid for 3 nights. It was only when the hotel called the next day to change the room that I noticed the mistake. But I have seen the harbour many times and I was perfectly happy in the allocated room that I elected not to change. I did think, though, that the management might have sent a small note!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and felt that the value for money (at the price I booked on Agoda) was outstanding, considering the cost of rooms in Hong Kong. While I would love to be right next to an MTR station the walk to the nearest stop (Sheung Wan, ~20 minutes) is pleasant and straightforward. About $25 HKD from Central MTR station (which connects to the airport) to the hotel in a taxi, and usually less than $30 HKD to most places in Central (Soho, Hollywood Rd, etc) which is great for shopping, eating, or coming home after a night out.
