Food: Morning breakfast was awesome. Maybe because I'm travelling during Muslim Fasting Season. I hope they maintain the menu because i really enjoy my morning breakfast as i stay there. View: Since i dont have window for my room. It's a bit hard for me to enjoy the view. But u will love the sunrse at the dining hall as they are facing the Mount of Kinabalu. Room: I like the room so much. Smells of linen says that the bed sheet, towels are all sanitize. But my problem is the toiletries is not enough. May the Hotel housekeeping look into this as they have to top up the toiletries like toilet tissues after previous guest leave. Overall i like my stay there as the distance from everywhere is just in the middle. (but i don't like as i have to pay my parking there) The hotels own there building but u have to pay for your parking if you wish to rent a car.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, helped with the parking when we arrived there. Near to mall (even not so many choices there), but easier to get foods. Breakfast was provided (not so many varieties but still we were okay with that). Parking was provided as well. Depending on which room you choose, mine was free of charges. My room was equipped with hairdryer, iron and iron board. And quite spacious too. Recommended for parents with young kids.

We stayed at Deluxe Room. Room very spacious,had a lots of facilities for example Smart tv,tooth brush set,hair dryer,iron,coffee maker and etc. Room very clean as usual. Staff very friendly and helpful too. I'm impressed. Had parking space in front of the hotel,it's free okay. Easy to access 1B.

Amazing service”
My flight was delayed and I arrived at KK airport at 9p.m. I contacted them and asked about their curfew for check in and they were willing to wait for me. Staffs were super friendly. In terms of Covid prevention measures are amazing too.

Need to improve; Room location look bit confusing. Drainage under wash basin is clogged from the next room. Certain lighting at the room is not functioning. The toilet bowl is not flushing properly. Movie channel is no service. Light glass cover near bed is came off. No kettle and and coffee amenities provided.

I choose wrongly room for my family.. I didn't read it properly when I make reservation. Next day, I'm upgraded ours room less than 5 minutes.. Sis Sonia really helpful and friendly..
