It takes a lot of planning and preparation for us to go on any trip with our eldest child who has autism and who can't speak. Even a trip to the mall can be a harrowing experience. He gets easily overwhelmed and can get really aggresive and incredibly loud. And because we don't want him to just keep him at home and deprive him of experiences, we take our time to research about which places could accommodate him. Crimson has done that well in our previous visits, but this time, they even went above and beyond. It was father's day weekend and Crimson was hosting many families on top of conventions and Pride celebrations. There were long lines at check-in but the staff, efficient as always, were speeding through them. However, my son is not one to wait, not even a minute. That + the overwhelm from the gaggle of people in the lobby lounge made him lose it. He threw a MASSIVE fit. He was screaming at the top of his lungs all over the place and trying to break free to swim in the pool right away. The staff quickly led us to Cafe Eight as soon as they were alerted, so my son could calm down. The restaurant was closed then so it was quiet. The restaurant staff, despite being on break, came out and offered help. They offered drinks and cleaned a spill our son caused, all with genuine smiles and reassurances that it was all okay. All the while, the hotel staff were checking us in without us having to wait in line. One of the managers even escorted us to the elevator and assigned a bellhop to attend to our needs. What could've been a potentially catastropic experience was turned around by Crimson staff's compassion and efficiency. And my kids' favorite part of the hotel, the pool area, is not exempt from this brand of hospitality. The pool staff are always kind, courteous, and eagle-eyed - something really reassuring to parents of water-loving children who have no concept of danger. And they take the time to get to know their guests. They remember who we are from our past

Amazing vacay!!!”
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a deluxe room. The view in our room is amazing. Love it. Our room is clean and they allow us to get in an hour before the standard check-in time. I requested a slice of cake since we are celebrating my husband's birthday. They grant my request and were not charged for it. The staff is polite and accommodating. They will always greet us whenever they see us. The hotel is situated near Festival Mall. There is a nearby convenience store and bank. The interior of the hotel looks elegant. Using the swimming pool requires a reservation. Guests are allowed to use the pool for an hour but can be extended as long as there are only a few people in the pool. The Pansit Guisado in In Room Dining is to die for. It's really good and delicious. Best pansit I've tasted. We also like Firehouse Pizza. We love our stay and will surely go back.

Relatives been asking me why we chose to stay in hotel instead of just staying with them in Laguna when we are on vacation in Philippines. It is simply because of sleeping in comfort that the hotel provides and being near to almost all the shopping places and best restaurant in Alabang and the fact that it is close to airport! I had a delightful stay at Crimson Hotel. I even extended beyond my initial booking because my stay had been enjoyable.The staff were accommodating and service focused. Everyone from the concierge, front desk and tbh any staff i encountered were very helpful and made me feel welcomed. The facilities was good especially the gym, it was well equipped. The lobby at L8 had a relaxing yet classy ambiance. The buffet breakfast had a good variety too. I noticed there were plenty of events held at the function rooms especially during the Christmas period but it is also proof that many establishments and celebrants opt to conduct their events at Crimson. The location is also accessible and walking distance to Festivall Mall and Landmark. ATC and other nearby malls/eateries are close by too. My thanks to the staff especially Ralph, Ian and Kalos at front desk and concierge staff.

All in all i would say that i highly recommend this hotel.It was a really really nice 4days and 3 nights stay in this hotel with my husband.The room is clean and cozy and evetything looks new and to mention the smell is refreshing aswell.They gave us the 25th floor as i requested a higher floor with the city view which is so amazing specially at night.The breakfast buffet is so so good with salad bar main courses and bread cereal and dessert selections!.The staffs are also nice and respectful.The place itself is in the city center,walking distance away from festival mall which they have anything and everything and is really good since me and my husband always wanna eat into different places everytime.They also have a nice pool and they have bars and resturants aswell.I cant say enough with this stay but the fact that me and my husband doesnt wanna leave and wanted to stay more says it all.

We celebrate our 10th yr wedding anniversary at Crimson Hotel, Alabang. We enjoyed our stay especially my children, they were crying leaving the room, btw. LoL! Room was big and very neat. The bed was very comfy and smell good. The room was old but spacious. The staff are very friendly from Front Desk to Housekeeping. I would like to mention, Emma frm Front Desk, she very nice and accommodating, she send us complimentary cake, must say their cake was big and delicious. The hotel itself was near the mall, so if you would like other options were to eat, you can just cross the street. Overall stay was very good. We would love to comeback and stay again.

Excellent place for staycation. We enjoyed the pool and the food. Bed is comfy and the room is clean. Hope we check in a little early so we have room on hign floor with a nice view. Location is superb, walking distance on Festival mall. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. The way to the parking though is a bit challenging, precision driving is neeed especially it's all curved. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you. Will definitely come back again with my family.

Our family has been visiting different hotels this month and Crimson Alabang just exceeded our expectations!!! The greetings is warm with welcoming drink. The water in pool is warm during the evening, too! The food is oh so good! The room is clean and comfy. We love that the windows are clean - we can clearly see the view on top! They have friendly staff and we met Coleen Faunillo and Ian from the hotel lobby. We are definitely going back there. BTW, I have recommended this hotel to my friend so we'll be seeing their family this Christmas, 2022! <3

Review from a NON-WHINER”
Everything was great, except when I extended my stay & it seems not all staff was aware so I got 2 calls asking me if I was ready to check out, 1 knock on the door from a bellboy asking me if I wanted help w/ my luggage when I check out.. Also, I got 2 knocks from the cleaning team even though I didn't request for clean up.. All these calls/knocks were either I was sleeping or was on a conference call. But when I raised it to the reception I was promised they'd do their best to avoid this from happening again. Also, the "roaming check" was also a pain.. Next time I will put up the hush sign for as long as I need not to be disturbed... But the entire hotel was a lovely place to stay so I will definitely go back.

All the staff are attentive to our requests. Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the room, the view at the 25th floor was excellent! The hotel gave us discount vouchers to use so we were also able to treat friends and family to the amazing breakfast spread. one should not miss the croissants at breakfast, they were sublime. My only comment is that the hotel did not let us know about the incidental deposit of Php3,000 per night -- so it was a bit of a shock to cough up that money upon arrival. I did call their attention to which the front office staff promised to review their correspondence with the appropriate information so future guests wouldn't be as shocked as I was. overall, my husband and I had a great time at Crimson in Alabang.

Hospitality Is Alive and Well at Crimson”
Living in America, I thought that the concept of hospitality had died. But it did not. I found it at the Crimson Hotel Filinvest City. For the first time in a long time I felt welcome. I like to shower in HOT water and the hotel delivered. . I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a microwave because I like to order in and snack on it. Cold fish or spaghetti is not that good. Other than that WOW. The breakfast buffet is a real spread. Four different full stations. The service is impeccable. And the food is absolutely delicious. The bread pudding with Vanila sauce is to kill for. No, I am not paid to say this. It is just that it has been a long time I have been impressed. Not like the Embassy Suites by Hilton who are now serving powdered eggs, link sausage and country fries. Or the filthy air conditioners at the Garden Inns by Hilton or the dog pee stains in the dog pee stained floors of the Hampton Inns by Hilton. Crimson should go Global. They would blow the competition out of the market.

We stayed here overnight in a 1 bedroom suite as our holiday staycation. We were assisted to the executive lounge where we had exclusive check in. The room was located on the 27th floor which my son enjoyed very much. The suite was huge, came with a kitchen which we were not able to use since there were no cooking utensils. The appliances need updating. The television was not smart TV so we could not connect to netflix, the refrigerator was not cool enough to freeze ice. The pool was large enough for the guests during our stay so we did not worry about prior reservations for its use. I would suggest to have a heating mechanism for the pool since it was really cold when we used it. I loved Alibi lounge where my husband and I had our dinner and cocktails. It was a new experience for us. We had our breakfast buffet at the executive lounge so there were less people, which is good, since we're still in a pandemic. Choices were limited, but the quality was good. Ala carte hot items were also available as part of the buffet. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The staff were really helpful and attentive to our needs. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Crimson Hotel, and would definitely consider going back here for our staycations.

Always clean, elegant and classy, staff always attentive. This is our favorite hotel if we want the family to take a breather and enjoy a hassle free and elegant weekend staycation. Rooms are always top of the line, facilities and common area never dull. The pool area is where we stay most of the time, although hopefully they will open beyond 5PM. Breakfast buffet is our favorite among all hotels in the area. We have stayed here more than 3x, recommended it to our relatives many times, reserved their restaurant and had afternoon tea time many times because their food and ambiance are simply the best

A grand old(er) hotel, the Crimson is a nice tribute to faded glory. It's still quite impressive, but could use a bit of sparkle to liven things up. However, don't let the fade discourage you, it's a very nice hotel to stay at. Checking in and out was easy. All of the staff from the doorman to the counter people were helpful, friendly and courteous. Accommodations were more than adequate. A big, quiet, clean room, comfy bed, great views over the city and lots of hot water in the CR. Complimentary tea/coffee were available in the room as well as a refrigerator. There was a very nice pastry/coffee shop next to the entryway. Great for a cup of coffee while waiting for your day to begin. The hidden gem is Fire House Pizza which is just around the corner from the hotel entrance. Fire House Pizza is among the very best we've had in the Philippines. Highly recommended. The location is very good for access and a short walk away is the huge Fil-Invest mall with all the restaurants and shopping you could want. For the money, it was a great bargain and we would happily stay there again.

Checked in here as we arrived Manila early. We stayed here before we take our next flight to Boracay. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Weren't able to use the facilities though. Will stay here again next time.

surprisingly nice hotel!”
Such a value-for-money hotel! The room was a bit small but manageable. But aside from that everything went really well. Their Breakfast buffet has an amazing spread. Their croissants were so gooood! The pool is nice and clean and has 2 lifeguards on duty all the time. The location is a plus also since it is just a walking distance to 2 big malls in the south. But all these do not compare to how goooooood their staffs were! Ralph from the check-in counter made it with such breeze. They even had a bday banner and cake waiting for us in our room. The housekeeping staff were nice too and gave us everything we need. Dan and the staff at the breakfast buffet surprised us with a bday song and bday cake which really melted our hearts. The guards from the lobby up to the parking area were all so nice too. Literally everyone there was just all so nice, smiling, and greeted us every time they see us. I think above all this made our stay more enjoyable. My kids were already asking when are we going to get back.

Most underrated hotel in the South of Manila”
Everything about this hotel is fantastic! Very clean, very chic, very grand for such a price! Their Café Eight is also one for the books. Food is delicious! Their pool area is so strategically placed at the eighth floor which is also their lobby area. It’s never hot and sticky in the pool area. Always breezy and cool. This will not be our last stay for sure. This is the friendliest neighborhood hotel if you’re from Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Las Piñas. ❤️❤️❤️
