The clean and comfortable rooms offer great views of Lumpini Park. Lastly, the rooftop pool is a highlight of the hotel, offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere, according to many guests.

Had a pleasant stay at this property for a week. The room was big and spacious and all amenities provided. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, etc available in the room. Multiple sockets for your electronics with multi types for any plug configuration. WiFi was strong and stable. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom really needs to change to include a shower cubicle rather than the old style shower in the bathtub. It was risky to get in and out of plus the water would splash onto the floor always. The automatic Japanese style toilet was a big plus point though. Breakfast had a good enough spread though could get a little similar after a while. Gym and pool were small but functional. The location was fantastic with easy access to both the BTS and MRT within a very short walking distance.

I just stayed at a hotel in Pattaya before moving to the Crowne Plaza, and it feels like heaven... The previous hotel was so stuffy, and even with the air conditioning on, it still felt damp, and the hygiene was really poor, not to mention the staff's attitude was bad too... It was truly disappointing, but the Crowne Plaza is amazing – everyone is friendly, and the staff member Patty who helped with check-in was so sweet!!! The view was unobstructed and wide open, which was nice. The room is really comfortable ㅠㅠㅠ Being here made me realize that this is what normal should feel like... The previous hotel was just... (shaking head) Oh, and there’s a Korean program that comes on TVN! I watched it by chance because it was on, and it was so entertaining... The bathroom is also extremely spacious. I chose this place because it's close to Lumpini Park and the station, but I actually never used the subway or skytrain... haha. However, the fountain area in front of Lumpini Park is under construction, so I really struggled to find the entrance;; Anyway, I heard it’s Japanese-run and the breakfast had amazing Japanese dishes. Since Koreans love Japanese food, it was great during meal times!! I even had fish cake! There was soba too. There was kimchi, and if it was from a Korean company, it tasted just like our country’s kimchi. From my experience, it seems to be a truly impeccable hotel... The location is great, the condition is top-notch, and I was really sad to only be staying one night ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I was so happy to be able to stay at such a hotel. I highly recommend it!!!!

Bad things: 5 star Hotel but NO welcome drink at lobby & NO welcome fruits in room. Staff is friendly but not meet Thai standard as always warmest. Room does not have table to put luggage, we have put it on floor Good things: location closing to BTS, Silom night life, local food, night market. Easy go to Siam, Chinatown Room: new upgrade, clean Breakfast: wide variety choice, but no chicken, beef cooking ...can say very less meat on breakfast plates

This five star hotel isn’t intimidating as many 5 star hotels usually do, with friendly and helping staff , comfortable and cosy rooms, amazing breakfast buffet spread catering almost every nationality and having various cuisines and loved its proximity to lumpini park ( if visiting on Sunday do visit lumpini live free concerto at the park) . 2 min walk to bts station, grab etc easily available and the hotel staff also help you in getting taxi service. Would recommended it

Here’s a polished version of your review: Thank you for hosting us; we had an overall very pleasant 6-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to a small mall with some dining options and close to both a BTS and MRT station. The staff were very friendly, though the English proficiency at the front desk could be improved for an international 5-star hotel brand. The bed was initially a bit too firm for our liking, but the team kindly added an extra mattress topper, which made it perfect—great service on that front! Breakfast was decent but felt a bit repetitive. It would be nice to see more variety, especially with the “special of the day,” as the “egg of the day” dish was the same throughout our stay. TV was great, a real smart TV when you simply input your Netflix or Youtube credentials to enjoy your best show. The main issue was with the air conditioning. It seemed to be set to a fixed temperature regardless of the thermostat setting, making the room feel uncomfortably cold. Whether we set it to 19°C or 26°C, the temperature remained freezing. Although we raised this concern with the front desk, communication difficulties left us resorting to turning off the AC when we were in the room. Overall, while there were some minor issues, we appreciated the hospitality and the convenient location. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family for sure.
